Due to the trend of opening the local market, the import of foreign agriculture is highly increased. And as the income is higher, the type of consumption is changed on the quality priority. There are agriculture brand policies taken by the government. But the similarity of brand and absence of marketing strategy is pointed as main problems. So we considered the brand image development such as a brand naming and a brand design for marketing strategy through the analysis of effect design types on brand image.

사회혁신기업 종사원의 회계분야 직무능력 향상을 위한 NCS 학습모듈 적용에 관한 연구: 직업기초능력의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 현재 가파른 양적 성장세를 나타내고 있는 사회혁신기업을 대상으로 사회혁신기업의 사회적 성과 및 재무적 성과를 계량적으로 나타낼 수 있는 회계분야를 중심으로 하여 NCS 교육 훈련 과정에 대한 NCS의 표준과 학습모듈에 대한 교육 활동이 사회혁신기업 종사자들의 직무능력 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 본 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 사회혁신기업에 대한 회계분야의 학습모듈의 적용이 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증하고 이들 관계에서 직업기초능력의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 가설1의 교육훈련과정의 적용이 전표/자금관리에 대한 경로는 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나 가설 1-1과 1-2는 채택하였다. 가설2의 교육훈련과정의 적용이 결산/회계정보처리에 대한 경로가 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나 가설 2-1과 2-2는 채택하였다. 또한 직업기초능력의 조절효과를 살펴본 가설 3의 분석결과 제약모형 1과 2는 모두 자유모형의 자유도 감소 값인 5를 상회할 만큼 χ2의 감소 값이 크게 나타나 자유모형이 제약모형보다 우수하다고 볼 수 있으며, 따라서 직업기초능력은 학습모듈의 적용과 직무수행능력간의 괸계에서 조절효과가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 그동안 접근되지 않았던 사회혁신기업의 종업원을 대상으로 한 회계분야 NCS 학습모듈의 적용과 직무수행능력 향상에 관한 실증이라는 점에 의의를 두고 있다. 연구과정에 사회혁신기업의 경우 대부분의 교육지원 사업은 사회적경제의 이해나 협동조합의 실무, 마을기업 지정교육, 정부지원사업 설명회 등과 같이 아직도 사회적경제에 대한 이해 및 활용 정도에 국한되어 있으며, 인사, 세무, 법률 교육 등은 다소 미미하게 이루어지고 있다는 점이다. 사실 2019년 현재 약 2,000여개가 넘는 사회적기업 및 15,000여개의 협동조합이 존재하는 상황에서 이제는 좀 더 투명하고 경쟁력 있는 정보를 제공하기 위한 회계분야의 교육활동이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 반면 본 연구 결과는 회계분야 학습모듈 적용의 실효성을 살펴본 것으로, 실제 NCS 학습모듈은 관련분야의 직무능력 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있어 다양한 산업분야에서 기 개발된 학습모듈의 적극적인 활용에 대한 이론적 기저를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. In this regard, various studies such as curriculum development are being conducted. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify how the application of actual education activities to the learning modules in the accounting field affects the improvement of job performance in the field. The application of the training course of Hypothesis 1-1 shows that the path to the journal / fund management has a statistically significant effect, and the path of the hardware / This suggests that the hypotheses 1-1 and 1-2 are adopted. The hypothesis 2-1 shows that the application of the training and training process has a very significant effect on the path of accounting / accounting information processing, and the path of hardware / accounting information processing of the hypothesis 2-2 is also very strong The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the hypothesis 3, both the constraint models 1 and 2 show that the free model is superior to the constraint model because the decrease value of χ2 is larger than 5, which is the degree of freedom reduction of the free model, And the ability to perform job functions. This study implies that the application of the NCS module of accounting for the employees of the social innovation companies which have not been approached in the past and the improvement of the job performance ability are proved. In the case of social innovation companies, most of the educational support projects are limited to the understanding and utilization of the social economy, such as understanding of the social economy, cooperation of cooperatives, designation of village enterprises, Taxation, and legal education. In fact, as more than 2,000 social enterprises and 15,000 cooperatives exist in 2019, it is necessary to provide accounting education to provide more transparent and competitive information. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the application of the learning module in the accounting field is examined and the actual NCS learning module has a significant effect on the improvement of the job ability in the related field.
