본 연구에서는 지방은행의 비전과 미션 그리고 전략목표와 전략계획을 고찰하고, 미래의 결과를 예측할 수 있는 지방은행의 사명과 관련된 전략적 계획의 경영전반에 걸친 통합적 성과측정지표 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 최근 전 세계적으로 파급된 Kaplan 과 Norton이 개발한 균형잡힌 성과측정표(BSC:Balanced Scorecard)를 적용하였다. 지방은행의 전략적 계획의 내용을 BSC의 4가지 관점으로 분류 ? 변환하고 각 관점별로 추구해야 할 핵심이 무엇인가를 상세히 정의함으로 핵심성공요인(CSF: Critical Sucess Factor)을 찾아내고, 이에 따르는 핵심성과지표를 개발하였다. 연구 분석의 결과를 요약하면 학습과 성장의 핵심성과 지표로 직원의 생산성, 교차판매 비율등을 설정하고, 프로세스 효율성의 경우 전략적 목적은 콜센타 구축 및 채널 강화, 보안검증 강화, IT 기반한 비용 절감 등을 설정하였다. 또한 고객 만족도와 관련하여 전략적 목적은 현행 및 새로운 채널을 통해 제품에 대한 접근성 향상, 안심하고 금융거래를 할 수 있는 보안 중요성 인식, 현행 및 잠재 고객들에게 도, 시, 군 금고는 지역은행이 담당해야 된다는 인식제고로 요약할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to provide a best strategies for implementing a BSC system in Korean local bank. In order to fulfill the purpose, a Korean local bank which is a bank can be well-defined mission statements and strategies that are aligned to and measured by Its BSC system , is taken as a benchmark model. According to this study results, local bank of analysis objective shows the establishment of BSC model's casual relationship. Analysis results of this study has a very important meaning in both academic and practical business. Academically, the results inspect the existed BSC model in special banking business by analysis of casual relationship and the results suggest a reasonable BSC model of banking business, a necessity of each viewpoint's measures developement and a study direction. Practically, financial performance of service business is known to be improved with consumer satisfaction measurement. However, in this case, it will be inspected by actual analysis with the data. In another hands, this study contributes to change segmented department strategy into four viewpoints of BSC and enhance goal establishment centered in a casual relationship of performance motives. It expects that by deducing a company's unbalance and improving, a company's goals can be achieved efficiently. Especially, to measure and estimate all times is essential to keep a company's sound management with decreasing a company's uncertainty.
