Objectives of this study is to examine the effect of organizational culture on emotional labor in the airline industry. The data were collected from 243 airline flight attendants and analyzed with SPSS 18.0. In order to identify multiple regression analysis of organizational culture, the principle component factor analysis with varimax rotation was performed. The multiple regression analysis was employed to examine the relationship between organizational culture factor and emotional labor. The research findings can be summarized as follows. First, organizational culture have no significant relationship with emotional labor on surface acting for the test of Hypothesis 1. Second, organizational culture have no significant relationship with emotional labor on deep acting for the test of Hypothesis 2. The implications of the findings were discussed.

독서가 창의성과 학업성적에 미치는 영향 : 자율형 사립학교 고등학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to effect of reading on the creative ability and students’ achievement. For the purpose of this study, I established the following research subjects. Firstly, treading will be effect the creativity. Secondly, reading will be effect the Students’Achievement. The questionnaire survey was conducted to the autonomous private high school’s students in‘ G’school of‘ G’city. Data analysis of this research has been done by way of statistics methode such as frequency, cronbach αcoefficient, correlation analysis in use of SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. The reading was found to correlate with creativity. But reading with Students’Achievement was no correlation.
