Since it has an advantage of possibility to control using experimentally given coefficient, PID Control is the most widely used method of control in industries. Most industry-based PID controller generally have two methods of operation: automatic(control by controller) and manual(control by user) drive. There might be frequently switched in operation methods by necessity, and unexpected shock may take place at the moment. It is especially difficult for users to predict the status when switching into automatic from manual. The objectives of this dissertation show the status of switching into automatic mode, explain the non-shock method to switch into automatic mode utilizing PID control features and confirm the effectiveness.
