웹 이미지의 저작권 보호를 위한 디지털 워터마킹 시스템

본 논문에서는 원본 이미지에 저작권자의 저작권 정보를 삽입함으로써 저작권을 보호하고 차후 불법적인 도 용을 방지하기 위해, 숫자와 로고로 구성된 워터마크 생성, 삽입 및 검출, 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스 템은 콘텐츠의 특성과 저작권자의 요구에 따라 워터마크를 숫자 또는 로고로 선택해서 구성할 수 있으며, 저작권 보 호에 대한 전문지식이 없는 일반관리자도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 갖추도록 설계하였다. 이러 한 디지털 이미지 워터마킹의 적용을 통한 소유권 및 저작권 보호는 궁극적으로 문화콘텐츠 등의 콘텐츠 제작 의뢰자로 하여금 제작 의지를 강화하여 제작 의뢰 건수를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, we design and implement watermarking system which create, insert and detect watermark comprised of number or logo to protect copyright and to prevent illegal plagiarism through inserting copyrighting information of owner into the original image. In the proposed system, the number or logo as watermark is selectively inserted according to characteristics of the original contents or requirement of copyrighter. The system also has convenient user interface which general administrator who hasn't expert knowledge for the protection of copyright uses easily. Ownership and copyright protection using digital watermarking technology intensifies creating volition of clients who want to create contents such as cultural contents, Thus, we can expect increasing requests for creating contents such as cultural contents.

차세대 전자상거래

인터넷 전자상거래는 점차 신무역라운드로 부상하고 있으며, 온라인 기업 중심으로 주목받던 e-비즈니스는 비용절감 및 기업의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 정보기술을 도입하는 기존 기업 중심으로 재편되고 있고, e-비즈니스가 기업의 기본 전략으로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 전자상거래의 모습을 예측하기 위해 Drivers, Enablers, Mega-trends를 찾고, Contingency Analysis 등의 도구를 활용하여 유통업의 새로운 고객 만족을 위한 탐색 기회를 제공하면서, 기술 주도의 새로운 산업 분야로 대두될 수 있는 다양하고 자동화된 종합적인 서비스 제공 여부를 중심으로 차세대 전자상거래 모습을 예측해 보고자 한다.

정보기술의 순기능을 이용한 역기능 해소 방안

정보기술의 역기능을 줄이기 위한 가장 쉬운 접근 방법은 역기능 자체에 초점을 두어 해소할 수 있는 방안에 대해 대책을 세우는 것이라 하겠다. 이에 따라 그동안 법률적, 기술적, 윤리적 접근 방법으로 역기능을 해소하기 위한 노력이 이어져 왔으며, 그 가운데 가장 근본적인 해결 방법으로 윤리적인 접근의 시도인 정보윤리 교육의 실시를 확대하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 역기능을 줄일 수 있는 또 하나의 방법이 바로 순기능의 강화이며, 본 논문에서는 정보기술의 순기능을 강화하여 역기능을 해소할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안한다. 이러한 제안이 역기능을 줄이기 위한 노력과 더해진다면 바람직한 유비쿼터스 세상을 열어나가는 밑거름이 될 것이다.

DVB-H 서비스 모델

이동·휴대 수신을 목적으로 한 멀티미디어 서비스 시대가 다가오고 있다. 국내에서는 지상파 및 위성 DMB방송이 이제 막 서비스를 시작하고 있고, 유럽에서도 DVB-H라는 휴대수신용 멀티미디어 방송 기술을 표준화 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이동·휴대형 멀티미디어 서비스에서 적용될 수 있는 기술인 DVB-H 기술에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

일본의 동아시아 지역공동체 構想 : 대동아공영권과 ‘동아시아 공동체’의 비교를 중심으로

This paper analyzes 'Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere', one of the Japan's plans for East Asia regional communities, was based on Pan-Asianism and emphasized regional identity in the prewar era, and 'East Asian Community' which has advocated by Japan the starting point in 2004. Therefore, this study explores that the past plans for Japan's regionalism in East Asia had the original structures of thoughts, the main causes and limits of the failure, and the signification in level of regional community. Moreover, this paper research what the strategies and problems are in "East Asian Community' which is forwarded by Japan for regional community in East Asia now, what the needs are for the formation of East Asia regional Community to Japan and East Asia. Also, this study thinks that Japanese strategic thoughts toward East Asia regional community in the present is from Japan's own the recognition of the needs including China and U.S. for the factors. Japanese debates intensified over what strategy would be suitable for Asian regionalism, hath an imperative for global competition and a pathway to realize leadership aspirations. Japan seriously try to tie the region under the name of "East Asian Community" from entering in the 21st century. However, the uncertainty which were history and territory problems between South Korea- China-Japan, a burst of nationalism, hegemony competition between Sino- Japan, has existed in Japan's the pursuit of regionalism. The United States, in addition to, is making more difficult to Japan's the pursuit of regionalism in East Asia.

