        A recent large-space structure is frequently made by light-weight structural system and it has a good mechanical efficiency. To make the light-weight structural system we are using tension members mainly. Since cable dome structures which are a soft structures are very flexible, stresses and nodal coordinates of the other members are changed when we control the stress of one member. Therefore we have to do two kind of works for effective and accurate construction of the cable dome structures. The first work is to make a working scenario to complete the final objective form, and the second is to revise constructional errors occurred in process of actual works. These works are called constructional analysis. In this study, we try to approach the constructional analysis of the cable dome structures using the numerical method, and then verify it.

        ETFE필름의 연신성형에 의한 장력막구조의 고내력화 실험 및 해석적 연구

        Most of the structural forms in which ETFE film is used are the cushion(pneumatic membrane structures) and tension type(tensile membrane structures), which have been generally accepted to be the most efficient forms. Tensile membrane structures are pulled outward from the exterior to introduce initial stress. And such structures offer the advantage of a natural shape formed by tensile stress and eliminate the need for blast air. Recently, the number of tension type structures is increasing. However, there are problems of creep and relaxation of ETFE films under long-term stresses. In this paper, the stretch fabrication method is proposed for stretching the film into the plastic region during initial tensioning as a way to increase its strength. And its effectiveness is confirmed by investigating experimental and analytical test using ETFE films.

      • 장력조정을 위한 Cable Dome 구조물의 비선형 시공해석

        A cable dome structure that is a kind of soft structure is very sensitive to the initial stress, therefore if a tensile load of the member is changed, a tensile stress and location of the another member is also changed. And in order that this process reach the shape of real design, trial and error should be performed continually in the process of erection. But it is very difficult to adjust the internal stress in the real space exactly as the design shape. In the study, a behavior of cable structure is investigated by using control a stress and displacement, and analyze it numerically.

        ETFE 필름의 2축 인장특성 및 텐션방식 막구조물의 응력완화 거동에 관한 실험적 연구

        Until recently, almost all ETFE film structures that have been erected is the cushion type because there are problems at lower allowable strength under elastic range and viscosity behaviour such as creep and relaxation of ETFE films under long-term stresses. But the number of tension type structures is currently increasing. This paper proposes the stretch fabrication of ETFE film to verify the applicability of ETFE films to tensile membrane structures. First of all, to investigate the possibility of application on tensile membrane structures, the stretch fabrication test is carried out, and it is verified that it is possible to increase the yield strength of the film membrane structures. After simulating the experiment also carries out an analytical investigation, and the effectiveness of the elasto-plastic analysis considering the viscous behavior of the film is investigated. Finally, post-aging tension measurement is conducted at the experimental facilities, and the viscosity behavior resulting from relaxation is investigated with respect to tensile membrane structures.

        단일공기막 구조물의 설계하중에 따른 비선형 응력-변형 해석 및 설계에 관한 연구

        공기막구조물의 공간형성방법은 크게 단일공기막과 이중공기막 방식으로 나뉜다. 내압으로 인해 평형곡면이 형성되는 공기막구조물의 형상은 형태의 변화가 외력에 의해 크게 변형되거나 응력이 집중되지 않는 등장력 곡면으로 많이 이용된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공기막 구조물의 초기 형성된 형상에 대해서 설계하중조합에 대한 구조해석을 비선형 전용해석프로그램인 NASS를 이용하여 수행한 후 변형형상을 살펴보고, 최대응력을 이용하여 안전성을 검토한다. 해석 모델은 사면에서 지지되는 장방형 단일공기막 구조물을 대상으로 하며, 직교이방성을 고려하여 비선형 증분해석을 수행한다. The method to form the space of the pneumatic structures by internal pressure is classified greatly as the dual type with the nlty type. The shape of the pneumatic structures consists of the curved surface under uniform tension not greatly to be deformed by the design load and stress must not be concentrated also. Therefore, In this study, we have done the structural analysis of the unity typed pneumatic structures by the NASS which is the program for nonlinear analysis. The analytic model is a rectangular pneumatic membrane structures which have four side fixed edges. And we have done the nonlinear incremental analysis considering the orthotropic material.

      • 막 구조물의 초기형상해석과 형상데이터를 이용한 재단도

        Membrane structures, a kind of lightweight soft structural system, are used for spatial structures. The material property of the membrane has strong axial stiffness, but little bending stiffness. The design procedure of membrane structures are needed to do shape finding, stress-deformation analysis and cutting pattern generation. In shape finding, membrane structures are unstable structures initially. These soft structures need to be introduced initial stresses because of its initial unstable state, and happen large deformation phenomenon. Also there are highly varied in their size, curvature and material stiffness. So, the approximation inherent in cutting pattern generation methods is quite different. Therefore, in this study, to find the structural shape after large deformation caused by initial stress, we need the shape analysis considering geometric nonlinear term. And the geodesic line on surface of initial equilibrium shape and the cutting pattern generation using the geodesic line is introduced.

        직교이방성을 고려한 Barrel Vault형 지붕 막구조물의 비선형 구조해석에 관한 연구

        연성구조물의 일종인 막구조물은 대공간 구조물을 보다 효과적으로 구축할 수 있다. 연성구조물은, 축강성은 강하고 휨강성이 매우 작은 재료를 주 구조재로 사용하므로 초기강성에 매우 약한 구조체이다. 초기강성을 확보하기 위해서는 초기응력의 도입이 필수적이고, 초기강성을 갖기 전에는 불안정현상을 나타내지만, 초기강성의 도입과 함께 안정상태가 된다. 초기 불안정 구조물에 초기강성을 도입함으로써 야기되는 대변형 현상을 파악하기 위해서는 기하학적 비선형을 고려한 형상해석이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 비선형 해석프로그램인 NASS를 이용하여 해석을 수행한다. 해석모델은 Barrel Vault형 지붕 막구조물을 대상으로 하며, 직교이방성을 고려한 형상해석 및 응력-변형해석을 수행한 후 안정성을 검토한다. We have done the shape analysis and the stress-deformation analysis considering the orthotropic material, and then study the safety.

        막 구조물의 재단도 작성과 막재의 손실률에 관한 연구

        경량 연성구조시스템 중 하나인 막 구조물은 대공간 구조물에 많이 사용되어진다. 막 구조물은 축강성이 강하고 휨강성이 매우 작은 재료를 주 구조재로 사용하기 때문에 다른 구조물과 달리 구조설계에서는 형상해석, 응력-변형해석 그리고 재단도 등의 일련의 과정을 필요로 한다. 재단도의 작성에는 구조물의 크기나 곡률 그리고 재료적 강성에 따라 많은 변수가 작용하며 다른 설계과정과는 매우 다르다. 따라서 일반 구조설계용 프로그램은 막 구조물의 구조설계에 부적당하다. 본 연구에서는 막 구조물의 측지선을 이용한 재단도 작성 프로그램을 개발하고, 예제를 통해 재단도 작성결과를 비교 고찰하도록 한다. In this study, we develop the program for cooing pattern generation using geodesic line, and investigate the result of example's cooing pattern in detail.
