클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 중앙기록물관리시스템 설계 및 적용에 관한 연구

본 연구는 영구기록물관리기관의 업무, 자료, 시스템의 특성을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 영구기록물관리시스템의 보존 및 활용 모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 자원을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 모델별로 매핑하고 업무 프로세스를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반으로 전환하였다. 영구기록물관리시스템에 클라우드 컴퓨팅기술을 도입하는 것은 다른 기록관의 시스템 및 업무효율성의 개선을 위한 모범적인 사례가 될 수 있다. This study is to propose an archive management model based on cloud computing for preservation and utilization, as analyzing the characteristic of business model, electronic records and archival system. To achieve the goals this study classifies hardware and software resources by cloud computing models and redesigns business processes based on cloud computing. Adopting cloud computing technology in a central archives management system can be a exemplary case for other archives management systems to improve system and business performance.

공공데이터포털 이용 활성화를 위한 SNS 운용현황 및 개선방안

The world is paying attention to the South Korean government’s aggressive COVID-19 response, key of which is transparency and openness in sharing information. Opening up government information is essential to enhancing its social and economic value through increased awareness and accessibility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of SNS operated by national open data portals in which government-collected and -disclosed data is available and to suggest improvements for the use of open data portals. To do this, the study compared 3 national open data portals, each from India, U.S.A, and Korea, by performing quantitative analysis, user feedback analysis, time-series analysis, and information type analysis. Based on the identified information types and user needs, the study suggests concrete ways to facilitate the use of open data portals. 최근 ‘코로나19’라는 초유의 재난 사태를 맞이하여 대한민국 정부의 투명한 정보 공개를 통한 적극적 대응에 전 세계가 주목하고 있다. 이렇듯 공공데이터 개방은 특정 정보에 대한 국민의 인지도와 접근성을 높임으로써 다양한 사회적, 경제적 가치를 상승시키는 데 필수적이다. 본 연구는 정부차원에서 주도적으로 수집하고 공개하고 있는 공공데이터포털의 이용 활성화를 위해 각국에서 운영하고 있는 SNS 현황과 그에 따른 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내․외 공공데이터포털 SNS 운용현황을 살펴보고, 그 중 선진 사례 3국(인도, 미국, 한국)의 서비스를 선정하여 계량 분석, 피드백 분석, 시계열 분석, 정보유형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 통해 정보유형 및 이용요구를 파악하고 시사점을 도출하여 공공데이터 이용 활성화를 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제언하였다.
