This work is to investigate effect of operating characteristics of pump according to the rotational speed of pump and the change of flow rate when centrifugal pump operates with the condition that regulated flow, head, revolution number, and specific speed are respectively 0.7 ㎥/min, 8 m, 1750 rpm, 180 (m, ㎥/min, rpm). The pump used in the experiment doesn't have a guide vane and directly connects with outside rim so that the rotational speed of volute pump in spiral or volute casing increase by 100 rpm from 1450 until it reaches 1750. The results of the relationship of Q-H, Q-L, Q-η and the dimensionless performance features such as head coefficient, power coefficient and efficiency are as follows; (1) According to the increase of evolution number, the head and power increase up to the square or cube of the evolution number. At the same evolution number, the power is increased according to the flow. In time of standard operation, the head has a stable feature in the early stage of flow increase from the segment point. (2) The pump's highest efficiency shows 52% with flow rate 0.17㏄/min and head 4.7 m in time of 1450 rpm and 50% with flow 0.18㎥/min and head 6.7 m in the pump's highest rotational speed of 1750 rpm. (3) In each rotational speed, curve of efficiency, head and power is different. Meanwhile, the dimensionless performance valuables show a line irrespective of rotational speed. As flow coefficient increases, power coefficient increases and head coefficient decreases. When the flow coefficient is 0.08, it reaches the maximum efficiency 52%.

분리된 완두 엽록체 Fructose - 1 , 6 - bisphosphatase 의 생화학적 특성

Chloroplast fructose- 1,6-bisphosphatase from pea leaves was purified and characterized. Monomeric molecular weight of the enzyme was estimated as 48,000 by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Molecular weight of the intact enzyme as determined by Sephadex G-200 gel permeation chromatogrphy was about 160,000. Thus the enzyme is believed to be tetrameric and composed of four identical subunits. The purified chloroplast enzyme was inactive at neutral pH but active at alkaline pH. The enzyme was also activated by Mg^(2+) and reducing agents such as dithiothreitol. Gluconeogenic fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase in cytosol is known to be active at neutral pH and insensitive to Mg^(2+) and reducing agents. The enzyme was insensitive to AMP which is a potent inhibitor for cytoplasmic fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase. The saturation curve of Mg^(2+) shows sigmoidal shape and Hill coefficient was 3.3. Activation energy (E_a) and Arrhenius frequency factor (A) of the enzyme catalyzed reaction were 21.5 kcal/mol and 4.01×10^8/s, respectively. Activation entropy (△S^(≠0) and activation enthalpy (△H≠0) of the enzyme reaction were -19.17 cal/K·mol and 20.87 kcal/mol, respectively.
QFT(Quantitative Feedback Theory)를 이용한 유연한 조인트를 갖는 로봇팔의 강인제어

This thesis presen4s the investigation into dynamic characteristics and robust control of a robot arm with joint flexibilities. A commercial SCARA robot is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the arm. The results convince that the flexibility is mainly due to the relatively weak torsional stiffeness of a joint between the robot arm and its driving motor shaft, i.e, a harmonic drive’s thin wal1. Thus a rigid bar with a tortional spring at the joint is developed as a good candidate for a flexible robot arm model. Several cases are considered for the design of PID controller to identify the joint flexibility on control performances. QFT(Quantitative Feedback Theory) method is suggested for robust control. The designed controllers are examined by computer simulations and stability analyses.
