Enteritis cystica profunda (ECP) is a very rare condition of the small intestine. It is characterized by mucin-filled cystic space and partially lined by nonneoplastic epithelium predominant in the submucosa of the small bowel. It has the identical histopathologic features to those of colitis cystica profunda (CCP), which is a rare benign lesion of the distal colon and rectum of uncertain cause. ECP appears to occur much less than CCP and all reported ECP was associated with intestinal disease, such as Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, Crohn`s disease, hamartomatous polyp, and multiple congenital anomalies. Among the reported ECP cases, only one case was located in duodenum and it was associated with hamartomatous polyps. Interestingly, we experienced a case of ECP in the duodenum without any intestinal disease. The diagnosis was made based on the endoscopic finding and histologic features of the resected specimen. We report this rare case of ECP located in the duodenum without associated small intestinal disease. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2002;39:55-58)

본 연구는 KSLV-I 페이로드 페어링을 제외한 2단 구조부에 대한 모드시험 결과를 기술하고 있다. 2단부는 크게 위성 분리부, 탑재부, 킥모터 지지부, 킥모터로 구성되어 있다. 번지코드를 이용하여 자유경계단 조건을 모사하였고 가진은 대형 가진 망치를 사용하였다. 이러한 모드시험 결과를 통하여 모드변수를 추출할 수 있고, 2단부 구조체의 동특성을 파악할 수 있다. 시험 결과는 TDAS를 사용하여 분석하였고, 100㎐ 이하의 모드변수 및 모드형상을 추출하였다. This paper introduces modal test of the 2nd stage structure of KSLV-I which is composed to satellite, PLA(Payload Adapter), EB(Equipment Bay), KMS(Kick Motor Support) and KM(Kick Motor) without PLF(Payload Fairing). In this test, to simulate free-free boundary condition, test object was hung by 4 bungee cords and excited by using impact hammer. From this test, dynamic properties of the 2nd stage structure of KSLV-I can be obtained. Modal test data are analyzed by using TDAS(Test Data Analysis Software). As the result, modal parameters and mode shapes below 100㎐ of the 2nd stage of KSLV-I were identified.

KSLV-1 1단 후방동체 상부 조합체 상세설계를 수행하였다. 동체 사이징 프로그램으로 기본적인 형상을 결정했다. 체결류 기본설계를 통하여 스킨-프레임, 스트링거-프레임의 체결류 선정하였다. 유한요소 프로그램을 통한 프레임 구조해석 및 인터페이스 확인을 통하여 프레임을 설계하였다. 또한 유한요소 프로그램으로 컷 아웃을 고려한 부분을 해석을 수행하여 구조 안전성을 확인하였다. 전단체결류 설계를 위하여 최대 전단하중에 대한 최대 전단응력을 유한요소 방법으로 구하였다. 이러한 동체해석 사이징과 유한요소 및 체결류 선정 프로그램을 사용하여 후방동체 상부조합체의 상세설계를 수행하였다. In this study, a detail design was conducted for KSLV-1 1st stage Rear Fuselage Upper Compartment assembly. A basic structural sizing was done by the aircraft fuselage sizing in-house program. The frame structural design and the interface check were conducted by the FE and the CAD program. The structural margin of safety was conformed by FE analysis for the normal section model and duct cut-out section models which are the weakest parts of the rear fuselage. The shear stress analysis was performed for a fastener design of the skin-stringer which is most affected by the shear stress induced by the shear load.

Launch vehicles and satellites experience severe vibration and pyroshock during the flight phase. These severe dynamic loading could result in the malfunction of electric devices which equipped in the launch vehicle and satellite. In this paper, mesh washer isolators are applied to attenuate these severe shock and vibration and isolation performances are enhanced by applying pseudoelasitic SMA wire material. Through random vibration and ground pyroshock tests, outstanding isolation performances are studied. Especially, comparison of isolation performances due to the change of pre-compressive displacement of mesh washer itself are suggested and applicablity to the adaptive vibration control are confirmed.
