본 연구는 인적자본기업패널(HCCP) 데이터를 활용하여 제조기업 근로자의 비대면 학습 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이고 그 영향력은 어떠한지, 제조기업 근로자의 원격훈련 참여 여부가 기업의 성과에 영향 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 원격훈련은 조사된 패널자료의 원격훈련을 기준으로 살펴보았다. 분석자료는 인적자본기업패널의 7차년도(2017년) 자료의 개인 데이터와 기업 데이터를 활용하였으며, 원격훈련 참여 결정요인을 검증하기 위해 기업 근로자 5,222명과 기업 231개를 대상으로 다층모형(multilevel model) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기업 근로자의 원격훈련 참여 여부에 영향을 미치는 개인 요인 및 기업 요인을 분석한 결과, 1수준의 개인 수준 변수로는 성별, 최종학력, 직급이, 2수준의 기업 수준 변수의 경우 1인당 교육훈련비, 교육훈련시간 유급인정 유무, 교육훈련시간 의무이수제도 유무가 원격훈련 참여 여부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 원격훈련 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. This article examines the factors that affect business in manufacturing industries emplyees’ participation in online learning and their influences, also emplyees’ participation in online learning affects corporate performance, using the Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP). online learning was examined based on e-learning of surveyed panel data. The analysis data used personal data and corporate data from the 7th year (2017) data of the HCCP. To verify the determinants of participation in online learning, We conducted a multilevel model for 5,222 employees and 231 corporations. The results are as follows. First level variables identified influential factors were gender, educational background, job position. Second level variables identified influential factors were education and training expenditure per person, whether education and training hours are paid or not, and whether education and training hours are mandatory. In conclusion, we suggested the implications for strengthening the participation for online learning of employees in the future.

고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 가족건강성의 매개효과

This study sought to examine the mediated effects of family strength on the effects of resilience on career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior of high school students. A survey of 201 first graders attending three high schools in Gyeonggi Province was conducted for three weeks in December 2019. For each of the study questions, PASW 23.0 was employed to conduct frequency, percentage, reliability analysis. correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and stepwise regression analysis were done. The results were: First, there was a positive/negative correlation between resilience on high school students career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior and family strength. Second, resilience was factors influencing high school students career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior. Last, family strength showed a moderating effect on the effect of resilience on career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior. In order to lower the level of stress on high school students career decisions and promote career-preparatory behavior, intervention should be made in consideration of the family environment as well as psychological variables of high school students. 본 연구는 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 경기지역 3곳의 고등학교에 재학 중인 1학년 201명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 3주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. PASW 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성의 빈도와 백분율, 측정도구의 신뢰도, 변인들 간의 상관관계분석 및 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 고등학생이 지각한 회복탄력성, 진로결정 스트레스, 진로준비행동, 가족건강성 간정적/부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과가 나타났다. 고등학생들의 진로결정 스트레스 수준을 낮춰주고, 진로준비행동을 증진시키기 위해서는 고등학생의 심리적 변인 뿐 아니라 가족환경을 고려한 개입이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

TimeML is a markup language for events and temporal expressions in natural language, proposed in Pustejovsky et al. (2003) and latter standardized as ISO-TimeML (ISO 24617-1:2009). In this paper, we propose the further specification of ISO-TimeML for the Korean language with the concrete and thorough examination of real world texts. Since Korean differs significantly from English, which is the first and almost only extensively tested language with TimeML, one continuously run into theoretical and practical difficulties in the application of TimeML to Korean. We focus on the discussion for the consistent and efficent application of TimeML: how to consistently apply TimeML in accordance with Korean specificity and what to be annotated and what not to be, i.e. which information is meaningful in the temporal interpretation of Korean text, for efficient application of TimeML.

This study introduces set-denoting time expressions in Korean, which can be divided into simple and complex types. It was found that while the simple type expressions are easily represented within ISO-Time ML, a time-expression markup language, some complex type set-denoting pressions are not. Therefore, this study analyzes the reason for these difficulties in representing complex type expressions, as well as suggests the introduction of @measure and @interpretation attributes in the TIMEX3 tag. The @measure attribute represents the time interval, and the @interpretation attribute is used to distinguish distributive readings from cumulative readings. Additionally this paper suggests that a mapping between these and other attributes are required in TLINK.
