        지하수, 키토산 및 목초액의 엽면살포에 의한 알타리무 체내의 잔류 Procymidone 제거효과

        공시 농약인 "스미렉스 수화제"를 알타리무에 살포한 다음 2시간 후에 각각 지하수, 키토산 500배액, 및 목초액 1,000배액을 골고루 엽면살포하였다. 그리고 공시재료 살포 2시간 경과 후, 1일 경과 후, 7일 경과 후 및 15일 경과 후에 각각 시료를 채취하여 알타리무 체내의 procymidone 잔류농약을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 알타리무 체내의 procymidone의 검출농도를 측정한 결과 농약만 살포한 무처리구인 대조구에 비해 지하수, 키토산 500배액, 및 목초액 1,000배액 처리구에서 잔류농약인 procymidone의 검출농도가 낮게 나타났으며, 특히 키토산 500배액 처리구에서는 평균치 보다 낮게 나타났다. 2. 알타리무 체내의 procymidone의 분해율을 측정한 결과 키토산 500배액 처리구 및 목초액 1,000배액 처리구에서 잔류농약인 procymidone의 분해율이 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 공시 엽면처리 재료간에는 큰 차이는 없었으나 대체적으로 키토산 500배액 처리구에서 분해율이 높게 나타났으며, 시간경과에 따른 평균 분해율은 공시재료를 엽면살포하고 7일이 경과한 후에 급격히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 지하수, 키토산 500배액 및 목초액 1,000배액을 엽면살포한 후 매일 달관조사를 하여 생육장해 및 비해조사를 한 결과 본 시험 농도에서는 비해가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. For this study, Smilex powder, a pesticide, was sprayed on the Altari radish, and then underground water, Chitosan solution (${\times}$500), and wood vinegar solution (${\times}$1000) were evenly sprayed on the Altari radish respectively. Samples of Altari radishs for residual pesticide analysis were taken two hours, 1 day, 7 days, and 15 days after treatments, and the detectable concentration and degradability of procymidone, the pesticide residue, were measured. The results obtained are as follows: 1. When detectable concentration of procymidone within the altari radish was measured, treatment plots sprayed with underground water, Chitosan solution (${\times}$500), and wood vinegar solution (${\times}$1000) were found to show lower detectable concentration than the non-treatment plot which was sprayed with pesticide only. Especially, the treatment plots sprayed with Chitosan solution (${\times}$500), and with wood vinegar solution (${\times}$1,000) showed lower values than the average. 2. When the degradability of procymidone within the Altari radish was measured, the plot treated with Chitosan solution (${\times}$500) and the plot treated with wood vinegar solution (${\times}$1,000) were found to have relatively higher degradability of procymidone. There were not much differences among testing materials in the degradability of residual pesticides. However, the plot treated with Chitosan solution (${\times}$500) showed higher degradability. In terms of average degradability with time, degradability increased sharply 7 days after the foliar application of testing materials. 3. When the daily far-sighted view survey was conducted in order to find out growth disorder and damage on the Altari radish plants by the treatment of un-derground water, Chitosan solution (${\times}$500), and wood vinegar solution (${\times}$1,000), no symptomatic physiological disorders was observed on all the plants tested during the whole growing season at the tested concentration level.

