This thesis is about the change of possession of 'root-Juda' dative verbs in Korean. The dative verbs describes the change of possession from a possessor to a beneficiary in a dative constructions. The primary situation in a dative construction is the movement of possession. Any change of possession can be classified three types according to degree of possession; (1) a transfer of possession, (2) a trust of possession, (3) a share of possession. It is founded the change of possession in 'Root-Juda' dative verbs. The root to appear the change of possession is the core of 'root-Juda' dative verbs. This thesis is to analysis the succeeding the change of possession from witch root to a 'root-Juda' dative compound verb. The results of this thesis are summarized in these words. While 'Juda' compound a root of giveness, The root of giveness is responsible the change of possession and the method and manner of action and 'Juda' is responsible a spesker's beneficient. While 'Jusa' compound a root of non-giveness, 'Juda' is responsible the change of possession and the root of giveness is responsible the method and manner of action.

The aim of this paper is to make clear reciprocal verbs sentence and to examine the formation of reciprocal verbs sentence. In this paper, reciprocal verbs sentence is regarded as the sentence in which noun phrase can be realized in two or more other elements. Moreover, in order to clarify the formation phenomena of reciprocal verbs sentence, Jackendoff"s theory is employed.<BR> This paper presented the propriety that ‘-Wa’ noun phrase as case marker is complement through comparison of the lexical structure and the syntactic structure, in reciprocal verbs phrase. Reciprocal verbs phrase shows reciprocal acts of two argument and provides an intransitive verb phrase and a tranditive verbs phrase. In an intransitive verbs phrase, ‘-Wa’ noun phrase is agent, in a tranditive verbs phrase, ‘-Wa’ noun phrase is agent or theme. This noun phrase is complement.

The aim of this paper is to establish the Korean basic sentence type that is connected with mother tongue of foreign student who study the Korean language. In other words, if the basic sentence type is established on the common sentence type of languages, a student will learn easily Korean sentence type.<BR> After this paper establishes the Korean basic sentence type, this paper compares the argument structure of the Korean language with the India-Europe language. The common basic sentence type structures of the Korean language and India-Europe language are as follows. The first, the basic sentence type structure 1 that has no argument. The second, the basic sentence type structure 2 that has one argument. The third, the basic sentence type structure 3 that has two arguments. The last, the basic sentence type structure 4 that has three arguments.<BR> The Korean basic sentence type of this paper shows the Korean basic sentence type frame. Specially, the no argument sentence like “An-nyeongha-se-yo?” is base on the basic sentence type structure 1. And, the Korean basic sentence type structure of this paper includes all Korean sentences is composed of the primitive elements. As this paper makes the Korean basic sentence type structure by comparison with other language(the India-Europe), foreign students study the Korean language easily.
