국내 주의력 측정도구 개발 연구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 대한 메타분석

본 연구의 목적은 지금까지 개발된 주의력 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 분석하여 주의력 측정도구 개발 및 활용에 주는 시사점을 찾는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국학술교육정보원의 데이터베이스에서 국내의 주의력 측정도구 개발 연구를 검색하여 최종 48개의 분석 사례를 추출했다. 신뢰도 분석에는 평정형 척도의 Cronbach’s α계수와 수행형 검사의 검사-재검사 계수의 평균효과크기를, 타당도 분석에는 공인타당도 상관계수의 평균효과크기가 활용되었다. 효과크기의 이질성이 확인된 경우 도구의 맥락적 특징과 구조적 특징에 따라 신뢰도와 타당도에 차이가 생기는지 검증했다. 연구 결과 국내 주의력 측정도구의 신뢰도는 양호한 것으로 나타났으며 평정형 척도의 공인타당도는 높은 반면 수행형 검사의 공인타당도는 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 유아․아동․청소년을 대상으로 한 도구와 단일요인으로서의 주의력을 측정한 도구의 신뢰도가 높았으며 표집집단에 ADHD를 포함한 경우 타당도가 높게 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 논의에서는 추후 주의력 측정도구 개발과 활용에 주는 시사점을 서술하였다. 본 연구는 국내 주의력 측정도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도와 이에 영향을 미치는 조절변인을 탐색함으로써 주의력 측정도구의 개발과 활용에 유용한 정보를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. This study aimed to analyze the psychometric properties of attention measures developed in Korea and to attain useful information for further studies. Studies on the development of attention measures were searched for in the online database, yielding 34 independent articles to be analyzed. The effect sizes of Cronbach’s αs for the rating scales and of the test-retest correlation coefficients for the performance-based tasks were calculated. Additionally, when significant differences were detected among the effect sizes, several contextual and structural characteristics of the measures were tested as moderators. This study showed that the reliability of Korean attention measures was good and acceptable, whereas the concurrent validity of performance-based measures was questionable. The measures targeting preschoolers, children, and adolescents and the measures assessing attention as a single construct showed higher reliabilities. Furthermore, the measures including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder samples for validation showed a higher validity. Based on the findings, several suggestions were provided for developing more powerful attention measures and for appropriate usage of these measures in future studies.

캐나다 초등 사회과의 소수자 교육: 온타리오주를 중심으로

탈근대적 사회가치의 확산과 다문화 인종의 유입에 따라 사회과교육에서는 새로운 시민성 교육의 측면에서 소수자 교육에 대한 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 캐나다 온타리오 주의 사회과 교과서를 소수자 교육의 관점에서 분석하여 우리나라 사회과 교육에 주는 시사점을 찾아보았다. 분석 결과 우선 우리나라에서 행해지는 다문화교육을 보다 확산적으로 접근하여 소수자 교육의 다양한 내용 영역을 포함해야 한다는 점이 드러났다. 또한 교육과정 및 교과서 개발 과정 전반 및 내용 자체에 소수자 관련 내용을 보다 체계적으로 반영하여야 하며 다양한 영역의 소수자 교육을 실시해야 할 것이다. 그리고 2차 소수자화되는 상황이 벌어지지 않도록 많은 종류의 소수자를 교육 내용에 반영해야 할 것이며 삽화 및 사진을 적극 활용하여 소수자 교육의 효과를 극대화하여야 하겠다. As Post-Modern values have become widespread and distinct races and ethnicities have come to Korea, the need for study of minority education in social studies emerged in the past few years in terms of citizenship education. Therefore, this study will help explore the examples of minority education in Ontario, Canada by analysing the textbooks of elementary social studies for better understanding and implementation. The result of analysis showed that it is necessary to broaden the area of multicultural education by including various minority groups and the other areas of minority education. Also, there should be sensitivity to prejudice and there should not be exclusion of minorities in developing the curriculum and the textbooks, creating lesson plans and evaluation. Furthermore, varied groups of minority need to be addressed when selecting contents since focus on only ethnic minority group may produce another marginalized group among minority groups. Finally the examined textbooks tell us illustrations and photos in textbooks can play an efficient role for success of minority education.

