방문요양서비스 품질이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 이용자와 요양보호사/사회복지사 관계의 다중매개효과

본 연구는 노인장기요양보험 방문요양서비스의 품질과 성과 사이에 이용자와 요양보호사 관계 및 이용자와 사회복지사 관계가 매개 하는지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전라북도 각 시군에 따라 할당한 방문요양서비스 이용자 213명의 응답자료를 활용하였다. 주요 분석방법으로는 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모델(SEM)을 분석하고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Bootstrap 방법을 사용하였다. 그리고 팬텀변수(Phantom Variable)를 사용해 다중매개효과의 간접효과를 검증하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 품질과 성과, 요양보호사 관계, 사회복지사 관계 사이의 경로가 모두 유의하였으며, 요양보호사 관계 및 사회복지사 관계와 성과 사이의 경로도 유의하였다. 그러나 요양보호사 관계와 사회복지사 관계 각각의 특정간접효과를 분석한 결과 사회복지사 관계만 품질과 성과 사이에서 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 그동안 선행연구에서 상대적으로 간과되어왔던 방문요양서비스의 사회복지사 역할이 중요함을 보여주며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인장기요양보험 방문요양서비스의 성과 향상을 위한 정책적, 실천적 방안들을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the multiple mediating effects of the relationship between client and care-giver/social worker in the path from the quality to performance for long-term care services. This study utilized structural equation modeling with bootstrapping to verify the mediating effects, and phantom variable was applied to estimate the indirect effect of the multiple mediating effects. The data was collected from 213 clients of long-term care services located in Jeonbuk province. The results showd that the paths in the research model(the paths from quality, through the relationship between client and care-giver/social worker, to performance) were all significant. Further, the analysis confirmed that the client-social worker relationship had a partial mediating effect in the path from the quality to performance for long-term care services. between quality and performance. The results emphasize the important role of the social worker in long-term care service, which has been relatively overlooked in previous studies. Based on the results, policy and practical implications were suggested to improve the performance of the long-term care service for the elderly.

사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량이 이용자의 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량이 방문요양서비스 이용자의 고객시민행동에 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이용자 228명과 사회복지사의 72명의 자료를 결합하여 위계선형모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자의 고객시민행동은 보통 정도였으나 사회복지사 및 요양보호사 등과 직접 상호작용하는 상황에서 나타날 수 있는 고객시민행동이 개인 수준에서 할 수 있는 고객시민행동보다 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량은 대체로 업무에 자연스럽게 반영할 수 있는 수준이었으나 노인서비스•프로그램•정책 역량은 의식적인 노력이 필요한 수준이었다. 셋째, 사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량은 이용자의 고객시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 방문요양서비스 이용자의 고객시민행동 향상을 위한 방안을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the geriatric social work competency of social workers affects the customer citizen behavior of visiting care service users. To this end, a multi-layered analysis was conducted by combining survey response data from 228 users and 72 social workers. The main research results are as follows. Firstly, users customer citizenship behavior was normal. However, customer citizenship behavior that can appear in the context of direct interaction with social workers and care-givers was lower than that of customer citizenship behavior that can be performed at the individual level. Secondly, social workers geriatric social work competency was a level that could be naturally reflected in work. However, among the geriatric social work competency, the service, program, and policy competencies for the elderly require conscious efforts. Finally, the social workers geriatric social work competency was found to have an effect on users customer citizenship behavior. Based on these results, a plan was proposed to improve customer citizenship behavior of visiting care service users.

노인돌봄종합서비스 이용자의 정보가용성과 품질 관계에 대한 선택의 매개효과: ‘SERVPERF 모형’에 근거하여

본 연구는 노인돌봄종합서비스 이용자를 대상으로 이용자들이 지각하는 서비스 품질 정도를 ‘SERVPERF 모형’에 근거하여 확인하고, 정보가용성과 품질 관계에 미치는 선택의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역 노인돌봄종합서비스 이용자 208명을 대상으로 구조방정식을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인돌봄종합서비스 이용자들은 품질을 매우 높음 수준으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 노인돌봄 종합서비스 이용자의 정보가용성은 품질 인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선택은 노인 돌봄종합서비스 이용자의 정보가용성이 품질에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 노인돌봄종합서비스가 높은 수준의 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 이용자에게 서비스에 관한 정보가 충분히 전달 되어야 하며, 이를 바탕으로 이용자가 본인의 욕구에 적합한 선택을 할 수 있도록 선택의 기회 제공 및 선택 가능한 환경이 마련되어야 함을 보여준다. This study aims to identify the service quality perceived by Elderly Care Service users on the basis of ‘SERVPERF model’ targeting the service users, and verify the mediation effects of the choice which affects the relationship between information literacy and quality. For this, 208 elderly care comprehensive service users in Jeollabuk-do were analyzed as the targets using a structural equation. The results of this study are as follows. First, service users perceived the quality level to be very high. Second, user s information literacy has a significant effect on quality perception. Third, the effect of user s information literacy on quality was partially mediated by choice. These results suggest that there is a need to provide enough information and opportunities for users to make choices in order to maintain a high quality of service.

