Recently, there has been a continuous researches on solders having sophisticated and improved performance due to demand for high-density and miniaturization of electronics, and development of solder for automotive electronics which can be used in harsh environment. When developing a new solder alloy, there is a wettability of solder on substrate for things to consider, and the wetting balance test is one of the methods for measuring that one. In this paper, the wetting balance test is introduced, and the calculus of the surface tension of solder and the contact angle between solder and substrate using wetting curve obtained is introduced too. In detail, the principle and test method of the wetting balance test, the introduction of the parameters with important meaning in the wetting curve, the method of calculating the contact angle as well as the surface tension of the solder using the shape of the solder meniscus.

Purpose: With the development of the mat exercise program (MEP) and distributing its educational materials to instructors, the main purpose of this study is to activate Artistic gymnastic classes (AGCs) by improving teaching-learning capabilities, decreasing the level of challenges of operating such classes. Method: Through a review of previous studies and consultation with experts, the program was designed and action research was implemented. With a purposeful sampling method, two teachers, including the researcher of this study, 28 first-year middle school students, and 65 third-year students were selected as research participants. Data were collected through class logs, observation logs, video shoots, in-depth interviews, and field notes (after class review). Through this, the impact of the mat exercise program on teachers and students was analyzed in an analytical and reflective manner. Results: The teacher who operated the MEP was able to overcome some common challenges such as lack of educational materials or experience, leadership (assistance, demonstration, etc.), and concern of safety accidents. In addition, participants who participated in the MEP showed a high level of interest in this program, and also they realized that their physical strength, agility, sense of balance, rapidness, and ability of coordination, and confidence were improved through this program. Conclusion: The final version of the developed the MEP consisted of 53 movements and 4 groups of movements such as balancing, rolling, jumping & turning, and turning. This program specifically presented the objectives, contents, methods, and evaluation elements in terms of class management and major strategies or cautions when teaching. Moreover, this program can be implemented in classes with various variational game methods, peer teaching models, cooperative learning models, sports education models, and so on. In particular, it was developed for learner-level-based lessons and learner-centered-self-directed learning.
