        도시와 농촌 노인의 부부 친밀감 비교

        The purpose of this study is to make a healthy home for urban and rural elderly people by comparing and analyzing the couple intimacy of urban elderly and rural elderly. The average score of married couple was 3.26 (sd .78). In urban, elderly people are more educated, have a higher religion, In rural elderly women, the more the first-born family and children are, the higher the intimacy of the couple. I would like to suggest the following. First, it suggests strengthening function of health center of rural health home support center. Second, the results of this study are limited to the general phenomena of all cities and rural areas in Korea. Therefore, the follow-up study suggests a wide-ranging approach like the national scale that overcomes the limitations of this study.

        장애인 취업 영향 요인에 대한 지역 비교 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 장애인 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 지역적 차별특성에 맞는 고용 대안을 제시하고자 광주, 대구, 부산 지역을 분석하였다. 분석자료는 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시하는 2016 장애인고용패널(2웨이브 조사 1차)의 원 자료(raw data)를 사용하였다. 분석결과 장애인 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인은 모든 지역에서 남성, 연령은 40~49세, 학력은 고졸, 장애유형은 외부장애가 취업의 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 지역별로 살펴보면, 광주지역은 직업능력, 자격증 보유, 취업태도 요인이 취업증가 요인이었고, 취업률이 가장 높은 대구지역은 직업능력요인이 높을수록 취업이 증가하였고, 부산지역은 건강상태, 취업태도요인이 취업에 증가요인이었다. 따라서 각 지역은 장애인의 직업능력과 취업태도를 향상할 수 있는 프로그램 마련을 제언한다. 또한, 추후연구는 세 지역만을 대상으로 한 본 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 전국단위대상으로 하는 장애인 취업영향요인 연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the employment of the disabled and analyze the Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan areas to suggest employment alternatives that match the characteristics of regional discrimination. The analysis used raw data of the 2016 Disability Employment Panel (2nd Wave Survey 1st) conducted by the Korea Disability Employment Service. The results showed that the factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities were male in all regions, age was 40 ~ 49, education was high school graduate, and disability type was the most important factor of employment. In Daegu, which has the highest employment rate by region, the number of employment qualification is the highest, while the number of employment qualification is the lowest in Busan. Therefore, we propose programs to improve employment qualifications, skills and attitudes of people with disabilities by region. Future research suggests a study of the entire region of Korea.

        자료포락분석을 이용한 노인요양시설 효율성 연구

        본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA)을 사용하여 우리나라 노인요양시설의 효율성을 분석하였으며, 노인요양시설의 효율적 운영을 위한 정책적 대안을 마련하고자 하는 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 자료는 2014년 「시·군·구별장기요양기관 전문인력 현황」자료와 2014년 「장기요양기관 소재지별 장기요양 급여현황」을 사용하였다. 이 자료 가운데 투입변수는 전문종사자 수와 시설 수로 하였고, 산출 변수는 실 인원 수와 총 급여비용으로 하여 효율성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. CCR 측정 결과 강원, 경기, 경남, 대전, 서울, 울산, 인천, 제주 충북지역이 효율적이었으며, 대구, 부산지역은 비효율적으로 나타났다. BCC 측정 결과 강원, 경기, 경남, 경북, 대전, 서울, 세종, 울산, 인천, 제주, 충북지역이 효율적이 이었으며, 부산, 대구 지역이 비효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 초 효율성 분석결과 제주지역이 133.5%로 가장 높았으며, 투입과 산출기여도는 요양보호사가 37.54%로 가장 높은 효율성 기여를 하는 것으로 나타고, 의사가 효율성 개선 가능성(28.61)이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 추후 노인요양시설 효율성 증대 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인요양시설의 인력 확보의 현실화이다. 둘째, 노인요양시설에서 의사확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 전문성 강화이다. The aim of this study is to analysis the efficiency of the Long-term Care facilities as well as make counterproposals to conduct of efficient management for the Long-term Care facilities. The data of professionals states of Long-term Care facilities and wages state of Long-term Care facilities from regions in 2014. To analyse the data, the number of professionals and facilities are an input variable whereas the size of number and wages are the output variables. The results showed as below. First, according to the CCR test, Kangwon, Gyeonggi, GyeongNam, Deajeon, Seoul, Ulsan, Incheon, Jeju, and Chong Buk showed significance, but Daegu and Busan showed no significance. Second, the BCC result showed that Kangwon, Gyeonggi, GyeongNam, Deajeon, Seoul, Ulsan, Incheon, Jeju, and Chong Buk has efficiency whereas Daegu and Busan has no efficiency. The result of excess efficieincy analysis confirmed 133.5% in Jeju as the highest area, 37.54% of the highest efficiency of the care provider, and 28.61% of imporvable possibility with doctor’s number. The realization of increasing numbers, the ensure of the doctor’s number, and consolidating of the care provider’s the espertise are required for the future.

        크로링&클리핑을 활용한 정보취약계층의 정보수집 접근성 향상 기술 개발

        This study started from the public interest purpose to help accessibility for the information acquisition of the vulnerable groups due to visual difficulties such as the elderly and the visually impaired. In this study, the server resources are minimized and implemented in most of the user smart phones. In addition, we implement a method to gather necessary information by collecting only pattern information by utilizing crawl & clipping without having to visit the site of the information of the various sites having the data necessary for the user, and to have it in the server. Especially, we applied the TTS(Text-To-Speech) service composed of smart phone apps and tried to develop a unified customized information collection service based on voice-based information collection method.

