현재 주택시장과 전세시장의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 해결하는 데 있어 자본시장 부분과 금리 부분 그리고 실물 시장으로 구분하여 많은 영향을 미치는 지표들을 감안하여 주택매매 시장과 주택 전세시장의 안정화를위한 대책 마련에 중요한 지표가 될 것으로 보인다. 특히, 향후에 예측되는 경제위기 상황과 불확실한 미래의또 다른 금융위기를 예측하여 부동산 가격의 급격한 변동에 사전 대비할 수 있는 자료를 공공데이터를 사용하여 제공코자 한다. Consideration of influential factors through division of capital market sector and interest rate sector to find and resolve the problems in current housing market and leasing market will become an important index to prepare measures for stabilization of housing sales market and housing lease market. Furthermore, a guideline will be provide you with preliminary data using Big Data to prepare for sudden price fluctuation because expected economic crisis, stock market situation, and uncertain future financial crisis can be predicted which may help anticipate real estate price index such as housing sales price index and housing lease price index.

This study attempts to describe the trends of welding technique and vocational / technical education for welders in West Germany. The needs of expanded industrial productivity encourage the rapid growth of flexible automation and robotisation in industrial sectors. This represents an increase in the mounting demand of qualified craftsmen. In relation to the results, the Ministry of Education Germany has revised the regulations of vocational /technical education in metal and electric industrial field in 1987. The strategy of vocational /technical education gives priority to professional qualification of craftsmen which means their competencies of "self planning, self performing and self controlling a given work" in the pursuit of their duties.

This study describes the trends of developement of production process with flexible automated technologies, especially with industrial robots and its effect on the welding qualification in the industrial fields of West Germany. The whole spectrum of changes in social, technical and economical environments owing to the rapid developement of new technologies brings a change to potentials of product demand in the market. The results of this change give serious influence on the change of production conditions in the industry. Because of this influence, it is enhanced the expansion of production process automated by flexible manufacturing technologies-for example CAD /CAM, FMS, CNC systems and industrial robots-in order to increase industrial productivity and functional flexibility. This expansion of flexible automation makes a great change of organization structure, job conditions, task contents and qualification requirements. A characteristic of this effect in the view of craftsman competency is the trends of the requirements of high qualification which meets not only professional and special competencies but also general and cognitive competencies.
