교육과정을 중심으로 한 학교와 지역 간 교육협력 방향의 시론적 탐색

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 교육과정 중심으로 학교와 지역의 교육협력을 강화하는 방안을 시론적으로 탐색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 학교 안팎의 교육관점의 차이들과 교육과정 중심의 해소 방안을 문헌 분석 중심으로 살펴본다. 연구결과: 학교와 지역 간에는 교육관점의 차이, 학교 중심의 교육과정 배타성과 지역의 소외, 주도성 논의로 인한 교육과정 소통 미흡, 보편교육과 지역특색 교육 간의 차이가 나타나며, 이를 좁히기 위해서는 교육과정 중심의 학교 안팎의 소통과 학교와 지역이 참여하는 지역형 교육과정 개발, 학교 와 지역이 협력하여 핵심역량 및 성취기준을 해석하고, 이에 부합하는 교육과정에 지역사회 자원을 담아내는 노력이 필요하다. 결론 및 제언: 의미 있는 학교 안팎의 교육 연계와 협력을 위해서는 교육과정 중심의 소통을 활성화하고, 성취기준을 협력적으로 해석하고 이를 효과적으로 달성하는 노력이 요구된다. Purpose: This study seeks to theoretically explore ways to strengthen educational cooperation between schools and regions focusing on the curriculum. Method: Differences in educational perspectives inside and outside of schools and solutions centered on curriculum are examined through literature analysis. Results: There are differences in educational perspectives between schools and regions, school-centered curriculum exclusivity and regional alienation, insufficient curriculum communication due to discussions on leadership, and differences between universal education and regional-specific education. To narrow this, curriculum-centered education is needed. Efforts are needed to communicate inside and outside the school, develop a local curriculum in which schools and regions participate, collaborate with schools and regions to interpret core competencies and achievement standards, and incorporate community resources into a curriculum that meets these. Conclusion: For meaningful educational linkage and cooperation inside and outside of school, efforts are required to activate curriculum-centered communication, cooperatively interpret achievement standards, and effectively achieve them.