        수정벌 및 식물생장조절제 처리가 가지의 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 유기농업 농가에서 이용하는 수정벌 방사와 일반 농가에서 이용하는 식물생장조절제 처리에 대한 기초연구로서 수정벌 방사 및 식물생장조절제 처리가 가지의 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시한 시험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 가지의 수량은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서 수량이 가장 높았고, Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 엽면살포한 것이, Tomatotone 처리와 화방살포한 것이 좋았다. 상품과율은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서 가장 높았으며, 수량과 마찬가지로 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$ 처리는 엽면살포한 처리구에서, Tomatotone 처리는 화방살포한 처리구에서 대체적으로 높았다. 잎내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 인산은 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서, 칼륨은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 마그네슘은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서, 회분은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서 가장 많았다. 줄기내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 인산, 칼륨 및 마그네슘은 Tomatotone을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘은 Tomatotone을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 회분은 Tomatotone을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구와 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서 많았다. 과실내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 인산은 Tomatotone을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼륨과 회분은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘과 마그네슘은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서 가장 많았다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 유기농업 농가에서 이용하는 수정벌 방사가 식물생장조절제 처리를 대용할 만큼 효과가 인정되었으며, 가지의 착과와 상품과의 수량을 증대시키기 위해서는 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 혼용해서 사용하면 수분노력이 절감되고 수량도 식물생장조절제를 처리한 것보다 높았으나 재배시기 및 작형에 따른 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 생각된다. These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the growth, yield, and quality of eggplants which can be influenced by the bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators. The results were as follows: According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the yield of eggplant was good at bumblebee pollination with tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, and was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the ratio of marketable fruit was good at pollination bumblebee with tomatotone spray on the day they flowered, was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. On the mineral element contents of eggplant stems, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, the ones of phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of calcium were good at tomatotone flower spray in two or three days before flowering, and ones of ash were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, foliage spray the rate of three days. On the mineral element contents of eggplant fruits, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ foliage spray the rate of six days, the ones of phosphorus were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of potassium, ash were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ flower spray at blooming time, and the ones of calcium, magnesium were good at tomatotone an $GA_3$ flower spray in two or three days before flowering.

        폐수처리장치에서의 아질산염 산화 세균 군집 분석

        질소는 하수처리과정에서 제거되어야 하는 주요 오염물질 중의 하나이며, 세균 군집을 이용한 고도처리 시스템에서 생물학적 질소제거는 중요한 기술이다. 질산화반응은 생물학적 질소제거 시스템의 첫 단계로 미생물에 의해 진행된다. 암모니아는 암모니아산화세균에 의해 아질산염으로 산화되며, 그 후에 아질산염은 아질산염 산화세균에 의해 질산염으로 산화된다. 실험실 규모의 생물학적 질소제거 시스템인 변형된 eBAF 시스템, Nutrient removal laboratory 시스템과 반추기법을 적용한 rSBR 시스템의 질산화반응조 시료에서 16S rRNA 유전자를 이용한 terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) 방법으로 아질산염 산화세균군집을 분석하였다. 제한효소로 형성된 단편의 클러스터분석에서 Nitrobacter 군집은 각각의 폐수처리 시스템에 따라 군집의 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 그러나 Nitrospira 군집의 클러스터분석에서는 액체와 담체의 서식지 환경 차이에 의해 군집이 구분되었다. Nitrogen is one of the major pollutants that should be removed by wastewater treatment systems. Biological nitrogen removal (BNR) is a key technology in advanced wastewater treatment systems operated by bacterial populations. Nitrification is the first step of microbiological processes in BNR system. Ammonia is oxidized to nitrite by ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) and then nitrite is subsequently oxidized to nitrate by nitrite-oxidizing bacteria (NOB). The diversity of NOB in nitrification reactors of 3 BNR systems, Edited biological aerated filter system, Nutrient removal laboratory system, and the Rumination type sequencing batch reactor system, was investigated by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) analysis of 16S rRNA genes. Cluster analysis of T-RF profiles showed that communities of Nitrobacter group in each system were different depending upon the process of systems. However, the clusters of Nitrospira group were divided by the habitat of aqueous and solid samples.