        농촌지역 1인 가구 노인의 성별·연령 집단별 우울 영향 요인

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of depression on the depression of elderly people living in rural areas by gender and age group. The results showed that health status, economic status, and social factors were all influential factors. In the group, the higher the age, the higher the depression, Especially, older elderly men had the highest depression. The policy recommendations of this study are as follows. First, it proposes to appoint a case management special case for older elderly people. Second, it proposes a program for elderly people living in a single male household in rural areas. Third, the follow - up study expects quantitative enlargement studies in many areas.

        DEA 분석 프로그램을 이용한 전문대와 대학교의 취업 효율성 비교

        This study analyzed the employment efficiency of Korean colleges and universities using DEA(2015 GOMS), which was surveyed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Employment Information Service. The input variables were employment program participants, language educators, family economic applicants, and employment targets. As a result, the college was more efficient than the college and the college was relatively ineffective. The contribution of input and output contributed the highest efficiency with 99.9% of the participants in the employment program, and the possibility of improving the efficiency of the language educator was the highest at 70.04. Based on the results of the above research, it suggests the necessity of activation of employment programs and activation of language training in each university. Future studies will need to study the efficiency of universities nationwide.

        학술지를 통한 장애인 평생교육 연구 동향

        The aim of research is to analyze trends of journal in disabilities continuing education for contributing to our country disabilities continuing education activity. Studies selected by analyzing 31 papers 8 framework with leading research lifelong learners Part 4(12.9%), continuing education personnel Pt 3(9.67%), continuing education courses Pt 12(38.7%), continuing education institutions Pt 3(9.67%), continuing education system and policies part 2(6.45%), continuing education national comparative research part 3(9.67%), continuing education theory and philosophy part 4(12.9%), continuing education research methods and disciplines study was 0 pieces(0%). Suggestions include: First, establishing an integrate lifelong educator training system. Second, the suggestion that you selected the disabled welfare institutions with disabilities continuing education obligations. Third, proposal a standard disabilities continuing education course selection. Fourth, the proposal for further study research methods and disciplines of continuing education disabilities.

        대도시 · 소도시 · 농촌지역 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무만족 차이 연구

        The purpose of the study was to seek the intervention schemes improving each area workers' job satisfaction by investigating the job satisfaction level of elderly nursing home employees and by researching the characteristics of those differences by metropolitan area, small city, and rural area. The quantitative research method and the qualitative research method were utilized in this study. The objects of this study were all of elderly nursing home employees placed in Gwangju city and Jeon-Nam area. Total of 399 employees were sampled for quantitative research. As a result of the study, the mean score of the job satisfaction level was 65.8. Job satisfaction levels of 'Job Contents' and 'Payment System', the lower elements of Job characteristics, were low. The elderly nursing home employees in rural area showed the lowest job satisfaction levels in 'Promotion and Compensation' and 'supervisor', which were the lower elements of Organization characteristics. As the intervention schemes to give elderly nursing home employees the same job satisfaction level, several suggestions were made including reinforcement of vocational education, reorganizing elderly nursing home structure and supervisor qualification enforce a system

        전남지역 요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인 연구

        This study was to investigate factors affecting the burnout of geriatric care workers in Jeollanamdo in order to prevent the burnout of care workers. We surveyed the care workers who were working in the elderly health care facilities in Jeollanamdo province, and then analyzed the data by the following criteria: general characteristics (sex, career, education, and work place), job characteristics (job type and vocational consciousness), personal relationship characteristics (relations with seniors and co-workers), and organizational characteristics (promotion and reward, and work environment). The study results were as follows. Firstly, the burnout level of care workers working in city areas was higher than in rural area. Secondly, the longer the workers’ career was, the lower the level of their burnout was. Thirdly, the higher their education level was, the higher their burnout level was. Fourthly, the better the personal relations with seniors and co-workers were, the lower their burnout level was. And finally, the higher their pay was, the lower their burnout level was. Based on these results, we suggest the followings. Firstly, it is required to revise the pay system for care workers. Secondly, it is necessary to improve the qualification level of care workers and to establish new training programs for care workers in universities. Finally, more follow-up studies should be carried out to investigate effects of regional characteristics on burnout of care workers.

        노인장기요양시설 규모에 따른 효율적 재정 수입 연구

        The aims of this study are to contribute to efficient revenue management by analysis of the scale in elderly long-term care facilities. The data was used for input of the elderly long-term care costs Scale, and calculated the staffing standards and social welfare facilities workers with living wage guidelines in the Department of Health and Human Services. Revenue efficiency is the highest order of size are as follows. I8(98 people) \43,517,010, H6(86 people) \36,568,332, G8(78 people) \29,426,532, F8(68 people) \23,227,532, E8(58 people) \19,701,254, D8(48 people) \19,155,187, C6( 36) \14,389,109, B8(28 people) \9,920,031, A8(18 people) \3,721,031. It seems that its revenue efficiency even higher than the larger the scale. Meanwhile, The researchers focused on C6 (36 patients) model. Suggestion of this study are following; First, the arrangement can be provided based on needs of the elderly care facility staffing standards. Secondly, an elderly care facility selected wage guidelines. Thirdly, the elderly efficiency guidelines established by the size of a nursing facility. This study and other financial income factor are not the applicable limits.
