COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형, 학습전략, 사회적지지가 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향

Objectives This study is a descriptive survey designed to identify the effects of MBTI personality type, learning strategy, and social support on academic stress in nursing students under untact educational environment caused by COVID-19. Methods The subjects of this study are 125 nursing students who were 1-4 graders attending one university located in D metropolitan city. Data were collected from Oct. 5, 2021 to Nov. 18, 2021. For data analysis, SPSS 23.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical regression. Results In non-face-to-face class environment caused by COVID-19, nursing students’ academic stress had a negative correlation with learning strategy and social support and their learning strategy had a positive correlation with social support. As a result of regression analysis, it was found that gender, major satisfaction, learning strategy, and social support affected academic stress and these variables accounted for 31.6% of academic stress. Conclusions To reduce academic stress in the COVID-19 situation, there is a need to develop programs for improving major satisfaction, learning strategy, and social support and seek various solutions. 목적 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형, 학습전략, 사회적지지가 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 대상자는 D광역시 소재 1개 대학교에 재학 중인 1~4학년 간호대학생 125명이다. 자료수집 기간은 2021년 10월 5일부터 11월 18일까지이며, 구글 설문지를 활용한 온라인 설문 방식을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 서술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, Hierarchical regression이 실시되었다. 결과 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 학업스트레스는 학습전략과, 사회적지지와 부적 상관관계가 있었고 학습전략은 사회적지지와 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 회귀분석 결과, 성별, 전공만족도, 학습전략, 사회적지지가 학업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 학업스트레스를 31.6% 설명하였다. 결론 COVID-19 상황에서 학업스트레스 감소를 위해서는 전공만족도, 학습전략, 사회적지지 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 다양한 방안을 모색해야 한다.

주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 직무만족과 이직의도와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

본 논문의 목적은 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 직무만족과 이직의도와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 서울시 주야간보호센터 요양보호사 437명이며, 연구 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하고자 PROCESS macro를 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족 수준이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족 수준이 높을수록 자기효능감 수준이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감 수준이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 직무만족은 자기효능감을 매개로 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 직무만족 수준이 높을수록 자기효능감 수준의 수준이 높아져 이직의도가 낮아짐을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회돌봄에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 심리적 요인을 확보하기 위해 대인관계 훈련, 팀워크 갈등관리를 줄이기 위한 매뉴얼 보급 및 훈련과 같은 실천적·정책적 제언을 통해 이직의도를 낮추는 실질적인 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and turnover intention of day care center caregivers. The subjects of this study were 437 caregivers at day care centers in Seoul. The research analysis method was carried out by the PROCESS macro to verify the mediating effect using SPSS 25.0 program. The major results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher the job satisfaction level of day care center caregivers, the lower the turnover intention. Second, it was confirmed that the higher job satisfaction level, the higher self-efficacy level was. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the lower the turnover intention. Finally, it was confirmed that the job satisfaction level of day care center care workers affects the turnover intention through the medium of self-efficacy level, which means that the higher the job satisfaction level of day and night care center caregivers, the higher the level of self-efficacy, and the lower the turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy suggestions to secure psychological factors of care workers working at day and night care centers, which play an important role in community care, were discussed to reduce turnover intention.

대입수능 이후 고등학교 교육과정 운영 개선 방안

본 연구는 수능 이후 고교 교육과정을 정상적으로 운영할 방안을 모색하고자 하는 방향에서 현재 인문계 고등학교에서 수능 이후 운영되고 있는 학교 교육과정의 문제점, 대입수능 이후 학교 교육과정 운영에 대한 고교생 · 고교생 학부모 ·고교 교사 · 대학생들의 요구, 고등학교와 대학의 연계 교육과정 운영에 관한 국내외 사례 조사, 대입수능 이후 학교교육 현장에서 실시할 수 있는 교육과정의 방향과 이와 관련한 정책 개발 등을 살펴보았다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 수능 이후 교육과정을 보다 내실있게 운영하기 위한 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 제 7차 교육과정을 바탕으로 학교 교육과정의 최대한 자율적 운영, 다양한 수능 이후 프로그램의 마련을 위해 교사외 강사 채용, 학교예산 편성시 수능 이후 프로그램운영을 위한 별도의 예산 책정 및 시 · 도교육청, 교육인적자원부의 재정보조, 수능 이후 교육과정 운영 아이디어 공모 실시, 수능 이후 교육과정 운영 계획 수립 · 이에 대한 예산 설정 · 실행 여부를 평가하여 학교 평가시 반영, 시 · 도교육청 및 단위학교에 관련 기구나 위원회 구성, 대학과 평생교육기관 및 기업등에서 주최하는 프로그램 확대, 고교 때 이수한 내용 평가를 통해 대학진학 후 학점으로 인정하도록 하기 위한 관련 법 개정 등이 이루어질 필요가 있다고 본다. It investigates the problems of post-university entrance exam curriculum In high school, the demands for running the curriculum from high school students, their parents, high school teachers and university students, the case studies about running the curriculum between high school and university inside and outside the country, and the direction which can be done in high school and the policy development related to them. Through the research, there are some implications to manage the curriculum more effectively as the followings: Running the school curriculum based on the 7th national curriculum, employing a tutor for various programs, and the Ministry of Education should permit each high school to pay tutors using its school development donation or raising funds based on the rule of the students who receive the benefits. Also fixing the separate budget for managing post-university entrance exam programs, and financial assistance by city & province office of education and Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, idea contest for managing post-university entrance exam curriculum. It is desirable that the public subscription period for the idea contest should be in April through September and the prizes should be awarded in February, right after graduation. It is more desirable for non-government organizations to hold the idea contest rather than Korean Human Resources Development. It is also desirable that each high school should send in its operating result report as well as its idea and it should be awarded a Ministry Prize and money according to the estimating result. It is desirable that the Ministry of Education should estimate all collected ideas, give kinds of certificates to some good programs, publish materials with them, distribute those materials to each school.