        회전접촉장치와 점감포기 반응조를 이용한 식품폐수 처리시설의 세균군집 구조

        회전접촉장치와 점감포기 생물반응조를 이용한 실험용 규모의 폐수처리 공정을 식품산업폐수를 유입수로 사용하여 5개월 동안 운전하였으며, 16S rRNA 유전자의 말단단편길이다형성(T-RFLP) 분석과 계통분류학적 분석방법으로 폐수처리 공정의 세균군집을 조사하였다. 유기물 외에 고농도의 질소와 인이 함유된 식품산업폐수를 적용하였음에도 불구하고, 안정화 기간 동안 화학적산소요구량, 총질소, 총인의 제거효율은 각각 98%, 93%, 95% 이상이었다. 가동 초기의 세균 군집과 안정화 이후의 세균군집은 뚜렷하게 구분되었으며, 안정화 기간 동안 가장 우점한 세균군집은 Bacteroidetes였다. 운전 기간중의 주요 세균 군집은 사상균으로 분류되는 Haliscomenobacter, Sphaerotilus, Candidate division TM7이었으나, 이들 사상균에 의한 슬러지 팽화 현상은 관찰할 수 없었다. Haliscomenobacter와 유연관계가 가까운 세균군집이 안정화 시기에 증가하여 최대 우점 군집이 되었다. 본 연구결과는 회전접촉장치와 점감포기 생물반응조를 이용한 폐수처리공정의 영양물질 제거에 사상균이 중요함을 제시한다. A pilot-scale wastewater treatment plant combined with rotating biological contactor and tapered aeration reactors was operated with the wastewater discharged from a food factory for 5 months. The bacterial communities of this plant were investigated by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA genes. In spite of high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus as well as organic carbon, removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus was 98%, 93%, and 95%, respectively. Bacterial community at the initial operation stage was clearly distinguished from that of the stable operation stage. The most predominant phylum in the sample of stable stage was Bacteroidetes. Major population of operation period was Haliscomenobacter, Sphaerotilus, and candidate division TM7, which were classified as filamentous bacteria. However, sludge bulking caused by these bacteria was not observed. The population that has a close relationship with Haliscomenobacter increased during the stable operation stage, emerging as the most predominant group. These results suggest that the filamentous bacteria participated in nutrient removal when using rotating biological contactor and tapered aeration reactor.

        유기농자재인 키토산, 목초액 및 EM 활성액의 처리에 따른 배추의 생육과 토양 미생물상에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 유기농자재인 키토산, 목초액 및 EM 활성액 등을 공시재료로, 배추 정식 전에 100배액 토양관주 처리하고, 배추 정식 후 15일 간격으로 엽면살포 농도를 100배액과 1,000배액으로 3회 엽면살포한 후 배추의 생육 및 토양 미생물상의 변화에 대해 분석하였다. 유기농자재 처리에 따른 배추의 생육특성은 대조구에 비해 유기농자재 처리구에서 생육이 양호하게 나타났으며, 유기농자재 간에는 키토산 처리구에서 양호하였고, 특히 키토산 1,000배액 처리구에서 생육이 양호하였으며, 주중이 5.60 ㎏으로 가장 무거웠다. 유기농자재 처리에 따른 토양 미생물상 변화는 대조구에 비해 유기농자재 처리구에서 세균, 트리코데마 및 방선균수은 증가한 경향을 보였고, 사상균수는 약간 감소한 경향을 보였으나 처리간 일정한 경향은 없었다. 유기농처리구 간에는 키토산 1,000 배액 처리구에서 세균, 트리코데마 및 방선균수가 가장 많이 증가하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of organic materials, chitosan, wood vinegar, and EM active solution, on soil microbial and growth in Chinese cabbage. The organic materials were treated with chitosan, wood vinegar, and EM (effective microoganism) active solution, and the treatment concentration was 100 times solution and 1,000 times solution level with foliar application. The results are summarized as follows: Among foliar application of organic materials treatment plot[?], with 1,000 times solution level of chitosan was effective in inhibiting microbial growth in Chinese cabbage compared to other plots and control. The microorganism number in the soil for cultivation of Chinese cabbage increased with organic materials treatment plot as compared with control. Especially, 1,000 times solution level of chitosan showed the most significant effect.

        유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 특성과 배추의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was focused on finding out the potential problems in organic farming system, which is recently emphasized on the produce of horticultural crops due to the serious environmental deterioration. Thus, in this study, the effect of the application of organic farming materials in soil on plant growth and components of Chinese cabbage and the soil physicochemistry property were compared with conventional culture. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application of organic farming materials, The amounts of pH and O.M. in N, P, K treated plot were few of change, To the contray, fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot were some increase, Amount of P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>, Ca and increase in comparison with the N, P, K treated plot, Specially chicken manure+ microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot was the highest. 2. Change of soil microbial after application of organic farming materials, The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in N, P, K treated plot were appeared definite direction, to the fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot showed the increased tendency, specially, chicken manure+ microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot was the highest. 3. The growth characteristic of Chinese cabbage after application of organic farming materials was superior in order of chemical fertilizers plot) microorganisms fermentation compost plot) fermentation compost plot. It shows the NO3 accumulation in Chinese cabbage was higher in the outer leaves than in the inner leavess. It was some lower in the microorganisms fermentation compost plot, it was the highest at chemical fertilizers plot, all inner and outer leaves.

