        댄스스포츠 지도자의 수업에 나타난 실천적 지식 탐구

        실천적 지식은 교수자가 수업을 계획하고 수행하는 방식에 활용되는 지식임과 동시에 교실 상황과 환경에서 직면하는 실천의 갈등을 내포한 지식으로 개인의 경험이 기초가 되며 숙고하는 반성적 지식이다. 본 연구는 댄스스포츠 지도자의 실천적 지식이 수업 상황에서 어떻게 나타나는가를 탐색하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이는 댄스스포츠 수업에서 드러나는 지도자의 실천적 지식을 파악하여 댄스스포츠 수업의 실상을 이해하고, 댄스스포츠 교육의 질 제고에 도움이 될 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 연구방법으로는 교수자이자 연구자가 자기 수업을 성찰하는 과정을 이야기 하는 자서전적 내러티브 탐구방법을 사용하였으며, 2010년 3월부터 6월까지 신나라대학교 교양체육 댄스스포츠 수업에서 자료를 수집하고 현장 텍스트를 구성하고, 이 이야기를 반복적으로 읽어가며 연구자의 다시 이야기 하는 형식으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 댄스스포츠 지도자의 실천적 지식은 교수자 자신에 대한 지식, 교수학습환경 지식, 교과내용 지식, 교수학습 지식의 네 가지 내용으로 형성되고 반영되었으며, 실천적 내용 이미지로 대화, 배려, 천국, 거울, 사랑으로 나타났다. 실천적 지식이라는 하나의 형상은 네 가지 내용 요소가 총체적으로 만들어가는 형태로 형성되었다. 실천적 지식은 행위자체에 이론과 실천을 동시에 담고 있는 `삶`이라는 총체적 현상이다. The practical knowledge is said to be knowledge that an instructor plans teaching and puts it into practice and the one that has included conflicts of the practice at classroom situation to be reflective. The purpose of the study is to examine what dance sports instructor makes use of her/his practical knowledge at her classroom. This study is to investigate instructor`s practical knowledge at dance sports teaching and to understand actual conditions of dance sports teaching and to give material that may be of help to elevate quality of dance sports education. The autobiography narrative research method that instructor and researcher said a process that examined her/his own teaching was used. The author collected material from dance sports class of cultural physical education subject of Shinnara University from March to June 2010 to make on-the-spot texts as well as research texts and to describe contents of the texts. The findings were as follow: The dance sports instructors made knowledge on four types, that is to say, instructor herself/himself, teaching and learning environment, subject matter and teaching and learning: And, practical image included dialog, consideration, the Heaven, mirror and love. The Elements of practical knowledge was difficult to classify it clearly and to form it generally while keeping relations each other. The practical knowledge is said to be general phenomenon that an act itself has not only theory but also practice.

      • 댄스스포츠 프로그램 적용을 통한 아동의 자세 및 체력의 변화

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Dancesport program on the Children’s Postural Change and Physical Fitness. The research was done to 12 female children who were 11 to 13years. They exercised according to the Dancesport Program of this research during 16 weeks, twice a week, 90 minutes a day. Their Postural Change and Physical Fitness was measured before and after the testing. The result of the data analysis are as follows. 1. Low Shoulder was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 2. Forward Head was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 3. Kyphosis was risen to the posture of standard noticeably by the Dancesport Program effect. 4. Protruding Shoulder Blades was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 5. Round Back was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 6. Trunk Hyper Extension was risen to eh posture of standard noticeably by the Dancesport Program effect. 7. Sagging Abdomen was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 8. Lordosis was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. 9. flexibility was risen noticeably by the Dancesport Program effect. 10. Muscular Enduranve was risen noticeably by the Dancesport Program effect. 11. Power was risen noticeably by the Dancesport Program effect. 12. Balance was not effected by the Dancesport Program effect. Through this study, it was determined that Dancesport Program can by effected to the Children’s Postural Change-Kyphosis, Trunk Hyper Extension and Physical Fitness-flexibility, Muscular Endurance. Power.
