커뮤니티케어를 위한 지역사회 재활 직무 지식과 교육의 적절성 조사연구 : 작업치료사 직무 중심으로

본 연구는 지역사회 통합 돌봄을 위한 작업치료사들의 지역사회 재활 직무에 대한 지식과 교육의 적절성을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무 지식수준과 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성을 알아보기 위해 설문지를 개발하였고, 예비조사를 통해 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 검증된 설문지를 바탕으로 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무에 관한 지식수준과 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성이 낮은 평균점수를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 지역사회 작업치료 실무에서 필요한 지식을 알 수 있었으며, 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들의 지식 보유수준을 파악하고, 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성에 대해 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 참고하여 기존 의료기관 중심의 교육에서 지역사회 작업치료 직무와 관련된 체계적인 교육 프로그램이 개발된다면, 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들의 직무 지식수준을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 급변하는 시대와 감염병의 범유행 상황 가운데 지역사회의 재활 직무를 담당하는 다양한 직군들에 해당하는 직무 관련 지식수준과 교육에 관한 추가 연구가 필요하다. This study was conducted to find out the appropriateness of knowledge and education of occupational therapists" community rehabilitation jobs for community care. A questionnaire was developed to find out the job knowledge level of occupational therapists working in the community and the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education, and the validity and reliability were verified through a preliminary survey. Based on the verified questionnaire, a survey was conducted on occupational therapists working in the community. As a result, overall, the average score was low in the level of knowledge about the job of occupational therapists engaged in the community and the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education. Through this study, we were able to know the necessary knowledge in the practice of community occupational therapy, understand the level of knowledge retention of occupational therapists working in the community, and learn about the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education. Referring to the results of this study, if a systematic education program related to community occupational therapy jobs is developed in existing medical institution-centered education, the job knowledge level of occupational therapists in the community can be raised. Amid the rapidly changing times and the pandemic of infectious diseases, additional research is needed on job-related knowledge and education corresponding to various occupations in charge of rehabilitation in the community.

When we prescribed Shiryungtang to a 65 years-old male patient with ARF after stroke, we could observe that his symptoms, I/O balance and laboratory findings were all improved. Therefore, we suggest that shiryungtang might be useful for ARF in the patient with stroke.