교사가 지각한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사의 숙달목표성향 및 반성의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 교사가 지각한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사의 숙달목표성향, 교사효능감 및 교사반성의 구조적 관계를 밝힘으로써 급격히 변하고 있는 교실에서 요구되고 있는 교사반성의 특징을 이해하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 제주 지역 초등학교에 재직하고 있는 교사 254명을 대상으로 교사가 지각한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사의 숙달목표성향, 교사효능감, 교사반성을 측정한 후 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 데이터를 분석했다. 그 결과 교사의 숙달목표성향과 교사효능감은 교사반성을 직접적으로 예측하였으며, 교사의 숙달목표성향은 교사효능감을 매개로 교사반성을 간접적으로도 예측하였다. 또한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십에 대한 교사의 지각은 교사반성을 직접적으로 예측하지 못하지만 교사효능감을 매개 변인으로 하여 교사반성을 간접적으로 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 논의에서는 각 변인간의 관계를 뒷받침하는 이론적 근거를 제시하였으며 특히 학교장의 변혁적 리더십에 의해 교사반성을 예측함에 있어서 교사효능감의 완전매개효과가 존재하는 이유에 대해서 심도 있게 서술하였다. 본 연구는 교사반성을 양적으로 측정하여 교사의 자기체계 및 맥락 변인들과의 구조적 관계를 탐색함으로써 교사의 반성을 증진하기 위한 메커니즘을 밝혔다는 데 의의가 있다. Teacher reflection is needed for better teaching practice in rapidly changing schools. The purpose of this study is to understand teacher reflection and its relationship with teacher’s perception of principal’s transformational leadership, their mastery goal orientation, and teacher efficacy. Two hundred and fifty four elementary school teachers from Jeju participated in the survey which designed to measure the previously mentioned variables. The data collected from this survey was analysed using structural equation modeling method. The results showed that both teacher"s mastery goal orientation and teacher efficacy directly predicted teacher reflection. Additionally, teacher"s mastery goal orientation had an indirect effect on teacher reflection through the mediation of teacher efficacy. Teacher’s perception of principal’s transformational leadership predicted teacher reflection indirectly through the mediation of teacher efficacy. In the discussion, theoretical and logical explanation were presented to validate the results of this study with focus on full mediation of teacher efficacy on the relation between teacher’s perception of principal’s transformational leadership and teacher reflection. These findings suggested that teachers’ goal orientation, teacher efficacy, and their perception of principal’s leadership play an important role in fostering teacher reflection. Supporting that teachers’ self system and context variables reinforced their reflection, this study would contribute to promoting teachers" reflection.

As health benefits of traditional vinegar is newly recognized, vinegar products are being developed with new and enhanced functionalities to meet customers’ diverse demand. Meanwhile, peach is one of the crops with largest production in Korea but neither its preservation nor its processing is simply done. For the development of a new vinegar product using peach, the present study focused on improving an alcoholic fermentation process using a new cold-tolerant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain isolated from peach. Specifically, alcoholic fermentation of peach concentrates was performed at a control (30℃) or a low (10℃) temperature, followed by conventional acetic acid fermentation at 25℃, to investigate the effect of low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (LTAF) on the final vinegar quality. We measured free amino acid contents and flavor compound profiles, and performed sensory evaluation of the vinegar products. As a result, the LTAF vinegar had higher free amino acid contents and lower off-flavor intensity than those in the control vinegar. Moreover, overall preference of the LTAF vinegar was significantly higher than the control vinegar. In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that a promising potential of using the LTAF process for the development of high quality vinegar products.

This paper aims to establish the category of conventional expressions which denote emotional meanings definitely by considering the expressions’ typicality as a conventional expression and the typicality of meanings of ‘emotion’, and to present the list of the phrases qualified to be in that category. First, an emotion expression having combinational conventionality can be considered as a sort of a meaningful phrase unit. When a phrasal expression satisfying this condition expresses an ‘emotional’ meaning, it is probably a conventional emotion expression. Next, those expressions are divided into 2 kinds by semantic features: the typical conventional emotion expressions and the non-typical conventional emotion expressions. A typical conventional emotion expression could express its emotional meaning only as a whole phrase; Furthermore, the phrase itself includes a emotional meaning as a conventionally coded meaning; and, the phrase expresses non-intentional emotion caused by stimuli.
