간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션기반 전문심장소생술 교육의 효과

Objectives : This study is a quasi-experiment with a pre-post design and a nonequivalent control group performed from May 1 to June 2, 2013 to verify the effects of a simulation based education program on nursing students’ self-confidence, and clinical performance ability. Methods : The subjects of the study were a total of 60 students in their fourth year of a nursing program at a university located in G city and they were assigned to an experimental group of 30 students and a control group of 30 students by convenience sampling. Results : After being offered education, self-confidence, and clinical performance ability were significantly more improved than before in each group. In the comparison of the two groups, the self-confidence (t=3.00, p=.004) and clinical performance ability(t=3.14, p=.003) of the experiment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions : The results indicated that instructional methods using a simulation-based emergency care program should be adopted maximize the effects of advanced cardiopulmonary life support education.

간호대학생의 지역 중소병원 선택 예측요인

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 취업선호도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 파악하여 지역 중소병원 선택의 예측요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 광주광역시와 전라남도 소재 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 2018년 9월부터 2018년 10월까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 부적절한 응답지를 제외한 476명의 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원을 선택한 경우는 66.0%였고, 중소병원 선택의 예측요인은 고등학교 졸업지역, 학업성취도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원으로의 취업률을 높이기 위해서는 간호교육자들은 중소병원 취업을 희망하는 학생들에게는 역량을 고려한 맞춤형 진로지도 및 상담을 해야겠으며, 병원 관계자들은 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위한 다양한 홍보활동 및 마케팅 전략을 수립해야겠다. This study was conducted to identify the predictors of the choice of regional small and medium hospitals by identifying the job preference, recognition of small and medium hospitals. For this purpose, data were collected from September 2018 to October 2018 for nursing students attending 4 universities in Gwangju and Jeollanam - do, and total of 476 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 24.0 program. The results showed that 66.0% of nursing students selected region local small and medium hospitals. The factors influencing the choice of region small and medium hospitals were high school region, nursing school performance and recognition of small and medium hospitals. In order to increase the employment rate of nursing students to the region small and medium hospitals, nursing educators should provide personalized career guidance to students who want to work in small and medium hospitals and hospital personnel should establish various public relations activities and marketing strategies to raise recognition of small and medium hospitals.

간호학과 신입생의 전공 인식에 관한 연구

This study was attempted to provide basic data for the development of the nursing major curriculum and the admission strategy for attracting new students by identifying the perception of the nursing major among freshmen in the nursing department. Participants in this study were 40 freshmen who agreed to participate in the study among freshmen in the department of nursing who completed self-exploration, a required liberal arts course for freshmen opened in the first semester of 2021. Data collection was a study diary written by participants after 15 weeks of class, and the traditional content analysis method suggested by Heieh and Shannon was applied to data analysis. As a result of the study, three themes were derived: 'motivation for entering the nursing major', 'value of the nursing major', and 'obstacles to the nursing major'. Therefore, colleges and departments need to strengthen their entrance examination strategies to develop and conduct field trip programs for experiential departments linked to middle and high schools and It is necessary to solve the difficulties in taking major courses by providing subject and extracurricular programs targeting students who lack basic learning ability. 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 간호학 전공에 대한 인식을 파악함으로써 간호학 전공 교육과정 개발 및 신입생 유치에 대한 입시전략의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 참여자는 2021년 1학기에 개설된 신입생 필수 교양인 자기 탐색을 이수한 간호학과 신입생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 40명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 15주 수업 후 참여자들이 작성한 학습일지였으며, 자료 분석은 Heieh와 Shannon이 제시한 전통적 내용분석 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 ‘간호학 전공 입문 동기’, ‘간호학 전공의 가치’, ‘간호학 전공의 걸림돌’의 3개의 주제가 도출되었다. 따라서 대학 및 학과는 중·고등학교와 연계한 체험형 학과 견학프로그램을 개발 및 진행하는 입시전략을 강화해야겠으며, 기초학습 능력이 부족한 학생들을 대상으로 한 교과 및 비교과 프로그램을 제공하여 전공과목 수강에 어려움을 해결해 줘야겠다.

남자 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nursing satisfaction in major and self-leadership on male nursing student career preparation behavior. Data was collected from 527 students by means of self-reported questionnaires on the topic of satisfaction in major, self-leadership, career preparation behavior among nursing students from July 1 to August 31, 2016. The SPSS WIN/PC 19.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlational coefficient and multiple regression. The conclusion from the results and discussions are as follows. The average score of satisfaction in major, self-leadership, career preparation behavior was 2.51, 3.80 and 3,89 respectively There were positive correlations among satisfaction in major, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior. Fourth, major satisfaction and self-leadership effect on career preparation behavior. It is necessary to provide career educational programs according to the grades of nursing students, and to developed educational programs to improve self-leadership of male nursing students 본 연구는 남자간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 G시와 J도에 위치한 8개의 간호대학에 재학중인 1-4학년 학생이며, 자료 수집은 2016년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일 까지 실시되었다. 측정도구는 전공만족도, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동 측정도구를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과 남자 간호대학생의 전공만족도 평균은 3.91±.54점, 셀프리더십 3.65±.49점, 진로준비행동 2.40±.50점으로 나타났으며, 전공만족도와 셀프리더십 수준이 높을수록 진로준비행동을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 전공만족도와 셀프리더십은 남자간호대학생의 진로준비해동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알 수 있으며 진로준비행동 향상을 위해 학년을 고려한 진로교육과 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 다양한 교육프로그램 개발 및 증진이 요구된다.

