        환원-산화법을 이용한 리드프레임 에칭폐액의 정제과정 설계

        When copper alloy is used in etching process for the production of lead frame, the high concentration of heavy metals, such as iron, nickel and zinc may be included in the etching waste. Those etching waste is classified as a specified one. Therefore a customized design was designed for the purification process of the lead frame etching waste liquid containing high concentrations of heavy metals for the production of an electroplating copper(II) oxide. Since the lead frame etching waste solution contains highly concentrated heavy metal species, an ion exchange method is difficult to remove all heavy metals. In this study, a copper(I) chloride was manufactured by using water solubility difference related to the reduction-oxidation method followed by the reunion of copper(II) chloride using sodium sulfate as an oxidant. The hydrazine was chosen as a reducing agent. The optimum added amount was 1.4 mol per 1.0 mol of copper. In the case of removal of heavy metals by using the combination of reduction-oxidation and ion exchange resin methods, 4.3 ppm of Fe3+, 2.4 ppm of Ni2+ and 0.78 ppm of Zn2+ can be reused as raw materials for electroplating copper(II) oxide when repeated three times.

        재활용 상온아스콘 혼합물의 최적 결합재 개발

        This study was carried out to design the optimum mixing ratio of aggregate, cyclic aggregate, and binder (moisture, emulsifiedasphalt, and emulsion type additives) and produce recycling cold asphalt paving mixture satisfying site work standard. Thecyclic aggregate satisfying KS F 2572 was collected from waste asphalt by adequate processing. As the moisture content increased,the shearing strength was decreased. The maximum marshall stability was shown at the 3.0 wt% moisture content. So the optimum moisture content was 3.0 wt%. The marshall stability and flow value with the amount of emulsified asphaltwas satisfied in the range of 0.5∼2.5 wt%, and the porosity was satisfied in the range of 0.7∼2.5 wt%. So the optimumamount of emulsified asphalt was 1.6 wt%. The optimum amount of emulsion type additive was 0.1 wt% in the light of marshallstability and degree of saturation of recycling cold asphalt mixture.

        증량제 혼합비율에 따른 네온변압기의 열내구성 평가

        The physical properties, such as the heat resistance and thermal durability of the temperature difference fatigue resistance should be excellent when preparing an epoxy type resin for a neon transformer housing. In this study, 50 wt% of SiO2 and silica were selected as a reinforcement and diluent filler for epoxy type resins, respectively. Thermal conductivity and thermal stability were measured as the mixing ratio varied upon the particle sizes. The optimal amount of the mixed silica was 50 wt%. Thermal stability was improved with increasing the amount of larger silica particles. The optimal mixing ratio of differently sized silica particles was 28/3 : 14/18 : 8/10 mesh = 1 : 1 : 1. From these results, it is thought that neon transformer is producible which has excellent thermal durability.

