머신러닝 기반 고강도 아연도금강판 CMT 용접부의 단면비드 형상인자 모델링

자동차 부품의 부식 문제가 대두됨에 따라 아연도금강의 적용이 늘어나고, 아연의 기화점과 강판의 용융점 차이로 인해 스패터, 기공과 같은 결함이 발생한다. 이는 이음부 강도 저하의 주된 원인으로 용접성을 크게 저하시키므로 개선되어야 하는 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 아연도금강판의 기공 저감을 위해 와이어 제어를 통한 단락이행으로 저입열 공정이 가능한 CMT(Cold Metal Transfer) 용접공정의 공정변수를 188J/mm~544J/mm 범위의 다양한 열 입력을 통해서 용융부를 제어하고자 하였다. 또한, 용접실험 데이터를 기반으로 단면비드 형상인자를 모델링하기 위해 기계 학습을 수행하였으며, 형상인자 모델링에는 7대 지표(비드폭, 윗각장길이, 목두께, 밑각장길이, 용입깊이, 덧살높이, 토우각)를 선정하였다. 실험결과, 453J/mm의 입열량이 가장 기공저감에 적절한 것으로 확인되었으며, 형상인자 모델링 결과, 용입깊이와 밑각장길이, 비드폭, 토우각이 실측값과 거의 일치하였다.

Background: The purpose of this study was to identify and compare perception of importance and satisfaction regarding communication needs among patients and nurses in emergency centers. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design and included 64 of patients and 37 of nurses in emergency centers of university hospitals located in Daejeon. Data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire between April 2017 and June in 2017. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. Results: Regarding importance of communication needs, both groups of the patients and the nurses significantly recognized the importance of providing information such as performed tests and treatments and visiting time of charged physicians. Meanwhile, emotional supports and concern about social or cultural needs was recognized as less important communication needs among the patients and nurses. Regarding satisfaction of communication needs, patients were less satisfied with the needs they regarded as the most important and nurses showed moderate levels of satisfaction. This indicates that patients and nurses differ in the standards and expectations for communication performance. Conclusion: It is important that emergency room nurses should recognize the current situation in which the patients’ desired communication needs are not being met and they should start to focus improvement effort and new directions of emergency room care systems to meet the communication needs.
원격 화상 영어수업 활동에서 교사의 교정적 피드백이 초등학생의 영어 말하기 자신감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher s corrective feedback through online conferencing on elementary students English-speaking confidence. This study was conducted for 4 months from August to December 2020. There were 6 participants, aged 8 to 13 enrolled in a private education institute where they attended English classes using mobile devices. During this case study, the students were asked to use English, learners’ target language when interacting with their teacher. When learners struggled to understand the teacher’s English instructions, the teacher guided them in Korean. All the classes were video-recorded and transcribed by the teacher. Data were analyzed in order to examine the progress of participants’ voluntary English production stimulated by having conversational interactions with the teacher. The findings were as follows. First, participants’ anxiety level was high in the beginning. Second, they were able to speak English words, give their opinions in English, and join the conversation in English with the teacher. Lastly, feedback from the teacher through conversational interactions helped learners understand how to speak in English better and build up confidence. As a result, it is necessary to interact with the teachers and peers using learners’ target language to improve English communication skills.