러시아의‘에너지 자원의 무기화’외교정책 : 러-우크라이나 가스분쟁과 GECF기구 출범

본 연구는 러시아가 자국의 에너지 자원을 통한 영향력을 활용하여 자국의 입지를 강화시켜나가는 ‘자원의 무기화’ 외교정책의 특성을 최근 2009년 1월의 러-우크라이나 가스분쟁과 가스수출국포럼(GECF)기구의 출범을 중심으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 러시아의 자원의 무기화 외교정책을 이해하기 위해 먼저 신자원민족주의(new resource nationalism)와 1960~1970년대의 자원민족주의의 개념과 배경을 비교하고, 러시아의 자원민족주의의 형성 과정과 특성의 고찰을 위해 자원 국유화, 자원의 무기화, 카르텔 형성 등의 세 측면에서 연구하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 러시아가 ‘에너지 전략’과 ‘지하자원법 개정’ 등의 에너지 자원에 대한 ‘제도적 변화’를 통해 자원민족주의를 강화시키고 있으며, 이러한 연장선상에서 이번의 가스공급중단이 일어나게 되었고, 2009년 러-우크라이나 가스분쟁의 양측 주장을 분석하여 어느 국가의 주장이 더 타당성이 있는지를 연구하여 러시아가 자원에 대한 ‘가격’을 높임으로써 얻어지는 경제적 이득과 CIS국가와 EU에게 자신의 정치적 영향력을 확대하려는 의도를 관철시키려는 두 가지 목표를 가지고 자원의 무기화 외교정책을 펼치고 있다는 것에 초점을 맞춘다. This research analyses the characteristic of Russia’s foreign policy on natural resources as a weapon, which is using leverage on natural resources and strengthened Russia’s position, through recent events between Russia and Ukraine at the start of 2009 and the launch of organization for Gas Export Countries Forum. For understanding Russia's foreign policy on natural resources as a weapon, this research needs to compares with the conception and background recently new resource nationalism and 1960~1970’s resource nationalism, to search nationalization of resources, natural resources as a weapon, and formation of Cartel. In the 'gas war’ between Russia and CIS states from the mid-2000s showed Russia’s high influence on states which are dependence on Russian gas highly. This study focuses on the following three subjects. First, Russia’s the change in policy and institution on natural resources which is supporting Russia’s new resources nationalism; second, statements in the Russo-Ukrainian gas conflict in 2009 to know which side’s statements, gas stealing and no paying for gas supplied, are more persuasive; third, the implication which Russia has used energy as a weapon, to EU and the launch of organization for GECF.

중국 동북 3성과 극동 러시아의 경제 협력의 현황과 전망

Northeastern China and far eastern Russia have reinforced their transport and infrastructure links by investing in road construction and in their railroad network, as well as in a direct shipping line and a logistic park in the border area. These regions also enjoy complementarities in both capital and workforce in the natural resources sector, a sector in which they are in the process of furthering their economic collaboration. including different opinions on the supply price of Russian natural gas, the private ownership of Russia`s Far Eastern Railway, the risk of environmental pollution and destruction, and the lack of job creation for Russia`s native population, companies and capital from northeastern China have favorable advantages in terms of geographic proximity, access to abundant funds and workforce, their understanding of the local situation, and their policy cooperation with Russia`s federal government and the municipal governments of Far Eastern Russia. Russia`s Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East is concerned about the increase in economic dependence as a result of the inflow of northeastern Chinese capital and workforce. Other federal Russian ministries and municipal governments, however, do not support incentives that would attract capital from other countries, such as the Republic of Korea or Japan. If they do not address this problem, the economic dependence of far eastern Russia on northeastern China will not subside, nor will the regions see a diversification of foreign direct investment sources.

웹 콘텐츠의 특성상 분배, 복제 및 조작이 용이하기 때문에 원 정보의 저작권 침해로 인한 재산권 침해 피해가 나날이 증가하고 있어, 막대한 비용이 투자된 웹 콘텐츠의 무단도용을 방지하고 분쟁 발생시 소유권에 대한 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 콘텐츠의 소유권 및 저작권 보호를 위한 오디오 콘텐츠에 대한 워터마크 생성, 삽입 및 검출, 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템은 저작권 보호에 대한 전문지식이 없는 일반관리자도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 갖추고 있으며, 이러한 디지털 오디오 워터마킹의 적용을 통한 소유권 및 저작권 보호는 궁극적으로 콘텐츠 제작 의뢰자로 하여금 제작 의지를 강화하여 제작 의뢰 건수를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되어 문화콘텐츠 등의 디지털 콘텐츠 제작업체의 매출 신장에 도움을 주게될 것이다.
