뉴스의 제공 형태 차이에 따른 호감도·이해도·신뢰도·만족도·지속사용 의도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine users' attitude toward likability, understanding level, reliability, satisfaction, and continuous usage intention depending on a difference in a type between card news and straight news. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 232 people. As a result of the research, compared to the straight news, the card news was easy for a user to understand, was strong even in a desire to use continuously. Second, a factor of users' attitude toward news was having influence upon the mutually positive(+) direction. Likability, understanding level and reliability had an effect on satisfaction. The satisfaction had an impact again on continuous usage intention. The intensity of this impact was varied, respectively, in card news and straight news. The influential level upon satisfaction in card news was strong in order of likability, understanding level and reliability. The influence in the straight news was strong in order of reliability, likability and understanding level. The outcome of this study will become empirical data in proceeding with seeking a method available for strengthening the function of offering information in news through increasing delivery and impact in information with producing news chosen by consumers. 본 연구는 카드뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스 형태 차이에 따른 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도, 만족도 및 지속사용 의도에 대한 수용자의 태도를 알아보기 위해 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 카드 뉴스는 스트레이트 뉴스보다 이용자가 이해하기 쉽고, 지속적으로 사용하고자 하는 욕구도 강했다. 둘째, 뉴스에 대한 이용자들의 태도 요인은 서로 간에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 주고 있었는데 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도는 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 만족도는 다시 지속사용 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 영향의 강도는 카드 뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스가 각각 달랐는데 카드 뉴스에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 정도는 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도 순으로 강했으며, 스트레이트 뉴스는 신뢰도, 호감도, 이해도 순으로 영향력이 강했다. 본 연구 결과는 수용자에게 선택받는 뉴스를 생산해 정보의 전달력과 파급력을 높여 뉴스의 정보 제공 기능을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 찾아가는데 실증적인 자료가 될 것이다.
대후두공과 상위경추신경 전방으로의 극외측경과접근법 : 수술술기와 36례의 임상분석

Background: Because diseases that are situated anterior to the foramen magnum and the upper cervical spinal canal permit limited access, they are considered some of the most difficult intracranial lesions to surgically treat. The far-lateral transcondylar approach provides such a route. The author has reviewed the technique as well as the surgical results here. Materials and Methods: During a 16-year period 36 patients underwent surgery in which far-lateral approach were performed. This approach was utilized in patients with aneurysm, schwannoma, meningioma, and chordoma affecting the cervicomedullary junction. Medical records, including imaging studies, descriptions of microsurgical findings were reviewed. Results: Total tumor resection was achieved in 25 patients, and a subtotal resection was performed in the other 9 patients. In the 2 patients with vertebral artery-posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysms, 1 underwent clipping, the other underwent trapping and occipital artery-PICA bypass procedure. Postoperative complications included CSF leakage in 4 and temporary lower cranial nerve dysfunction in 10 patients. There was no significant postoperative complication in the remainder of the patients. Conclusions: Successful surgical management depends on precise understanding of their unique microsurgical anatomy. Sufficient exposure, minimal brain retraction, and preservation of the lower cranial nerves are necessary for a safe surgery.
주택문화관 내·외부 공간에 나타난 감성디자인 경향에 관한 연구

감성디자인이 대두됨에 따라, 인간의 생활영역인 ‘공간’도 생활을 편리하게 해주고, 감성적 욕구를 충족시켜주고자 하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 이성 중심에서 감성중심으로 사고의 전환에 의한 감성디자인에 대하여 연구하여 보고, 이것이 공간디자인 분야에 어떻게 적용되고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 기업과 소비자와 만나는 접점이며, 소비자의 감성적인 면을 자극하여 보다 큰 만족을 주고자 하는 공간인 주택문화관의 사례를 분석하여 내·외부 공간에 나타나는 감성디자인 경향을 도출해 보고자 한다. As Emotional design is on the rise, 'Space' as the living territory of human being is also developing in the direction to facilitate the living and to satisfy the desire of sfysibility. Thus, this so dy focuses on emotional design by change in thinking from the reason-oriented to the sensibility-oriented and examines how this is applied to the field of space design. Also, it analyze cases of housing culture center as a contact point between enterprise and consumer as well as a space to give great satisfaction by stimulation of consumer's emotional aspect so to draw a trend of sensibility design appeared on the internal and external space. As the result, it shows much more elements of visuality as well as elements of symbolism, affinity and continuity than other elements.
디자인 호텔에 나타나는 기호 소비적 표현 특성에 관한 연구

The concept of the modern consumption is not limited to the value of use by mere purchasing and using of the products. The consumers in modern capitalistic society, consumes the semiotic value whose meaning is socially granted, as well as the value for using. Therefore, that tendency that the symbolic sign of the products is consumed to differentiate oneself from the others and express oneself appears. The designed hotel that reflects the features of sign consumption in the modern society and where the discriminate experience can be enjoyed through the unique and diversified design expression is drawing our attention. Therefore, in this paper, based on the theoretical consideration of semiotics, the tendency of sign consumption and its feature appearing in the modem society has been studied. And through the case studies of the hotels which have been built since the 2000s, how such features can be expressed in the space has been studied. As a result of the study, as for the features of expression of modern semiotic consumption society shown in the design hotels, the diversity breaking from the uniformity by the diversified thinking, the hybrid attribute, and the attribute of the differentiated entertaining images, based on hedonism, the inherent symbols and narrative attribute, and the flexible interactions through the experience of emotional consumption, are appearing.