비정규직 사회복지사의 일 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 비정규직 사회복지사의 일 경험에 대해 심층적으로 탐구하여 사회복지실천현장에서 비정규직 사회복지사들이 겪는 어려움을 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 비정규직 사회복지사 6명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법에 근거하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 5가지 주제와 13개 하위주제가 도출되었다. 주요 주제들은 ‘잡힐 듯 잡히지 않는 신기루’, ‘고단한 삶의 연속’, ‘관계로 시작해서 관계로 끝남’, ‘사회복지현장의 민낯을 마주함’, ‘언제나 그 자리를 맴돎’ 5가지로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 비정규직 사회복지사의 고용안정성 확보와 근무여건 개선을 위한 방안에 대하여 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of non-regular workers and to improve their problems. According to the purpose of the study, We interviewed 6 non-regular social workers and tried to find out the difficulties they experienced in social welfare practice. Using a qualitative research method, data was collected and analysed. As a result of analysis, 5 main topics and 13 sub-topics were derived. The main topics were identified as ‘Mirage not caught’, ‘lead a tough life’, ‘Start with relationship and end with relationship’, ‘Become aware of the reality of the social welfare field’, ‘hover around’. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the efforts of the government and social welfare organizations are needed to secure the employment stability of non-regular workers and improve working conditions. And suggests the organizational culture of leadership development of social welfare organizations and non-regular workers social workers. It is meaningful that this research has specifically explored the work experience of non-regular workers.

지역조직화 기능의 효과적 수행을 위한 참여연구: 전북지역 사회복지관을 중심으로

다문화가정의 부부갈등이 아동의 수치심에 미치는 영향: 부모양육태도의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 다문화가정 아동이 지각하는 부부갈등과 수치심의 관계에서 부모양육태도의 조절효과를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역의 초등학교에 재학 중인 다문화가정 아동(4-6학년)을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료 중 총 283명의 자료를 활용하여 통제변수, 독립변수, 조절변수 상호작용항을 순차적으로 투입한 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부부갈등이 높을수록 아동의 수치심도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도가 거부적일수록 아동의 수치심도 높았다. 셋째, 자율-통제차원의 부모 양육태도는 아동의 수치심을 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 지원프로그램에 관한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 수치심에 영향을 미치는 가정 내 요인을 살펴보고, 다문화가정 아동의 수치심을 완화할 방안들에 대해 논의했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of parenting attitudes in the relationship between marital conflict and shame perceived by children from multicultural families. To this end, data were collected through a survey of children from multicultural families(grades 4-6) attending 80 elementary schools in 14 regions in Jeollabuk-do. For the final analysis, regression analysis was performed using the data of a total of 283 people. The main research results are as follows. First, the higher the marital conflict, the higher the child"s shame. Second, rejective parenting attitude raises children"s shame. Third, it was confirmed that parental attitudes in the Autonomy-Restriction level Moderating children"s shame. Based on these results, a proposal was made on a support program for multicultural families. This study is meaningful in that it examines factors in the home that influence shame of children from multicultural families, and discusses ways to alleviate shame of children from multicultural families.

지역아동센터 생활복지사의 조직지원인식, 잡 크래프팅, 조직몰입의 관계

본 연구는 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 잡 크래프팅이 매개하는지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 응답자료 130부를 활용하여 Baron과 Kenny (1986)가 제안한 방법에 따라 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 조직지원인식이 높을수록 잡크래프팅도 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 조직지원인식이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 잡 크래프팅이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 잡 크래프팅은 조직지원 인식과 조직몰입의 관계에서 매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 잡 크래프팅과 조직몰입을 높이기 위한 개입 방안에 대해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to check whether job crafting mediates the influence of the perception of organizational support of front-line welfare workers in community child centers on organizational commitment. For this, the mediating effect was verified according to method proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986) by using 130 copies of response data from front-line welfare workers at the community child center. The main research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher the perception of organizational support of community child center front-line welfare workers, the higher the job crafting. Second, it was confirmed that the higher the perception of organizational support of community child center front-line welfare workers, the higher the organizational commitment. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the job crafting of the community child center front-line welfare workers, the higher the organizational commitment. Fourth, it was confirmed that job-creating of community child center front-line welfare workers had a mediating effect in the relationship between perception of organizational support and organizational commitment. Based on these results, a suggestion was made for a practical and policy intervention plan to increase job crafting and organizational commitment of community child center front-line welfare workers.
