USN 서비스를 융합할 때 하나의 물리적 인프라가 여러 서비스에 사용될 수 있고 여러 물리적 인프라가 하나의 서비스를 구성할 수도 있다. 따라서 USN 서비스의 효과적인 융합을 위하여 물리적 인프라와 서비스는 구분되어 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 기존의 식별 코드체계는 USN이 제공하는 다양한 서비스를 식별하기에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 USN 서비스를 구분하고 관리할 수 있는 USN 서비스 식별 체계를 제안한다. 제안된 USN 서비스 식별 체계를 통하여 첫째 USN 서비스 식별 코드의 기계적 처리가 가능해지기 때문에 RFID 태그 QR Code 무선 방송 등 다양한 기술을 활용한 서비스 식별 코드 획득이 가능하다. 둘째 서비스 제공자 관점에서 서비스 관리 사용자 응용 프로그램 개발 기존 USN 표준 기술과의 연동 등이 용이해진다. 셋째 체계적인 USN 서비스 관리가 가능해진다. 넷째 일반 사용자들의 USN 서비스 탐색이 용이해져 USN 서비스 활성화에 적극 기여할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 첫째 USN 서비스 관련 표준 및 USN 식별 코드체계 관련 표준에 대하여 분석하였다. 둘째 기존 USN 식별 코드체계를 기반으로 새로운 USN 서비스 식별 체계를 제안하였다. 셋째 USN 서비스 식별체계가 USN 서비스 융합시에 성능이 향상됨을 보였다. While converging USN Services a single physical infrastructure can be used in several services and in several physical infrastructures can make up a single service. Therefore the physical infrastructure and service have to manage separately for effective convergence of USN Services. However established Identification Scheme is not suitable to distinguish various services that USN provides. This paper suggests USN Service Identification Scheme that can be separated and managed. Through USN Service Identification Scheme suggested firstly it is possible to obtain Service Identification Scheme utilizing various technology such as RFID TAG QR Code radio broadcasting etc. because it is possible to process USN Service Identification Scheme. Secondly it is easy to mange the service develope the user application program and interlock with established USN Standard technique as view from service provider. Thirdly it is possible to manage systematically USN Service. Fourthly users can search USN Service easily so it can contribute actively for invigoration of USN service. This thesis firstly has analyzed about standard related USN Service and USN Identification Scheme. Secondly this has suggested brand-new USN Service Identification Scheme based on established USN Identification Scheme.

Helped by the accumulation of Information Technology (IT), the smart era is here. The tourism industry has been quick to become part of the new era using smart IT. In particular, the exhibition and convention industry has begun to use near field communication (NFC), which allows visitors to have the experience of a smart exhibition. The experiences of visitors are primary in these industry. The usage experience of new IT could be affected by visitors` personalities and by organizational support. However, there is relatively little research that has explored it. Thus, this study combined experiential value and big five personality theory, and empirically examined visitors` personalities and the organizational support for NFC, to test how these factors influence visitors` satisfaction with an exhibition through playfulness value and NFC satisfaction, when exhibition visitors used NFC. Through an onsite survey, this study collected 395 samples from those using NFC in an exhibition and analyzed the data. The study found that openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and the organizer`s support for NFC had an influence on NFC satisfaction. Additionally, this NFC satisfaction had a significant effect on exhibition satisfaction. Based on these results, the theoretical implication is that this study explains the visitors` NFC satisfaction and exhibition based on the experiential value and big five personality theory. The practical guidelines is that there is a need in NFC contents to reflect various visitors` personalities and the importance of organizational support.

현대사회는 장애를 일으키는 요인이 다양하게 나타나고 있어 후천적인 장애인구가 증가하고 있다. 이에공공도서관이 복합서비스공간으로 변화하는 상황 가운데 모든 이용자가 공평하게 이용하고자 하는 관점에서 지식정보 취약계층인 장애인의 요구 속성을 파악하여 모두를 위한 공공도서관 공간’ 개념의 기능적ㆍ시설적ㆍ지원적인 요구와 목적을 완벽하게 수용하는 공공의 공간서비스디자인 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공도서관의 장애인 공간서비스범주와 환경에서 지체장애인의 공간서비스 요구(Needs)평가 요소를 도출하고, 추출된 각각의 요구평가요소의 의미와 목표를 제시하였다. 더불어 공공도서관의 실증적인 장애인 서비스를 위한 공간구성에 있어 복합적인 요구평가와 다차원적인 요구평가·분석이 가능하게 하며 이용자요구에 따른 경험 중심연구의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. As the various factors that cause the disorders have appeared in modern society, the population of acquired disorders has increased more and more. Thus, many public libraries have been developed to complex service facilities and it has been necessary research the public libraries as the space service design which perfectly accept both functional, institutional, supportive requirements and purposes for the disabled who have not had the enough knowledge and education. Therefore, this study draws the evaluations of needs in space service from the category and environment for the physical disabled and suggests the meaning and objective in the factors on the extracted evaluation of needs. In addition, this study will enable the researchers to analyze the complex and multidimensional evaluations on the practical service for the disabled in the public libraries and will establish the foothold of the experience-oriented research in accordance with the needs of the users.
