고등학생의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 결정요인 간의 구조적 관계 - 경북지역 고등학생을 대상으로 -

이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 결정적 요인간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 검증하기 위해 선행 연구를 통해 검증된 부모의 사회경제적지위 척도, 진로지지 척도, 진로동기 척도, 진로태도성숙 척도를 수정·보완하여 사용했다. 연구대상은 경상북도에 소재한 4개의 일반계 고등학교 1학년 학생 400명이다. 이 중에서 불성실하다고 판단되는 11건을 제외한 389건의 응답 자료를 분석에 이용했다. 자료 분석은 먼저 각 변인의 정규 분포성과 상관관계를 분석했다. 그리고 연구 모형의 적합도와 신뢰도를 검증한 후에 변인 간의 직·간접 효과와 구조적 관계를 분석하였으며, 성별에 따라 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위해 다집단 차이분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 진로동기는 진로태도성숙에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 부모의 사회경제적지위, 진로지지는 진로태도성숙에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 부모의 사회경제적지위, 진로지지 및 진로동기가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 경로에서 남녀 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 부모의 사회경제적지위와 진로지지는 진로동기를 통하여 진로태도성숙에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 부모의 사회경제적지위는 단기간에 높아지는 것이 쉽지 않다. 하지만 부모의 진로지지는 부모의 의지에 따라 얼마든지 변화 가능한 것이 때문에 진로태도성숙에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요한 변인이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 진로지지와 관련된 부모 교육은 고등학생의 진로태도성숙을 향상시키는 하나의 방안으로 활용될 수 있으며, 고등학생의 진로태도성숙에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 진로동기를 강화할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze of the structural relationship between determinants affecting career attitude maturity perceived by high school students. The research methods are as follows: The research model was extracted through literature search on the structural relations between factors. The measurement tools were used after modifying what was tested through previous studies. The questionnaire was distributed to 400 first year students in four high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Of these, only 389 responses were used in the analysis. Because 11 responses were unreliable. The data analysis was to each factor’s grasp the normal distribution, reliability and influence, structural relations and the fitness of the research model. And multi-group difference analysis was conducted to verify that there was a difference according to gender. The results of this study are as follows: Career motivation had a direct effect on career attitude maturity but, parents’socio-economic status and career support did not have a direct effect. In addition, there was a difference between gender in the path of parental socio-economic status, career support and career motivation to their career attitude maturity. Although the socio-economic status of parent’s is not easy to improve, their support of child’s career can change according to the parents’ determination. Therefore, The parents will need to be educated on how to support their children’s career. Thus, the parent education can be used as a way to improve the career attitude maturity of high school students.
