다문화가정의 조음음운장애아동 어머니와 일반아동 어머니의 한국어 능력 비교

배경 및 목적: 본 연구에서는 다문화가정의 조음음운장애아동 어머니들과 일반아동 어머니들의 전반적인 한국어능력을 비교함으로써 어머니의 한국어능력과 아동의 조음음운능력의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법: 다문화가정 3~4세 아동의 어머니 중에서 조음음운장애아동 어머니 9명과 일반아동 어머니 12명을 대상으로 조음음운능력(단어반응 자음정확도, 연결발화 자음정확도, 명료도), 음운인식능력, 표현어휘력, 그리고 구문의미이해력을 평가한 후, 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위해서 Mann-Whitney U 검정을 실시하였다. 결과: 다문화가정의 두 어머니 집단 간 조음음운능력, 음운인식능력, 구문의미 이해력, 표현어휘력에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 모든 과제에서 나타난 두 어머니 집단의 평균점수는 취학 전 일반아동의 수준이었다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 다문화가정 어머니의 한국어능력과 아동의 조음음운능력 사이에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Background & Objectives: This study investigated whether Korean language proficiency of mothers in multicultural families affects their children’s articulation and phonological ability by comparing Korean language proficiency between the group of mothers whose children have articulation and phonological disorders and the group of mothers whose children are normal. Methods: The study included 9 mothers whose children had articulation and phonological disorders and 12 mothers whose children were normal. The children were between 3 and 4 years of age, and the mothers were the caregivers. The mothers were tested for expressive vocabulary, sentence comprehension, articulation and phonological ability, and phonological awareness ability. In order to investigate the average difference between the 2 groups, a Mann-Whitney U test was conducted. Results: There was a significant difference in articulation and phonological ability, phonological awareness, sentence comprehension, and expressive vocabulary between the groups. However, the 2 groups showed the level of a preschooler in all tests. Discussion & Conclusion: This present study helps predict that low Korean proficiency of mothers in multicultural families could affect the development of articulation and phonological ability of their children.

아시아 공공주택기관의 사업특성 및 재무현황 비교 연구 : 한국, 일본, 싱가포르, 홍콩을 중심으로

본 논문은 최근 정책적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 한국토지주택공사(LH)의 부채문제 및 미래 역할과 관련하여 일본 도시재생기구(UR), 싱가포르 주택개발위원회(HDB), 홍콩 주택청(HA) 사례를 살펴봄으로써 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국가별 주택정책의 전개과정과 각 기관의 사업내용 및 재무적 상황을 구체적으로 파악하고 비교하였다. 그 결과 주택대량공급 정책의 재검토, 임대주택 수혜계층 범위 확대, 도시재생 활성화, 민간과 지자체와의 협력강화, 정책사업 수행을 위한 LH 자금조달과 사업 손실에 대한 정부지원 강화, 공공주택기관 부채에 대한 재인식 등이 필요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이론적 관점이 아니라 주택 및 도시문제 해결을 위해 우리나라와 유사한 정책집행체계를 운영하고 있는 아시아 국가의 공공주택기관 실태를 통해 정책개선 방향을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Recently, one of the critical issues in Korea is the huge debt and future role of Korea Land and Housing Corporation. In this regards, the purpose of this study is to get implications from other public housing agencies in Asian countries such as UR of Japan, HDB of Singapore and HA of Hongkong. The changes of housing policy since 1960s, business and financial structure of housing agencies in each nation are investigated and compared. As a result, some policy directions can be proposed as follows : review of current mass housing program, relaxing qualifications for public rental housing, promotion of urban renewal projects, reinforcing cooperation with private sector and local governments, more government's support to LH's financing and loss from businesses for public interests and re-evaluation of LH's debt. The contribution of this study is that suggestions to improve housing policy and to alleviate financial problem of LH are based on the actual conditions of public housing agencies in Asian countries where the housing policy implementation system is similar to Korea, not on the theoretical basis.

This paper deal with the harmonic reduction technique in three-phase square-wave inverter system formed by single-phase inverter. To reduce the harmonics, six single-phase inverters are used for forming multi-phase inverter and zig-zag connected output transformer for eliminating the harmonic 6(2k-l)±1 orders. And an ac filter is furnished at output side. Computer simulations show that the THD of the output voltage can be reduced immensely.
