소형 경량패널을 이용한 차음성능 영향요인별 음향감쇠계수 분석

Recently, framed structure is increasingly being used as apartment structure due to the advantages during remodeling. Therefore, the use of lightweight panel as separating wall is increasing. To construct lightweight panel structures with sound insulation performance appropriate to the conditions of each field, measurement of sound reduction index(SRI) through panel structures should be performed. In this study, measurement of SRI through 46 kinds of panel structures was performed in the condition of various factors such as surface density, air space and absorber. The result showed that SRI of panel structures was generally higher by increasing of surface density. In the case of double panel with no absorber, SRI at below critical frequency was gradually increased according to rise of air space. Double panel with absorber make remarkable improvement in SRI at low frequency, but there is a little difference compared with SRI of double panel with no absorber over critical frequency.

The minimum size of specimen for measuring sound reduction index on KS F 2860(ISO 140-1) should be at least 10㎡. However, it takes many time and efforts to install full size specimen. Therefore, it is valuable to study the sound reduction index with a small sized specimen. The purpose of this study is to investigate the sound reduction index of small sized specimen and to compare with that of full size specimen. Measurement were carried out in acoustic chamber according to change of specimen setup condition, shape of aperture and structure of filler element. As a specimen, lightweight panel and gypsum board were used. The result shows that it is valuable to use small sized specimen in the case of the specimen with a low sound reduction index such as single panel structure or reinforced filler element with a high sound reduction index.

According to the housing performance indicator system(HPIS), sound insulation performance of separating walls between units is being evaluated to 3 kinds of grade. For this reason, development of design methods of separating walls with sound insulation performance appropriate to the each grade is being required. In this study, small sized lightweight panel using bottom ash was used for the basic structure, and 46 kinds of separating wall were measured by changing of surface density, depth of air space and absorber. The result shows that the single-number quantities(Rw+C) of single panels have the sound insulation performance less than third grade. In the case of double panel installing air space, Rw+C was evaluated to second or third grade for almost kinds of the structure, so it didn't satisfy the first grade suggesting in HPIS. Double panel structures containing air space and absorber almost have the sound insulation performance of first grade.
