계층의사분석 기법을 적용한 도심지 공동구 타당성 평가모델 연구

The urban center of a large city has a high concentration ratio of population, commerce, and traffic. Therefore, the expected effect is high from the introduction of the urban utility tunnel and it also has sufficient economic feasibility considering life cycle cost. Moreover, the construction cost can be greatly reduced if it is included in a large underground development such as a subway or a complex transfer center construction. However, it is not reflected in actual underground development plan. When planning a urban utility tunnel in Korea, it is expected to have difficulties such as the cost of relocation of the existing Life-Line, conflicts among the individual facility institutions, procurement of construction resources and sharing. Furthermore, it is possible to promote the project only if a consensus is drawn up by a collective council composed of all facilities and project developers. Therefore, an optimal alternative should be proposed using economic analysis and feasibility assessment system. In this study, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is performed considering the characteristics of urban areas and the importance of each indicator is quantified. As a result, we can support reasonable design capacity optimization using the feasibility assessment system. 국내 대도시의 도심은 인구, 상업, 교통 등의 집중도가 높으므로 공동구 도입에 따른 기대효과가 높고 생애주기비용을 고려한 경제적 타당성을 충분히 확보하고 있다. 더욱이 지하철, 복합환승센터 등과 같은 대규모 지하공간 개발에 포함하여 설치할 경우 초기 건설비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으나 실제 지하개발 계획에 구체적으로 반영되지 못하고 있다. 국내에서 도심지 공동구를 새로이 계획할 경우 기존 Life-Line의 이설비용, 수용 기관별 의견충돌, 건설재원 조달 및 분담 등의 어려움이 예상되며 더욱이 모든 수용기관과 사업시행자로 구성된 공동구 협의회에서 합의를 도출해야만 사업추진이 가능하기 때문에 경제성 분석과 더불어 타당성 평가 시스템을 통한 합리적 의사결정 과정을 통해서 최적 대안이 제시되어야만 원활한 사업추진이 가능하다. 그러므로 도심지 유형별 특성을 고려해서 평가지표와 의사결정 계층구조를 재구성하고 계층의사분석(AHP) 기법을 적용해서 항목별 중요도를 정량화함으로써 타당성 평가시스템을 이용한 합리적인 설계용량 최적화를 지원할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The objective of underwater inspection is to detect defects in underwater structures as early as possible and to provide basic data for the proper maintenance and support of these structures so as to lengthen their life and ensure their safety. It is especially necessary to select the proper inspection method and equipment for the underwater environment, since underwater inspection is carried out under special environmental conditions that differ from those on the ground, including a pressurized condition, difficulty of access, defects in equipment/device waterproofing systems, and the safety of the inspection staff. Recently, flatboats or dedicated inspection vessels are being used instead of inspection boats in advanced foreign countries to obtain safe and objective inspection data for underwater structures. In addition, underwater sonar equipment is being used to ensure safety and obtain objective data. The purpose of this study is to determine an efficient system of underwater inspection and the possibility of developing unmanned underwater inspection equipment to prevent safety accidents.

It may found that the proposed inspection method should be useful for Inspection of offshore substructures.

Recently, a life-cycle cost(LCC) analysis is addressed for determining optimal, cost-effective design of infrastructures from the standpoint of the value engineering. The design paradigm for the infrastructures has gradually shifted from the initial cost-effectiveness to the LCC effectiveness. These recent researches of cost-effective life-cycle engineering based on the concepts and methods of the LCC have dealt with grand bridges and structures on highway. The LCC of structures on national highway could be overestimated using the LCC analysis which is applied to the grand bridges. This paper presents the LCC analysis approach of the structures on national highway using maintenance data which had been actually performed for ten years. The LCC approach proposed in this paper may be expected to be effectively used for rational LCC evaluation of the structures on national highway.
인공 무기계 구체방수재를 혼입한 콘크리트의 물성에 관한 연구

In this paper, various of experiments were performed for checking the usefulness of Pozzolan Inorganic Polymer(PIP) Waterproof Admixture. The results of the experiment enabled to set the optimum mixture ratio of PIP waterproof admixture as 3.5%. Then, the test specimen mixed with PIP waterproof admixture was produced and consider whether meeting the quality standard of waterproofing admixture for concrete (KS F 4926) From the results, all the items such as mechanical properties and durability were meet the quality standard of KS. The PIP waterproof admixture concrete shows the high resistance of absorption, permeability and chloride ion penetration thanks to its internal components such as siliceous powder, zinc stearate and dispersive polymer.
지하차도 건설에 따른 기존 지하철터널 안정성에 대한 연구

Recently, subways in the city are formed a vast underground network which is interfered with construction when large-scale infrastructure will be planned to nearby existing subway tunnels. Researches have been restricted to estimate stability of existing subway tunnel due to adjacent excavation causued by small construction such as buildings. In this paper, OO underpass is planned on the top of existing subway tunnel, which will be need large-scale excavation, is selected as a subject of study. And the purpose of this study is to analyze the effects on existing subway tunnel due to excavation by stages on construction of underpass. The 3D-numerical analysis was performed by using the MIDAS/GTS program. The stability on existing subway tunnel caused by sequential excavation is analysed using numerical results. Based on the analysis, the excavation orders and reinforcement methods was suggested for stability of exiting subway tunnel.
고속철도 수직구 터널구조물에 적용된 파형강판공법의 구조적 안정성 검토

In this paper, structural analysis of High-Speed railway vertical tunnel structures was performed to verify the structural stability. The corrugated steel plate method was applied to the vertical tunnel structures for its simple construction method and low cost. The structural stability of Wall, Connection and Storage section was performed with LRFD and ASD design method at joint part, buckling, stress and plastic hinge. From the results, all of vertical tunnel structures shown the structural stability regardless of design method and structure types. So, the application of corrugated steel plate in vertical tunnel structures instead of cast-in-placed concrete was quite enough.