        마이크로웨이브 에너지를 이용한 안젤리카로부터 유효성분의 추출

        본 연구에서는 안젤리카로부터 기능성 유효성분을 추출하기 위해 기존의 용매추출법과 마이크로웨이브 추출법을 이용하여 각 변수에 따른 추출량을 확인하였다. 또한 안젤리카로부터 추출된 유효성분의 항산화능 및 플라보노이드성분 함량, 총폴리페놀성분 함량 등을 측정함으로써 유효성분의 기능성을 평가하였다. 기존의 용매추출법의 최적조건인 추출시간(2 h), 주정/초순수의 부피비(60 vol%), 추출온도(60 ℃)에서 20.6 wt%의 유효성분이 추출되었다. 또한 마이크로웨이브 추출법의 최적조건인 마이크로웨이브 조사시간(6 min), 마이크로웨이브 세기(600 W), 주정/초순수의 부피비(60 vol%)의 조건에서 유효성분이 22.8 wt% 추출되어 기존의 용매추출법에 비해 빠른 시간에 추출이 완료됨을 알 수 있었다. 안젤리카로부터 추출된 유효성분의 추출량 유효성분의 항산화능은 DPPH radical scavening activity로 31.46%이었고, 플라보노이드성분 함량은 14.20 mg QE/mg dw, 그리고 총 폴리페놀 함량은 11.70 mg GAE/g으로 나타났다. In this study, the extractable content of each parameters from angelica was confirmed using conventional solvent extraction and microwave extraction in order to extract the functional active ingredient. In addition, the functionality of active ingredients was evaluated by measuring the antioxidant activity and the flavonoids and total polyphenols of the active ingredient extracted from angelica, For the conventional solvent extraction at optimal conditions of the extraction time (2 h), ethanol/pure water volume ratio (60%), the extraction temperature (60 ℃), 20.6 wt% of the active ingredient were extracted. Also, when using microwave extraction at optimal conditions of the microwave irradiation time (6 min), microwave intensity (600 W) and ethanol/ pure water volume ratio (60 vol%) 22.8 wt% of the active ingredient were extracted. The microwave method required shorter time to complete extraction compared to that of using the conventional solvent extraction method. The antioxidant activity of active ingredients extracted from angelica was 31.46% of DPPH radical scavening activity. The flavonoid content was 14.20 mg QE/mg dw, and total polyphenol content was 11.70 mg GAE/g when using the microwave extraction process.

        감잎, 엉겅퀴, 뉴그린으로부터 플라보노이드성분의 추출

        본 연구에서는 항산화성분 함량이 높다고 알려진 천연물인 감잎, 엉겅퀴, 뉴그린을 이용하여 유효성분을 추출하고 DPPH radical scavening activity와 플라보노이드성분 함량분석을 수행하였다. 추출에 사용된 추출용매로는 초순수와 주정을 이용하였고, 초순수-주정의 비율, 시료의 양, 추출시간, 추출온도 등을 변수로 설정하였다. 각 천연물의 최적추출조건은 추출시간(2.5~3.5 h), 시료의 양은 50 g/L이었고, 주정/초순수의 부피비와 추출온도의 경우 각각 감잎(55~65 vol%, 50~60 ℃), 엉겅퀴(40~50 vol%, 55~65 ℃), 뉴그린(55~65 vol%, 50~60 ℃)으로 나타났다. 또한 추출된 유효성분의 항산화능과 플라보노이드성분 함량분석 결과 감잎 > 엉겅퀴 > 뉴그린 순으로 크게 나타났다. In this study, we extracted active components from thistle, persimmon leaf, and new green which are known to have a high content of antioxidants and also analyzed the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavening activity and flavonoid content. Both ultrapure water and alcohol were used as extraction solvents and the ratio of both solvents, sample, amunts extraction time, and extraction temperature were varied. The optimal extraction condition of each natural compounds were 2.5~3.5 h of the extraction time and 50 g/L of the sample amount. The optimal ratio of ultrapure water and alcohol and extraction temperature were as follows; persimmon leaf (55~65 vol%, 50~60 ℃), thistle (40~50 vol%, 55~65 ℃) and new green (55~65 vol%, 50~60 ℃). In addition, the antioxidant capacity and flavonoid content of the extract increased in the order of persimmon leaf, thistle, and new green.

        천연물로부터 여성갱년기 증상완화를 위한 식물성 에스트로겐의 초음파 추출특성

        Phytoestrogens are one of quasi-estrogens which are not generated within the endocrine system, but consumed by intaking phytoestrogenic plants. Phytoestrogens, also called as dietary estrogens, are various botanic chemical compound groups naturally occurring nonsteroidal plant compounds of spontaneous generation. Due to their structural similarities to estrogone, they may provide desirable health benefits for reducing the menopausal symptoms. In this paper, various phytoestrogens were extracted from sophora root, pomegranate and kudzu by ultrasonic extraction process. In this study, the amount of extracted phytoestrogens at various ultrasonic power strengths and extraction times were compared, which could be used as basic data in the study of biology and chemistry related to natural products.
