Vol.27 No.11
In this paper, we develop a explosion-proof LED lighting (Ex circuit) circuit of Explosion-proof LED Signal Lamp (Ex LSL) to utilize the core module of the explosion-proof Local Control System (Ex LCS) for offshore plant applications. And then analyzed its electrical, optical and thermal characteristics. Ex circuit was applied input voltage from AC/DC(12~254) V. In this experiments, stable light-on characteristics were confirmed by eyes for the every input voltages with min. 78,462 and max. $517,975cd/m^2$ of luminance. also Output current and output luminance was made proportional. Because the measured maximum surface temperature of Ex circuit was $54.23^{\circ}C$ at AC 48 V, Ex circuit was rated with T6 of temperature class. Finally, Ex circuit was shown stable light on characteristics under the $-50^{\circ}C$ and $60^{\circ}C$ during 12 hours of test period.
Minju,Park. Jeong Eun,Park. Vol.18 No.2
With the increase of living quality in Korea, people have been more interested in donation activities, and the donation culture has been matured after attracting more attentions from various social parties. Also the donation attracting strategy for non-profit organizations has been one of the hottest issues in society. In this study, the author(s) conducted a research about the effects of the experiences with the previous donation behavior on future donation behavior. In this relationship this study also examined the mediating role of relationship quality and the moderating role of reciprocity. The results show that the experience with previous donation activities has a positive effect on relationship quality and also relationship quality has positive effects on donation intention and loyalty toward the non-profit organization. This confirms the mediating role of relationship quality between the former experience and future donation behavior. Also the results confirm the moderating role of reciprocity in the relationship between former experience satisfaction and relationship quality. This implies that if donators feel high reciprocity, they will form a better relationship with non-profit organization, even though they have low level of satisfaction for the former experience. This means that even though the donator feels dissatisfaction with the previous experience with the organization, if they feel psychological benefits through the donation, they will feel more trust and commitment toward the organization.
Vol.19 No.2
The application of Restorative Practices (RP) in schools has begun to receive great attention as an alternative method of school discipline to punitive discipline. The purpose of this study is to examine teachers` personal experiences, change, and growth from RP in schools and to explore the development of teacher identity from their field experience. Data were collected through three months of in-depth interviews, teachers` notes, and researchers` field notes. The analysis of the teachers` narratives is presented based on the following three main themes - (a) teachers` hope to conduct faithful role as an educator, grounded in restorative values, (b) teachers` desire to establish authentic relationships with their students, and (c) teachers` need to engage with positive relationships with their fellow teachers and to contribute to changing the culture of the school. Findings from our analysis suggest that RP are highly helpful in building and maintaining respectful social relationships in schools, and that school discipline is practical only when based on restoring the education community.
