자율은 21세기 민주시민에게 요구되는 기본 덕목이다. 이 연구는 창의적 체험활동의 핵심 영역인 자율활동 교육과정의 변천 과정을 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 자율활동은 2009개정 교육과정에서 창의적 체험활동의 하위 활동으로 처음 등장하여 2015 개정 교육과정까지 이어지고 있다. 2009 개정 교육과정에서는 자율활동이 자치활동, 적응활동, 행사활동 그리고 창의적 특색활동으로 구성되었다. 하지만 자율활동이 타 영역에 비해 지나치게 비대한 영역이라는 비판에 따라 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 자율활동의 하위 영역이 자치ㆍ적응활동과 창의주제 활동으로 재구성되었다. 자율활동의 성격과 목표, 내용 체계를 분석한 결과, 1차 교육과정에서부터 2007년 개정 교육과정까지 편제되었던 특별활동의 하위영역과 밀접하게 관련된 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 자율활동이 형식상 2009 개정 교육과정에서 신설되었지만, 기본 정신은 1차 교육과정 때부터 점진적으로 강화되어 온 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지금까지 고시된 교육과정에는 자율활동의 개념과 성격이 제대로 진술되지 않았다. 교사와 학생들이 21세기 시대정신인 자율의 개념과 필요성을 잘 이해하고 자율활동을 효율적으로 실천할 수 있도록 국가 수준 교육과정의 체계적인 지원이 필요하다. This study aims to investigate the curriculum of autonomous activity in creative experience activity. Autonomy is the basic virtue that a democratic citizen should possess. Autonomous activity was firstly introduced as a sub-domain of creative experience activity in the 2009 revised curriculum. In the 2009 revised curriculum, domains of autonomous activity were composed of self-governance activity, adjustment activity, event activity, and creative peculiarity activity. Considering the criticism that the autonomous activity in the 2009 revised curriculum was very large in domain, domains of autonomous activity in the 2015 revised curriculum were reorganized into self-governance and adjustment activity, creative topic activity. Analyzing the characteristics, objectives, and contents of autonomous activity, it has been revealed that the aspects of autonomous activity are found throughout the 1st curriculum until the 2015 revised curriculum. Although the autonomous activity was firstly introduced in the 2009 revised curriculum, the basic spirit is reflected from the 1st curriculum and successively emphasized through the 2015 revised curriculum. For the efficient implementation of autonomous activity, it is essential that teachers and learners understand the concept and characteristics of autonomy and autonomous activity well. Furthermore, administrative and financial support is needed in order to activate the autonomous activity.

FMVSS 208 (Federal Motor-Vehicle Safety Standard 208) rule was updated to reduce the injury of infant or female who are small in the condition of oop(out of position) when vehicle crash. In this paper we researched the factors which have influences on the driver's LRD(low risk deployment) performance in FMVSS 208 and suggested the optimization method of performance.

2-Tube & lower tilt type steering column has a possibility of a bad influence on occupants injury because of bending effect when vehicle crash. As a result of test & analysis, this paper introduces a new steering column structure to improve that bending phenomenon for 2-tube & lower tilt type steering column.

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has been conducting side impact crash tests of new passenger vehicles and providing comparative crash worthiness information to the pubic since 2003. There are a lot of factors influencing on the IIHS side test result such as strength of vehicle structure, interior package design parameters, protection zone of side airbag system, and so on. The main purpose of this study is to develop the design guide for obtaining better IIHS side impact crash performance. For this, the statistical investigation was carried out for all crash test results released by IIHS. From this study, it was found that vehicle characteristics and interior package design parameters are important design parameters for IIHS side crash performance.

이 연구는 조선 중기 유학자 지산 조호익의 군자와 교육자로서의 삶을 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 지산은 주박과 이황에게 수학하였으나, 벼슬에 뜻을 두지 않고 위기지학에 전념하였다. 32세 때 모함으로 전가사변을 당해 17년간 평안도 강동에서 유배생활을 하였다. 학문의 불모지였던 관서지역에서 교육에 힘써 선조가 관서부자 어필을 하사하였다. 박대덕, 김육 등의 제자로 관서학맥과 재경학맥을 형성하였다. 임진왜란 때 의병장으로 국난극복에 앞장서 선무일등훈에 녹훈되었다. 말년에 선대의 고향 영천에 우거하면서 박돈, 정사진 등의 제자로 영천학맥을 형성하였다. 모함에 의한 장기간의 유배로 고난을 겪었지만, 고매한 인품과 학덕으로 군자와 교육자로서 모범을 보였다. 지산의 언행이 기록된 사료를 통해 군자와 성공한 교육자로서의 삶을 확인할 수 있다. 박대덕은 3년, 김육은 3개월간 지산의 시묘살이를 하여 군사부일체의 모범을 시현하였다. 이조판서에 증직되었으며, 시호는 문간(文簡)이다. 사액서원인 도잠서원과 학령서원에 배향되었다. 지산집, 가례고증 등의 저서를 남겼다. 16∼17세기 한반도 남북에 관서와 재경, 영천학맥을 형성한 지산의 군자, 교육자, 유학자, 의병장으로서의 삶 전반에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Jisan Cho Ho-Ik’s life as Gunja and educator. Jisan was an outstanding scholar in mid Chosŏn dynasty. Jisan learned from his father Cho Yun-Shin(曺允愼), Ju Bak(周博) and Lee Hwang(李滉). Unfortunately, he was banished to Gangdonghyeon, Pyeongan Province for 17 years falling into a snare from the age of 32 to 48. Despite all, Jisan accepted his situation as a destiny and sublimate it to cultivate his moral and academic quality as Gunja. He overcame the pain in banishing wisely and educated many students gathering from neighboring areas. King Seonjo(宣祖) granted him the title of Kwanseobuja(關西夫子). When Japanese invaded Korea in 1592, he raised an army for the cause of justice. Jisan practiced wisdom(智), humanity(仁) and courage(勇), Gunja’s main virtues, in Confucianism faithfully. In additition, Jisan emphasized theory into practice. He educated many respectable figures like Kim Yuk(金堉), Park Dae-Duck(朴大德) and Lee See-Jik(李時稷) etc. He wrote the collection named Jisanjip(芝山集) and received a posthumous title, Mungan(文簡). He was dedicated a memorial hall named Dozamseowon(道岑書院). Therefore, it is not too much to say that he had lived the life of Gunja and successful educator.