      • 남방짱뚱어(Scartelaos gigas) 체성분의 계절에 따른 변화

        This study was carried out to investigate the seasonal changes of body composition of Scartelaos gigas collected from Gangjin, Jeollanam-do. Proximate composition by seasons of S. gigas muscle were moisture contents 67.6~79.9%, crude protein 15.4~18.8%, crude lipid 0.7~2.8%, and crude ash 0.8~3.1%. Proximate composition in liver of S. gigas was moisture contents 10.3~24.3%, crude protein 14.0~16.6%, crude lipid 53.4~59.2%, and crude ash 0.2~0.5%. Calcium content in the muscle of S. gigas was 341~631 mg/100 g, iron 2.8~8.3 mg/100 g, potassium 135~240 mg/100 g, magnesium 28.5~49.3 mg/100 g, manganese 0.3~1.6 mg/100 g, copper 0.2~0.4 mg/100 g, sodium 107~148 mg/100 g, zinc 1.5~2.6 mg/100 g. Calcium in the liver was 13.3~377.1 mg/100 g, iron 5.3~39.1 mg, potassium 120.2~195.9 mg, magnesium 15.3~60.9 mg, manganese 0.2~0.6 mg, copper 0.2~0.6 mg, sodium 73.7~157.3 mg, zinc 1.3~3.8 mg. The major amino acid in the muscle of S. gigas was glutamic acid, isoleucine and leucine in order. The major amino acid in the liver of S. gigas was glutamic acid, lysine, valine in order. In case of the fatty acids, the major saturates of the muscle was palmitic acid 20~48%, stearic acid 6~19%, monoenes was palmitoleic acid (C16 : 1), oleic acid (C18 : 1) and polyenes was EPA, DHA. The major fatty acid of the liver were the same as the muscle. Nutrient content of S. gigas varies depending on the spawning and hibernation period, so it is desirable to use it appropriately.

        왕우렁이(Ampullarius Insulanes) 의 섭식(攝食)ㆍ생태(生態) 및 논잡초 방제(防除) 효과(效果)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        This experiment were performed on rice dignity during 1998 at paddy field of Dong-a Univ., Pusan, Korea. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 2kg of the Ampullarius insularus per 10a was 80.4% at the 7th day after transplanting, 69.7% at the 14th day after transplanting pasture plot and 51.8% at the 21th day after transplanting. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Ampullarius insularus per 10a was 97.9% at the 7th day after transplanting, 79.2% at the 14th day after transplanting pasture plot and 64.1% at the 21th day after transplanting. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 8kg of the Ampulbrius insularus per 10a was 97.9% at the 7th day after transplanting, 87.1% at the 14th day after transplanting pasture plot and 71.4% at the 21th day after transplanting. Weeds ingestied by the Ampullarius insularus were in the order of perennial weed, annual weed.

        키토산, 목초액 및 EM 처리가 토양 미생물상의 변화 및 토마토의 초기생육에 미치는 영향

        With treatment of Kitosan, Wood vinegear and EM(effective microoganism) which farmers call it as substance in fertilizing, conditioning and disease control substances, authors in vestigated on microorganisms change in soil and ealy growth characteristics of tomato. The results were summarized as follows : Among foliar application of kitosan, wood vinegear and EM(effective microoganism) treatments diluted by chitosan 500 times solution level was effective considering growth of tomato as compared other dilutions and control plot. Change of microorganism number in the soil for cultivation of tomato was increased with microorganism treatment plot as compared with control plot. Specially chitosan 500 times solution level showes the most significant effect.