가상현실을 활용한 간호대학생의 핵심 기본간호술 실습 경험

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to help nursing college students explore the meaning of practical experience in core fundamental nursing skills using VR, and to find an effective direction for future VR basic nursing education. Participants in the study were 30 second grade nursing students attending a university in G-city. The data collection period is from Dec. 1, 2019 to Dec. 15, 2019, and data was collected through a reflection journal prepared by the student and analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method. As a result of analyzing the meaning of the experience, three categories and seven subcategories of ‘positive experience of VR class’, ‘negative experience of VR class’, and ‘two-sided value of VR practice’ were identified. This study is meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of VR based training class by presenting VR training experience of nursing students, and provided the basic data necessary for designing VR applied classes. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 VR를 활용한 핵심 기본간호술 실습 경험의 의미를 탐색하여 향후 VR 핵심 기본간호술 교육의 효과적인 운영 방향을 모색하는 데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 G광역시 일개 대학에 재학 중인 2학년 간호대학생 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 12월 1일부터 12월 15일까지이며, 학생이 작성한 성찰일지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 질적 내용 분석 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 경험의 의미를 분석한 결과 ‘VR 수업의 긍정적 경험’, ‘VR 수업의 부정적 경험’, ‘VR 실습의 양면가치’라는 3개의 범주 및 7개의 하위범주가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 VR 실습 경험을 제시함으로써 VR 기반 실습수업의 가능성을 알려주고, VR 적용 수업 설계 시 필요한 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

간호학과 신입생의 시간 관리와 진로 준비 행동 관계에서 전공 만족도의 매개효과

This study attempted to provide basic data for the development of career programs for nursing freshmen and the development of career coaching strategies by verifying the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between time management and career preparation behavior. The subjects of the study were nursing freshmen at four-year universities located in G Metropolitan City and J Province, and an online survey was conducted through an online link to collect data, and a total of 255 data were used for the study. The data collection period was from September 19 to 30, 2022. The SPSS 20.0 program and Macro were used to analyze the data, and the study confirmed that time management and career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with time management and career preparation behavior, respectively. As a result of Bootstrapping according to the Process Macro analysis method, the mediating effect of major satisfaction was statistically significant. Therefore, in order to promote career preparation behavior of nursing freshmen, it is necessary to plan and apply programs including major satisfaction and time management education, and further research is proposed to verify the effectiveness of career preparation behavior by developing and applying programs or curriculum to improve nursing students' time management education and major satisfaction. 본 연구는 시간 관리와 진로 준비 행동의 관계에서 전공 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하여 간호학과 신입생을 위한 진로 프로그램 개발 및 교수자의 진로 코칭 전략 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 G시와 J도에 소재한 4년제 대학의 간호학과 신입생으로, 자료수집은 온라인 링크를 통한 온라인 설문을 시행하였고 총 255명의 자료를 연구에 사용하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2022년 9월 19일부터 30일까지였다. SPSS 20.0 프로그램과 Macro를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였고, 연구 결과 시간 관리는 전공 만족도와 진로 준비 행동은 시간 관리, 전공 만족도와 각각 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 전공 만족도는 시간 관리와 진로 준비 행동 관계에서 부분 매개변수임이 확인되었다. Process Macro 분석법에 따라 Bootstrapping을 실시한 결과 전공 만족도의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 따라서 간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 전공 만족도와 시간 관리 교육을 포함한 프로그램을 기획하고 적용하는 것이 필요하겠으며, 간호대학생의 시간 관리 교육과 전공 만족도를 증진하는 프로그램이나 교육과정을 개발 및 적용하여 진로 준비 행동과의 효과를 검증하는 추후 연구를 제언한다.

간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향

This study aims to provide basic data for the development of educational methods and programs to raise the level of career preparation behaviors of nursing college freshmen by identifying the effects of major satisfaction, time management, and self-efficacy on career preparation behaviors. Data collection was carried out for convenience from October 18 to October 31, 2021, targeting 255 freshmen students of the nursing department at universities located in J and G metropolitan cities. The collected data were analyzed by real number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 program. Career preparation behavior showed a positive correlation with major satisfaction, time management, and self-efficacy. As a factor influencing career preparation behavior, time management behavior was the most influential factor, and the total explanatory power was 18.8%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop and provide a time management program for nursing students to develop time management skills from freshman. 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동 수준을 높이기 위한 교육 방법과 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료수집은 2021년 10월 18일부터 10월 31일까지 J 도와 G 광역시에 소재한 대학교에서 간호학과 신입생 255명을 대상으로 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 진로 준비 행동은 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감과 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로 준비 행동에 시간 관리 행동이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 총설명력은 18.8%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생을 위한 시간 관리 프로그램을 개발 및 제공하여 신입생부터 시간 관리 능력을 키워나가야겠다.

