최근 글로벌 경제의 다원화에 따라 문화상품무역은 국가 간 종합적 실력경쟁에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이 되었다. 한국은 중국의 인접국으로 문화발전 환경이 중국과 비슷하다. 문화상품무역은 한국경제의 중요한 부분으로서 그 발전경험은 중국에 참고적 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구법, 비교분석법과 실증분석법을 통해 연구를 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 문화상품 수출입 규모로부터 시작하여 전반적인 중국과 한국의 수출수준을 분석하여 양국 문화상품 수출입의 차이점을 찾고자 한다. 그런 후 중국 문화상품무역구조의 단점과 한국 문화상품무역구조의 장점을 비교·분석한다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 확률적 변경모형을 이용한 실증분석으로, 한중 문화상품무역 잠재력에 관한 결론을 도출한다. 그 연구결과로는 첫째, 중국과 한국의 문화상품무역의 국제경쟁력은 높은 편이지만 중국 문화상품의 경쟁력 발전 속도는 느린 편이다. 둘째, 한국과 비교할 때 중국문화상품 수출은 무역비효율요인의 영향이 큰 편이다. 셋째, 정부효율의 제고는 중국이 무역비효율항을 줄이는데 매우 큰 역할을 한다. At present, with the diversified development of the global economy, the trade of cultural products has become an important factor affecting the competition of comprehensive strength among countries. As a neighboring country to China, South Korea has a similar cultural development environment to China. As an important pillar of South Korea’s economy, cultural product trade, its development experience has reference significance for China. This paper adopts literature research method, comparative analysis method and empirical analysis method to conduct research. The article firstly analyzes the export level of China and South Korea from the scale of the import and export of cultural products, and finds the difference between the import and export of cultural products between the two countries. Then, it compares and analyzes the insufficiency of China’s cultural product trade structure and the advantage of Korea’s cultural product trade structure. Finally, this paper uses the stochastic frontier gravity model to conduct empirical analysis and draws relevant conclusions about the trade potential of cultural products between China and South Korea. The research results show that: (1) the international competitiveness of cultural products trade in China and South Korea is relatively high, but the competitiveness of China’s cultural products has been improved slowly; (2) compared with South Korea, China’s cultural product exports are affected by trade inefficiency factors larger. (3) The improvement of government efficiency has a great effect on reducing the inefficiency of trade in China.

문화적 거리, 흡수 능력과 중국 수출 무역 기술의 스필오버 효과 실증 연구

문화적 거리는 국제 비즈니스 환경 중의 문화 차이, 즉 양국 간의 고객 선호도, 경쟁 유형 및 비즈니스 규칙방면 등의 차이를 평가할 수 있으며, 기술 이전 및 다국적 조직 간의 지식 공유에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 2002-2020년 패널 데이터를 기반으로 문화적 거리는 중국 수출 무역 기술의 스필오버 효과(spillover effect)에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘 및 흡수 능력의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 검증한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 문화적 거리는 중국의 수출 무역 기술 스필오버 효과에 뚜렷한 부정적 영향을 미치며, 아시아 샘플과 비아시아 샘플, 고소득 샘플과 저소득 샘플 간의 차이성이 존재한다. 혁신 능력, 인적 자본 수준 및 무역 개방도로 대표되는 흡수 능력은 문화적 거리의 수출 무역 기술 스필오버 효과에 긍정적인 조절 효과가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 문화적 거리의 축소, 함축적 수출 지향식 업그레이드 전략 실시, 국가 혁신 시스템 개선, 혁신 인재 지원 강화 등의 방면에서 대책과 제안을 제시하였다. Cultural distance can measure cultural differences in the international business environment, that is, the differences between the two countries in terms of customer preferences, competition types, and business rules. It plays an important role in technical transfer and knowledge sharing between multinational organizations. Based on the transnational panel data from 2002 to 2020, this thesis studied the impact mechanism and adjustment effect of cultural distance on Chinas export trade technology overflow. The results show that the cultural distance has a significant negative impact on the overflow of Chinas export trade technology, and there are differences between Asian samples and non -Asian samples, high -income samples and low -income samples. The absorption capacity represented by innovation capabilities, human capital levels and trade openness has a positive adjustment effect on export trade technology overflowing effects. Finally, this study put forward countermeasures for reducing cultural distance, implementing connotative export -oriented upgrade strategies, improving national innovation systems, and strengthening innovative talent support.
