        제주도내 목장원유의 미생물학적 분석

        In order to investigate the relationship between milk hygienic quality and some environmental factors such as the herd size and types of milking machines, we sampled and examined the level of total bacterial count, coliforms, Staphyococcus aureus, somatic cell counts(SCC) and fat rates in raw milk. Of the 84 dairy farms, the prevalence of level on number of standard plate count over l00,000cfu/mℓ and coliforms over 1,000cfu/mℓ in bulk milk were 25.0% and 15.6%, respectively. Also, 2 farms(2.4%) were exceed the level on number of 500cfu/㎖ S aureus in raw milk. The prevalence of dairy herd with first grade of total bacterial count(TBC) according to bucket, pipe line and parlour milking system was 40.0%, 74.0% and 84.0%, respectively. The prevalence of dairy herd with first grade of TBC according to grade 1, 2 and 3 by SCC was 77.8%, 83.2% and 69.2%, respectively. Therefore, the relationships between hygienic quality in raw milk and the herd size, types of milking machines, were significant. In conclusion, this study could be overemphasized the importance of herd management condition for milk hygienic quality.

        도축공정중 식육의 미생물 오염실태 조사

        The growth of bacteria on the surface of the meat was monitored to investigate the relationships between microbiological quality and some environmental factors such as the chilling temperature, alcohol spraying, and transport in slaughter process of pigs. The temperature changes of the surface and inner part of pork carcass were monitored with GreenTrack system during the process of chilling and transport. Of the 100 pigs tested, the prevalence of level on number of standard plate count (SPC) less than i? CFU/cm2 and Escherichia coil less than 102 CFU/cm2 in pig were 82% and 80%, respectively. Surface bacterial numbers are decreased in the course of chilling process of the carcass. Alcohol spray process before packing meat also could decrease the surface bacterial count. In conclusion, this study could be overemphasized the importance of relationship between microbiological quality and refrigerating temperature in the process of refrigeration and cutting.

        TV 스포츠 프로그램이 초등학생의 스포츠 활동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of elementary children's sports programs to present desirable sports plan for growing boys and girls, and to help teachers provide balanced sports activity. The sample groups questioned were included randomly 535 children(l32 boys and 96 girls) from elementary schools located in Woniu, Kangwon-do. Analysis of the data of this research can be summarized as followings and from the results we have to concerned with the followings which are in need for elementary children's sports program. 1) There was no significant difference of sports involvement by school year. But there were significant differences sports involvement by sex, by experience of representative player, by the amount of TV audience ratio, and by types of their favor sports. 2) Boys had higher sports involvement than girls, the children who experience representative players had higher sports involvement, the children who spent more time on watching TV sports program than the others. 3) The precedence ordering of sports involvement from the data analysis were affective involvement. cognitive one, behavioral one.

        This investigation has found solutions to many problems that up to now were unsolvable about education and juvenile delinquency. This investigation is about leisure activities of elementary school students. When the matter was put to an investigation, 600 surverys were given out and 439 were received. 1. General characteristics of leisure activities The preferences of children do not vary by sex or by region. Most students are satisfied with their leisure activites. During weekdays, children's leisure time is below two hours on average because of attending institutes and too much homework. City students have have more spare time than rural students. Watching T.V. and enjoying movies are the most popular leisure activities during weekdays and holidays. Also, playing sports is very popular. The investigation found that during their free time, most students enjoy bowling, skateboarding, and foot-baseball. Soccer and badmintion were also popular. Comparatively many people enjoyed sports which have high social popularity. 3. The problem of how to improve leisure activities It was found that many parents are concerned about the leisure activites of their children. Parents of city children are more concerned than parents of children in rural areas. The reaction of teachers is opposite(i.e. teachers in rural areas are more concerned). In answer to the question about parents, children said that they want to play together with their parents and that they want their parents to be interested and to understand them. In school, children want to see an increase in leisure epuipment and in the concern about leisure activities. In answer to the question about leisure activities on school grounds, the children said they want new and fresh experiences a chance to expand their minds, and the development of physical strength and health, in answer to the uestion about society, the children said they would like to see an increase in leisure places and equipment. According to the investigation, improvements in the various areas of leisure activities should be made in the following order: (1) building of sports facilities: (2) building of leisure facilities: and (3) building of entertaiment facilities.
