The aim of this study is to make clear the significance of art education for solving problem in elementary and secondary school. These days, our students have so many negative problems in school and society, for example, school violence, group teasing, group outcasts, arrogate teacher's authority, school collapse, dehumanization get soused excessive and such like. We must support to make humanization through a normal art education and art class. Art, music, physical and literature education is a good methods for human education and mental therapy. The best art education is enlightening the children's imagination and curiosity. To enlighten. in art class at the school, teachers must think about enlightening the children's imagination and curiosity. Aesthetic experience includes creative activities and appreciative activities for human formation. The school must expend effort to increase the art class in each week, because students can change positively in aesthetic experience and aesthetic environment.

평생학습사회를 대비하는 관점에서, 성인을 대상으로 하는 국가 차원의 평생교육제도에 성인의 다문화감수성을 증진시키는 다문화 음악교육정책을 도입할 필요성 한 음악교육의 다문화적 통합이 지니는 의의에 대하여 논의하였다. 언어적, 문화적 배경이 다른 외국 이주노동자와 여성 결혼이민자들이 우리 사회와의 통합이 가능하도록 평생교육 차원에서 음악교육과 관련된 노력과 정책이 필요하다. 다문화적으로 통합된 음악교육은 다문화인으로 하여금 우리나라 전통음악에 대하여 관심을 가지고 이해하면서 존중하는 태도를 가지게 하며, 아울러 다른 나라를 대표하는 전통적 민요를 종교음악, 예술음악, 록, 재즈 등 우리 시대의 대중음악을 포함하여 모두를 통합하여 교육하는 것이다. 그러므로 우리 국민은 동아시아 국가 등 외국의 문화를, 또 다문화인은 우리 문화를 경험하는 교육 프로그램이 평생교육에서 시행되어야 한다. 이어서 우리문화와 서양 문화를 중심으로 구성된 음악교육정책은 동아시아 국가 등의 문화와 음악으로 관심의 폭을 증대시켜야 하고, 아울러 이를 통합하는 교육프로그램에 대한 연구가 도입되어야 한다. 평생교육시대의 도래와 함께 학습사회를 대비하는 다문화 음악의 통합교육은 우리 사회를 통합하는 하나의 중요한 정책이 될 것이며, 이를 위한 구체적인 연구와 실제적 적용이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to explore the integration move of the multicultural music education perspective to prepare the lifelong learning society. The effort for the Multiculturalism realization is possible at the lifelong learning society level, the communities that admit and live together m the cultural and values of all groups in. At the time of move on fusion or integration the study, to the era of sustainable and continued multicultural music integrated education begins in the home and can be realized on the basis of lifelong education, including the school education and adult education. Some efforts and policies are needed to integrate music education in the terms of lifelong education, for other immigrant women who has linguistic and cultural different back grounds from our society. First, we are required the transition of awareness in the multicultural in home, school, and community. For the integrated multi-cultural music education we must have interest and understanding, with an attitude of respect to the our traditional music. And which represents the traditional folk of other countries, focusing on religious music, art music, rock, jazz and popular music of our time, including the will to integrate all. With the advent of lifelong learning, to prepare the learning society, the integrated multicultural music education will be one of the important policy for the our integrate society, and I think it is necessary for the specific research and application.
