Recently, the AGV system has been studied actively according to the progress of FMS in the industry, and it is a unit with the self-power to transport the materials between stations without the particular control by an operator. It is widely known that the AGV system is effective to increase the utility of manufacturing line and cut down personnel expenses. This System has several sensors to recognize the external state and it is designed to travel between stations without an external assistance. The general methods of obstacle detection for an AGV are to use kinds of sensors like an ultra-sonic, electromagnetic and laser sensor. But, these sensors have simple information of obstacles. Therefore, it is needed to fast stereo vision system by two CCD cameras for various information of obstacle such as distance, color and size. For the fast stereo vision, the developing high-speed template matching by color and shape of obstacle was used. This information to recognize an obstacles was studied by the neural network.

최근 휴대폰 , PDA. 노트북 등의 모바일 제품의 인기에 따라 모바일에 대한 소비자의 관심이 증대되고 있으며, 대형 네트워크 장비보다 소형의 개인 휴대용의 모바일 제품의 성장세가 두드러지고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 무선랜에 대한 관심도 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 ARM 프로세서를 기반으로 802..11 무선랜 환경에 맞는 네트워크 프로세서 구조에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 전송과 수신이 빈번하게 동시에 밀어나는 무선랜 환경에서는 multi-threading을 처리할 수 있는 프로세서가 구조(SMT)가 superscalar 구조에 비해 높은 성능 향상폭을 보여주었다.

The fractal dimension is quantitatively to define the irregular characteristic of the shape in natural. It can be useful in describing morphological characteristics of various wear particles. This paper was undertaken to diagnose failure condition for sliding members in lubrication by fractal dimension. It will be possible to diagnose wear mechanism, friction and damage state of machines through analysis of shape characteristics for wear particle on driving condition by fractal parameters. In this study, the calculating and analyzing methods of fractal dimensions were constructed for the condition monitoring and wear particle analysis in lubricant condition. So, we carried out the Friction and wear test with the ball on disk type tester, and the fractal parameters of wear particle in lubricated conditions were calculated. Fractal parameters were defined as texture fractal dimension(Dt), structure fractal dimension(Ds) and total fractal dimension(D).

It necessarily follows that wear particles are generated through a friction and wear in a mechanical moving system. The wear particles are relative to the failure and the life of machine elements directly. To analyze the wear particle. its shape characteristicswere calculated Quantitative values such as diameter, roundness and fractal parameters by digital image processing. In this study, the histograms of shape parameters of wear particles were used for the purpose of analyzing the distribution of wear particles in various conditions. We consider that the histogram of shape parameter can be effectively represented to study a wear mechanism.
