Recently, Influenza(AI, PI) patients have been increasing rapidly. But, there is a lack of isolation hospitals. In particular, according to increase the rate of patients with airborne infection, in order to prevent the spread of pathogens, design of layout plan and air conditioning system of isolation hospitals becomes more important to maintain patient’s room as negative pressure. In this study, the spread of pathogens are analyzed as room differential pressure, moving time of medical staff and patients, and moving way in isolation hospitals by multizone simulation; CONTAM 2.4. Through the analysis, the ways to improve isolation hospital considered at the design step are reached to prevent the spread of pathogens effectively. Also, it verifies that HVAC system for isolation hospital is suitably designed as standard.

肝實質性 疾患에 있어서 血淸 Alkaline phosphatase 活性値 變動에 關한 硏究

In this report, serum alkaline phosphatase activity and a few liver function tests such as bilirubin, transaminase, thymol turbidity test and serum iron were determined in 169 cases of the perenchymal liver disease. Observing cases were classified as 61 cases of postnecrotic liver cirrhosis, 63 cases of infectious hepatitis, 31 cases of primary liver cancer and 14 cases of amebic liver abscess. Flange and ratio of abnormality in serum alkaline phospatase activity were observed and discussed at the viewpoint of pathophysiology in the result of this paper, 71 per cent of patients with primary liver cancer have elevated alkaline phosphatase levels. 64.3 per cent of patients with amebic liver abscess and 44.5 per cent of patients with infectious hepatitis and 27.9 per cent of patients with postnecrotic liver cirrhosis were also elevated the enzyme levels. Activity of serum transaminase, thymol turbidity test and a part of direct serum bilirubin showed similar pattern of changes as alkaline phosphatase in infectious hepat tis and postnecrotic liver cirrhosis which has higher alkaline phospatase activity as the onset. The serum alkaline phosphatase level is of value in the differentiation of hepatocellular from obstructive impairment of the bile ducts. But the alkaline phosphatase levels in the hepatocellular range may be seen in the cases of parenchymal liver disease such as infectious hepatitis and postnecrotic liver cirrhosis including space-occupying lesions of the liver.
