The purpose of this study was to provide highschool shooting players the data pools according to the cognitive and behavioral factors of routines program and to investigate the effect of routine`s training. The 25 of subjects were selected from the highschool shooting team in Kyungnam province. The each routines program of shooters had been built by the semi-structured interview, and then trained for 6 weeks. The data pools were extracted from the raw data and divided into the dimensions and first-order themes in using the qualitative analysis. The effects of routines program were tested by qualitative and quantitative analysis after finishing the routines training. In the results of the qualitative analysis, the 5 cognitive factors of routines program were consisted of positive energy, event strategy, imagery, self-confidence, and arousal control, the 2 behavioral factors were consist of physical relaxation and focus on attention. The effects of routines training were identified in the automatic processing, event strategy, and goal orientation in the qualitative analysis, for the quantitative effects of routines training of self-confidence, anxiety reduction, and arousal control.