간호대학생의 자율실습 경험에 대한 내용분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of the experience of lab self-training of nursing students and to provide basic data for improving the efficiency of lab self-training and improving fundamental nursing practice education. Participants were 10 nursing college students in N city who listened to the researcher's explanation of the purpose and purpose of the study and the whole process. The data collection period was from September 1 to December 15, 2018. Data were collected through individual interviews and analyzed by qualitative content analysis. As a result of the research, three themes of 'positive experience', 'negative experience', and 'growth through self-reflection', and seven sub-themes were identified : 'acquired nursing techniques with repeated review opportunities', 'satisfaction improvement in fundamental nursing practice courses, 'improved ability to collaborate with others, 'discomfort due to insufficient equipment and consumables', 'confused because lab self-training room rules are not followed', 'realizing the importance of time management', 'realize the meaning of autonomy'. Therefore, in order for lab self-training to increase the efficiency of fundamental nursing practice education, lab self-training room with sufficient training operation and practice equipment and materials to ensure the autonomy of students is required. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자율실습 경험의 의미를 탐색하여 자율실습의 효율성 증대 및 기본간호학 실습교육 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구 참여자는 N시 일개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 중 연구의 목적과 취지 및 전체 진행 과정에 대한 연구자의 설명을 듣고 연구 참여에 동의 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 9월 1일부터 12월 15일까지이며, 개별 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 질적 내용분석에 따라 분석하였다. 자율실습 경험의 의미를 분석한 결과 ‘긍정적 경험’, ‘부정적 경험’, ‘자기 성찰을 통한 성장’이라는 3개의 주제 및 ‘반복된 복습 기회로 간호술 습득’, ‘기본간호학 실습 교과목 만족도 향상’, ‘타인과 협동하는 능력 향상’, ‘부족한 기자재 및 소모품으로 인한 불편감’, ‘실습실 사용 규칙이 지켜지지 않아 혼란스러움’, ‘시간 활용의 중요성을 깨달음’, ‘자율성의 의미를 깨달음’,이라는 7개의 하위 주제가 확인되었다. 따라서, 자율실습이 기본간호학 실습교육의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 학생들의 자율성을 최대한 보장하는 실습 운영 및 실습 장비와 물품이 충분히 확보된 자율실습실이 요구된다.

간호대학생의 기본간호학실습 경험 : 투약간호를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for improving the quality of fundamental nursing by analyzing experiences of medication nursing practice of nursing college students using the reflective Journal. The data collection period was September to December 2017. The research data consisted of interviews with 7 students and a reflection journal submitted by 40 students who took fundamental nursing practice Ⅱ course at a university. As a result of analyzing the contents of experiences, there are three sets of themes: 'sense of achievement and pride', 'burden and regret', 'expansion of nursing capacity' and seven subtopics: 'learning effect is enhanced by theory and practice', 'good to go to nursing school', 'as a nurse, i feel less confident about my growth', 'insufficient equipment and consumables, '(I want to) practice directly on the human body rather than the model', 'recognize patient-centered care', 'draw my future nursing ideas' were derived. Therefore, the practitioner should focus on improving the students 'nursing skills during medication nursing practice, while also seeking supportive activities and various teaching methods to promote the students' internal growth. 본 연구는 성찰저널을 이용하여 간호대학생의 투약간호 실습 경험을 분석하여 기본간호학 실습 수업의 질적 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월부터 12월까지였다. 연구자료는 일개 대학교의 기본간호학 실습 Ⅱ과목을 수강한 40명의 학생들이 제출한 성찰저널과 7명의 학생에 대한 면담내용이었다. 경험의 내용을 분석한 결과 ‘성취감과 자부심’, ‘부담감과 아쉬움’, ‘간호 역량의 확장’의 3개의 주제 모음과 ‘이론과 실습병행으로 학습효과가 증진됨’, ‘간호학과에 진학하기를 잘함’, ‘간호사로서 성장에 대한 자신감이 떨어짐’, ‘부족한 실습기자재와 소모품’, ‘모형보다는 사람 몸에 직접 실습하고 싶음’, ‘환자중심의 간호를 인식함’ ,‘미래의 나의 간호사상을 그려봄’의 7개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 따라서 실습 교육자는 투약간호 실습 시 학생의 간호술기 향상에 초점을 맞추는 동시에 학생들의 내적 성장을 촉진할 수 있는 지지활동 및 다양한 수업방법 개발을 모색해야겠다.
