OTPF와 국제 기능 · 장애 · 건강 분류 간의 연관성 : 라이프케어 중심의 활동과 참여 관점으로

본 연구의 목적은 OTPF와 ICF의 연관성을 알아보는 것을 통하여 참여에 대한 OTPF-3와 ICF의 이론적 개념의 관련성과 차이를 명백히 제시하고, ICF가 작업치료 전문영역을 충분히 설명할 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 OTPF-3의 작업 영역 하위항목과 ICF의 활동과 참여 세부분류 코드를 4명의 작업치료 전문가들이 비교분석 하였다. 그 결과, OTPF-3의 작업 영역 하위항목과 ICF의 활동과 참여 세부분류 코드 대부분을 연결하여 개념적 유사성과 차이점을 입증하였다. 이를 통하여 비전문가 및 타분야 전문가들에게 ICF를 활용하여 작업치료의 영역을 설명할 수 있을 것으로 판단되지만, 작업치료 전문가 간 의사소통에는 제한이 있을 것으로 사료된다. OTPF와 ICF의 차이점을 극복하기 위해서는 작업치료 관점에서 OTPF와 ICF를 더 넓고 깊게 비교하는 연구들이 더 많이 진행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research was to identify the associativity between OTPF and ICF, present the relevance and difference of theoretical concept of OTPF-3 and ICF regarding of the participation and to identify if ICF can explain the professional area of occupational therapy. For this purpose, 4 experts of occupational therapy have made a comparative analysis of the subclassification codes of OTPF-3"s work area subsection and of ICF activity and participation. As a result, connecting the most subclassification codes of OTPF-3"s work area subsection and of ICF activity and participation, they demonstrated the conceptual similarity and difference. Through this, it is judged to explain the area of occupational therapy with ICF for non-expert and other experts, but it is considered to have limitation to the communication between the experts of occupational therapy. In order to overcome the difference between OTPF and ICF, it would be necessary to have much more researches of comparing widely OTPF and ICF from the perspective of occupational therapy.

커뮤니티케어 제도 내 지역사회중심재활 서비스 접근을 위한 애플리케이션 디자인의 제안 : 작업과 활동 중심으로

최근 인간의 평균수명이 연장됨에 따라 만성 질환이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 보건 및 재활 서비스의 광범위한 수요와 의료비 등이 증가하는 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 국내에서는 지역사회중심재활사업을 발전 및 강화하여 2019년부터 단계적으로 추진하고 있다. 지역사회중심재활 사업을 활성화하기 위해서는 서비스를 이용하려는 클라이언트의 접근성 확보가 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역사회중심재활사업의 일환으로써 작업과 활동 중심의 지역사회중심 작업치료 서비스 접근성 확보를 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 디자인을 고안하고 프로토타입을 개발하고자 한다. 작업과 활동중심의 애플리케이션 콘텐츠를 고안하고 범주화를 위해 작업치료 실행체계(OTPF), 국제 기능 · 장애 · 건강 분류(ICF)와 알렌진단모듈(ADM-2)이 사용되었으며, 선행연구 분석 및 전문가 회의를 통해 OTPF, ICF와 ADM-2를 링킹하였다. 도출된 콘텐츠는 문헌고찰과 활동분석을 통해 영상으로 제작하였으며, YouTube API를 활용하여 애플리케이션 내에서 직접재생이 가능하도록 구현하였고, 최종적으로 애플리케이션 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 애플리케이션 프로토타입을 제작하기 위한 프로그램은 Android Studio 3.5.2 for Windows 64-bit를 사용하였다. 추후 연구에서는 사용자의 편의를 위한 다양한 디지털 기술을 융합하고 지역사회중심 작업치료 서비스 제공자의 의견과 서비스 이용자의 만족도에 대한 추가적인 연구를 진행하여 실용성에 대해 입증하고 이를 보완한다면, 지역사회 내 작업수행에 어려움을 겪는 클라이언트들의 지역사회중심 작업치료 서비스 접근성을 향상할 것이다. Chronic diseases have been increasing recently as the average life expectancy of humans has been extended, and this trend has caused problems such as the widespread demand for health and rehabilitation services and rising medical costs. In order to solve this problem, the community-based rehabilitation has been developed and strengthened in Korea and gradually promoted since 2019. It is important to secure access to clients who want to use services to revitalize community-based rehabilitation. So in this study, as part of the community-based rehabilitation, intends to devise smartphone applications designs and develop a prototype to secure access to community-based occupational therapy services based on occupation and activities. For Occupational Therapy Practice Framework (OTPF), International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), and Allen Diagnostic Module-2 (ADM-2) were used to devise and categorize occupation and activity based application content, and link OTPF, ICF, and ADM-2 through prior research analysis and expert meetings. The derived content was visualized through literature review and activity analysis, and was implemented to enable direct playback within the application using the YouTube API, and finally developed a prototype application. The Android Studio 3.5.2 for Windows 64-bit was used to build the application prototype. In further research, converging various digital technologies for user convenience and additionally researching community-based occupational therapy service providers opinions and service user satisfaction will improve accessibility to community-based occupational therapy services for clients who have difficulty occupational performance in the community.
