Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the trend of research on musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses in Korea, and it"s going to suggest the direction offuture research. Method : A total of 18 studies published from 1990 to 2007 were analyzed according to the year of publication, research design, journal type, subject type, and major study concepts. Result : 1) The number of studies related to musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses have been increased after 2005"(61.1%). 2) It has the most design of all the researches was the survey studies(88.9%). 3) The master"s these of all the researches ware much more than others(66.1%). 4) A lot of subjects were general department nurses(50%) and nurses in operation room in that order. 5) The major study concepts were mostly musculoskeletal symptoms(50%). 6) The most frequently used instrument of studies is NIOSH`s questionnaire & OWAS (ergonomic Work posture analysis). Conclusion : It is suggested musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses that there should be more studies with ergonomic work posture analysis and experimental studies in the future. and then the effects of health promotion of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses are considered necessary.

초등학교 교사의 장애학생 지도 경험과 인식에 관한 질적 연구

이 연구는 초등학교 통합학급 교사가 겪은 장애학생 지도 경험과 성공적인 통합학급 운영을 위한 교사의 인식 및 요구사항을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 연구하였다. 이 연구는 1급 정교사 자격증을 갖고 교육경력 10년 이상, 통합학급 운영 경력 5년 이상인 초등학교 교사 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 면담 기록은 지오르지의 현상학적 연구 방법으로 분석하였고, 면담 대상자에게 면담한 내용을 확인토록 하는 검토 과정을 거쳐 연구 내용의 타당성을 검증하는 과정을 가지도록 하였다. 초등학교 통합학급 교사는 첫째, 대부분 통합학급을 희망하여 맡지만 장애학생에 대한 정보의 부재에서 오는 불안감을 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 장애학생을 위한 별도의 생활 지도 및 학습 지도 계획이 없이 상황에 맞춰서 그때그때 필요한 활동을 고안하여 운영하고 있었다. 셋째, 특수 교사의 태도에 따라 관계 맺기나 지원받는 정도가 다름을 알 수 있었다. 이는 첫째, 통합학급 교사는 장애학생에 대한 정보를 사전에 이해하고 있어야 한다. 둘째, 통합학급 교사는 통합 교육에 대한 전문적인 지식을 갖추어야 한다. 셋째, 통합학급 운영에 관한 제도적인 측면의 규정이 있어야 함을 시사하고 있다. This study examines the experience of elementary school teachers for integrated classes in teaching students with disabilities and the perception of teachers and requirements for a successful integrated class. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews with five elementary school teachers with more than five years of experience running integrated classes, and over ten years of teaching with Class 1 teachers’ certification. The interviews were analyzed using Giorgi’s phenomenological method, and interviewees were asked to confirm the validity of the interview content. The main findings are as follows. First, most elementary school teachers of integrated classes desired and took on these classes but were anxious due to a lack of experience with and information on students with disabilities. Second, they were not provided any established guidance and teaching plans for students with disabilities and devised responses appropriate to different circumstances. Third, students’ relationship-making and accommodation of support varied depending on the attitude of teachers. These findings imply that (i) teachers of integrated classes should be provided advance information on students, (ii) they should be equipped with professional knowledge on integrated classes, and (iii) there should be a regulation on the institutional support on integrated classes.
