덕수궁(德壽宮) 즉조당(卽祚堂) 창호(窓戶)의 복원적 고찰

The Palaces of Chosen dynasty in Seoul had lost its original features. The external appearance of the buildings that remains in palace nowadays, have got former conditions, but its enteriors are reconstructed or removed So we have a little knowledge of interiors of palace buildings, expecially of the door and window system. To clear up ambiguity of what kinds of door are selected, and sorts of using methods are prevailed, we must persuit from the latest building to the older building, and compare with documents. For that purpose the Chukchodang of Toksu palace is selected, which reconstructed in 1904, and compared with the document published in 1906. The consequence of investigation is that the palace buildings were adopted double or triple window system, and the main room have buffer zones, such as corridors or small rooms. And the main rooms were facing with wall paper, so metal fittings are hidden and wooden surfaces are hardly expose for the purpose of amenity.

경찰조직 여가스포츠참여자의 참여만족과 조직유효성 및 조직헌신도의 관계

본 연구는 경찰조직 여가스포츠참여자의 참여만족에 따른 조직유효성 및 조직헌신도의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2009년 광주광역시에 근무하고 있는 경찰공무원 중 여가스포츠에 참여하고 있는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 5개 경찰서를 선정, 총 200명을 표집하여 불성실하거나 수거되지 않은 27부를 제외한, 최종 173부의 설문자료를 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인정, 개인성취는 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족과 조직 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인적, 개인성취는 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 공익기여, 사회인정 변인에서 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 공익기여와 개인성취에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족, 조직몰입은 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 모두 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 조직몰입만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment according to participation satisfaction in leisure sports activities of police organization. To do this, the researcher selected five police stations using convenience sampling method targeting the police officers who participated in leisure sports activities among those police officers who were working in Gwangju Metropolitan City as of 2009. And as for the subjects of this study, total 200 police officers were sampled. Excluding 27 responses which were insincerely answered or not returned, 173 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The results were made as follows. First, the results from analysis revealed that contribution to public goods, social recognition, and individual accomplishment, which are sub variables of participation satisfaction, had influences on both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organization effectiveness. Second, results from analysis showed that value commitment and continuance commitment which are sub variables of organizational commitment were affected by contribution to public goods social recognition and public goods individual accomplishment, respectively. Third, the results from analysis revealed that both job satisfaction and organization immersion which are sub variables of organizational effectiveness affected value contribution, and that, only organization immersion had an influence on the continuance commitment.

The purpose of this study is to present a new academic theory which might be called martial art safety education. The martial art safety education is a combination of martial art and general safety education, and means to prevent safety accident in advance in martial art event and provide a swift, accurate first aid, if there occurs any safety accident, in order to speed up recovery and minimize any possible after-effect. The martial art safety education ultimately aims for helping trainees build up a mood character to be a desirable social member, by providing both physical and mental trainings. The trainees will be, further, able to lead more smooth and positive life at home, school and society through martial art safety education, by acquiring intellectual safety capabilities to take every precaution against the danger of injury and successfully cope with it if an injury takes place. True safety education is built on the unification of mind and body. In principle, martial art safety education should focus on not only superficial body but everything concerned, including environmental and psychological condition or activities done consciously. Therefore, martial art safety education is meant to root out every potentiality of mental and physical danger and every possible motivation of accident. People in charge of martial art education should recognize the importance of safety, catch exactly where potential danger is, and provide a thorough safety education to trainees in advance. In this way, new consciousness of martial art safety should be formed. Leaders need to have a sympathy for trainee's pursuit of safety and teach how to use or implement the acquired safety knowledge and skill. The new academic approach to martial art safety education attempted in this study is expected to awake the leaders, administrators and trainees of martial art to the importance of safety education that has been neglected so far, to further a thorough safety education, and to make martial art training more safe and scientific.
