팀활동에서 텔레커뮤니케이션의 활용방향

본 연구의 목적은 현재 경영조직에서 조직혁신의 일환으로 팀제를 활용하는 추세와 관련해서 팀활동의 효율성 증대를 위하여 텔레커뮤니케이션의 역할에 대해서 관심을 갖고, 팀활동에서 보다 효율적으로 텔레커뮤니케이션을 활용할 수 있는 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌연구를 통하여 첫째, 팀과 텔레커뮤니케이션에 대한 기본 개념과 의의를 정리했으며, 둘째 팀활동에서의 텔레커뮤니케이션의 효과를 팀의 특성과 팀의 수행과업에 따라 선행연구를 검토한 후, 셋째 팀활동에서 텔레커뮤니케이션의 활용방향에 대해서 팀의 특성과 팀의 수행과업별로 제시했다.

경주주민의 컴퓨터 이용에 관한 조사연구

This study is focusing on the analysis of current situation of computer usage of Kyongju citizen in order to provide with necessary information for helping build a proper strategy which make it possible for the citizen to enjoy better information. To do so, we co.pare the material that we examined with the data on the same subject released by Information Culture Center of Korea in April 2001 and analyze them. As a result of analysis, we find that while the percentage of possession and utilization of computer is higher than the nation's average percentage, regarding to computer usage frequency, average usage hour per day, purposes of computer usage and using software, Kyongju has shown lower profile. Moreover, in the case of households not possessing computer, the number in Kyongju is quite same with the nation's average, even though the analysis for non-possession category has not united yet. Therefore, it is required to set appropriate policies for promoting practical use of computer in order for Kyongju citizen to utilize their high-class computer.

CRS의 전략적 특성 평가에 관한 연구 : AMADEUS 사례 분석;AMADEUS Case Study

CRS of the airlines is exemplified as a successful case of applying strategic information system(SIS). When computer reservation system(CRS) was first introduced, airlines employing CRS came to have a significantly competitive advantage over ones without CRS. Now all the airlines and travel agencies have been using CRS, which would not allow as much strategic significance as before. To investigate its strategic characteristics differentiated from the others, this paper practiced a case study of AMADEUS CRS which is most globalized and advanced in the market. Results of the are as follows. Although backed by the enormous organization, supporting equipment, various functions and properties, AMADEUS CRS doesn't give service providers (airlines) further advantage than before. But some service providers(hotel, car etc) and only users of CRS seem to have a very limited advantage in terms of its specific functions.

경주시민의 정보화 인식에 관한 조사연구

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse the level of information understanding for Gyeongju Citizens. To fulfill this purpose, we examined the understanding of informabon and information society, and examine the understanding concerning the prospect of social development and the dysfunction of the information era. We compared and analyzed the results from the national survey carried out by the Information Culture Center of Korea in April, 2001, with the results of the survey carried out on Gyeongju citizens. The results of the analysis is as follows. First, the understanding level of information and information society for the people of Gyeongju was lower than the national average, and there was some digital &vision among the people of Gyeongju, according to their different backgrounds. Second, concerning the social development due to the formation of the information era, high percentage of Gyeongju citizens agreed on the subjects like the increase in cultural interchange, economic development, establishment of society that respects individual ability and skills, increase in personal avocational time, etc. But a high percent of Gyeongju citizens disagreed on the subjects like the settlement of regional/structural difference, development of democracy and increase in personal avocational time. Also, the percentage of affirmative answers were lower than the national average and showed great difference between the people from different backgrounds within the Gyeongju area. Third, Gyeongju citizens predicted the invasion of privacy, invasion of intellectual rights, destruction of information, increase of violence and obscene items etc. as the reverse functions of the information era. The answering percentage for the prediction of the Increase in the reverse functions of the information era was lower than the national average and it also showed slight difference in answering among the people from different backgrounds. The key meaning for this study is to examine the level of information understanding for a regional spectrum, not as a national one, and these examination results could be used as the fundamental and the basic materials for future activation of information society for Gyeongju citizens.

Executive information systems(EISs) are challenging applications to develop, and many organizations are unsuccessful in their efforts. A major problem is the informations for the system. This problem relates to the roles of executive. But EIS developers often have a limited understanding of the nature of executive. The purpose of this paper is to explore the information for EIS related to the roles of executive. This paper reviewed the roles of the executive and studied about the information for EIS and provided insights into what makes the EIS useful.

전략적 사무자동화 계획에 관한 연구

정보기술의 발전으로 경영조직의 모든 분야에서 자동화에 의한 생산성 향상을 추구하고 있다. 그러나 그 생산성은 생산부문에서 많은 성과를 올렸지만 사무부문은 미미한 실정이었다. 이러한 입장에서 사무자동화에 큰 관심을 갖게 되었다. 지금까지 사무자동화는 조직 전체의 최적화보다는 부분적 최적화에서 성과가 있었다. 그래서 조직 전체의 최적화를 위한 개념적 토대를 마련하기 위해서 경영전략을 바탕으로 사무자동화를 구축해야 한다. 이것이 전략적 사무자동화의 기본개념이다. 그러나 전략적 사무자동화의 개념이 아직 정립되지 않은 상태에서 본 연구는 기존의 경영전략, 사무자동화 전략적 계획, 전략정보시스템에 대한 선행연구를 검토하여 개념과 구축 프레임?을 개발하고자 했다. 그리고 구체적인 구축과정을 제시하여 사무자동화 연구 및 추진에 대한 새로운 비전을 제시했다.

조직구조에 따른 정보기술 수준의 차이분석

This study determines a dynamic relationship between IT and an organization structure. The literature review proposes a study model and Hypotheses are as follows; There is a difference in the lvel of IT according to the sophistication of organizational structure. A questionnaire survey was practiced to examine the hypothesis. Of the manufacturing or service establishments applying IT to a considerable degree, a sample was chosen using the purposive sampling method. The level of IT was measured inclusively in terms of technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. And, organizational structure was measured in terms of complexity, formalization, and decentralization. Questionnaire sheets were sent to 70 corporations. 347 sheets filled out were analysed through using SPSS PC+ package. Hypothesis was partially accepted, indicates that a corporation of higher structure sophistication has a partially higher level of IT. Theoretical and empirical analyses in the avove lead to the followings. In the theoretical aspect, the measurement of IT in a corporation is required to define IT broadly. In the empirical aspect, the lvel of IT in a corporation is determined by organizational characteristics such as organizational structure.
