Knowledge Distillation을 통한 EfficientNet 최적화

본 논문은 EfficientNet에 대해 Knowledge Distillation기법을 적용하여, ImageNet-1k 데이터셋에 대하여 정확도를 크게 해치지 않는 선(81.3%에서 78.4%)에서 모델의 Inference Time을 향상시켰다.(11분11초에서 9분 30초) 또한, EfficientNet의 각 Layer에 대해 Distillation을 적용한 결과, 모델의 뒷단으로 갈수록 Knowledge Distillation에서 발생하는 성능 하락이 커지고 모델 최적화 효과가 미미해지는 것을 확인하였다. 추가로, Knowledge Distillation을 통한 모델 최적화는 Down-sampling Layer에 대해 좋은 효과를 기대하기 어렵다는 특성을 확인하였다. 본 저자는 본 논문에서 얻은 결과를 토대로, Fine-tuning을 도입하여 추가적인 실험을 시행할 예정이다.
미세먼지 저감을 위한 30kW급 친환경 화목보일러의 성능평가 및 환경인증기준 설계

Supply of various heating systems using wood pellets have been a popular choice as an alternative to oil. This was due to its advantages in price and efficiency. But research and development for boilers using wood fuel (firewood) for setting environmental standards has been scarce. On the other hand, overseas research and development on firewood boilers have been steadily conducted, mainly in Europe. In this study, a 30 kW class firewood boiler was developed and performance evaluation (combustion, environmental performance) was conducted. In addition, we designed an environmental certification standard (draft) suitable for the domestic situation by a standardized survey similar to those of domestic and foreign firewood boilers. After analyzing the combustion characteristics of firewood boilers, we have completed the design optimization of controlling more than 50% of the primary air damper and controlling the pyrolysis of heat in secondary air. As a result of analyzing the combustion characteristics for each fuel grade, it was confirmed that there was no significant difference from the EN303-5 quality standard, and the performance difference according to the fuel quality grade was not significant. Subsequently, after evaluating the heating performance, the heating output was 32.3 kW and the heating efficiency was 87.9%. After the environmental evaluation of the second prototype, it was confirmed that the CO concentration was very stable. PM less than 0.5 μm emission in total suspended particles(TSP) gave the highest contribution. Overall, the environmental certification standards for domestic firewood boilers were designed to have under 600 mg/m3 for CO, under 150 mg/㎥ for NOx, and under 60 mg/㎥ for PM.

This thesis investigates the educational policies of imperialistic Japan for colonizing Korea. The investigation was focused on the process of the colonization, especially with respect to Japanese educational invasions of the Korean Peninsula. The educational policies included the basic line of the policies, the reorganizations of school systems for realizing autocracy, the reforms of school curriculum for the assimilationpolicy and the Japanese oppressive measures to obstruct the educational movements developed by Korean nationalists. The purpose of this thesis is to analys the process of the Japanese imperialistic invasion, that is its assimilation of Korea which is the result of Pan Asianism. To attain the purpose, thesis consists of four chapters: The characteristics of Japanese Imperialism in Chapter Ⅰ; The developments of Korean Private Schools in Chapter Ⅱ; The Educational Policies of the Japanese goveral for Colonizing Korea in Chapter Ⅲ; Conclusion in Chapter Ⅳ.
