This study focused on the effect of acculturative stress of multicultural adolescents on school adaptation and the moderate effect on social support were investigated. This study based on the Panel Research(MAPS) data conducted by the National Youth Poicy Institute for sith year(2016) data. Survey respond of 1,283 adolescents with multicultural background Multicultural adolescents. Using SPSS 22.0 as the basic procedure to analyze the research model. And the main results of the study are as follows: First, this study shows that acculturative stress had a negative (-) effect on school adaptation. Second, this study shows that the social support of multicultural adolescents had a moderating effect between acculturative stress and school adaptation. The practical proposal of social welfare are as follows: First, it seems multicultural youth with high acculturative stress necessary to attend cultural events like "World Village Festival". Thus, they can experience different cultures in their parent’s hometown. Attending such festivals will help you understand and positively accept the culture of the country of foreign parents, and improve awareness. Second, comparing the adolescents who have lower stress would likely to adapt fast rather then students who have high stess level. I would like to improve the practical support to lower the acculturative stress of multicultural adolescents. As a policy plan, first, I believe it would be better if multicultural youth families can be settled in Korean society. Policy support that needed is helping foreign mothers continuously to merge into Korean society, culture and language, and also support to treat them like Korean ordinary families. Moreover, there is a need for policy measures against the economic difficulties of multicultural families. When it comes to their financial crisis, we need to increase the social activities than can help them to provide jobs. Finally, I think these things can help to change their social positions and stereotype that they receive from Korean society.
