The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the types and degree of leisure activities on the anxiety and depression of adolescents in an attempt to get a precise grip on their leisure lives, anxiety and depression. It`s basically meant to improve the leisure lives of teens and to facilitate efficient policy setting about that. The subjects in this study were 665 boys and girls in academic secondary schools in the city of Cheongju, north Chungcheong province. The instruments used in this study were Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) and Korean Version of CES-D Scale. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows Ver. 12.0 program, one-way ANOVA and ANCOVA were utilized. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, in regard to the influence of leisure activity types, the students who enjoyed cultural and art activities felt more anxiety than those who did something for pleasure. In terms of depression, however, just the students who practiced sports were on a normal level, but the intergroup gap was insignificant. Second, as to the impact of the term of leisure activity, their anxiety was on a normal level irrespective of the term, and no significant disparity was found in all of two factors. Third, concerning the influence of leisure activity frequency, the students who did leisure activities once a week felt more anxiety than those who did that for four or five days a week. As to depression, however, only those who did that for four or five days a week were at a normal level, and the students who were engaged in leisure activities everyday or once a week were more depressed than those who did leisure activities for four or five days a week. Forth, as for the influence of leisure activity time, any significant result was not found in all of two factors.

이 연구는 국내 대학의 교과과정을 분석하고 아울러 필요한 세부시설을 파악하고 제시함으로써 운동처방 관련 대학의 교과과정 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 자료수집, 문헌고찰, 사례조사 등의 연구방법을 적용하였다. 운동처방 특성화학과(전공) 대학의 교과과정 현황을 조사하였으며, 추 후 효율적이고 효과적인 실기고사 방안을 모색하기 위하여 교과과정을 토대로 필요한 프로그램별 세부시설을 계획하였다. 운동처방 관련 대학의 교육 내용의 질적 향상과 내실화 방안을 모색하기 위하여 국내외 관련단체와 대학들의 교과과정을 기본이수 과정이라고 할 수 있는 운동과학, 건강인의 체력검사 및 처방, 체력증진 등과 관련된 내용을 학습하는 체력관리, 스포츠 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 손상과 평가, 재활 등의 내용을 학습하는 스포츠재활, 질환이 있거나 질환이 내재되어 있는 사람을 대상으로 한 운동검사, 처방 등의 내용을 학습하는 임상교육 부분으로 구분하여 현실적으로 가능한 최소한의 필수 공통 교육 내용을 선별하여 최적화 하였다. For the educational contents of domestic colleges related with exercise prescription, developing theoretic lecture models and syllabuses of disciplinary lectures are required. For this reason, we analysed the curricula and suggested equipments necessary with various methods such as data collection, references consideration and examples inspection. In this study, we examined the status of the exercise prescription specific department(major). And as a basic research, syllabus of the domestic college of the related was analysed. And finally for further studies about practical test we design the required detail facility-program based on the curriculum. To provide the data for curriculum development of the colleges related with exercise prescription, we divided the curriculum into the three categories of fitness management, sports medicine and sports rehabilitation that are the basic courses of the college and the related organizations and optimized as suggesting least common educational contents possible in real.
