        건설공급사슬을 고려한 건설공사 자재관리시스템 개발

        건설공급사슬은 시공사와 협력업체의 협력을 위해 많은 정보들이 원활하게 전달되고 공유되어야 하기 때문에 참여주체 간 정보공유 및 교류가 가능한 통합된 정보시스템의 구축이 필수적이다. 건설산업에서도 최근 제조 분야를 중심으로 부상하고 있는 기업 내 업무프로세스 개선, 참여주체 중심의 경영, 공급사슬을 하나의 시스템으로 관리하는 공급사슬관리 방식을 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬의 중요한 부분을 차지하는 자재를 중심으로 공급사슬관리를 지원하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 건설공사는 공정관리를 중심으로 관리되므로 공급사슬관리도 공정관리과 연계하여 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위하여 공정관리 프로그램에서 자재를 관리하고 공급사슬과 관련된 참여주체가 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 건설현장에서 건설공급사슬관리를 위해 지원시스템을 제안하고 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 프로토타입은 공정관리 프로그램인 Microsoft Project에서 VBA로 프로그래밍하였고, @Risk for Project를 이용하여 시뮬레이션하는 과정을 제시하였다. A construction supply chain needs an integrated information system, as the general contractor and subcontractors must communicate regularly with one another and share a substantial amount of information in their cooperative work. In the construction industry, supply chain management is necessary in the management of a system, including business process improvement, participant-oriented management, and the supply chain. This research proposed a supporting system and developed the prototype focusing on materials that play an important role in the supply chain. Construction projects are managed mainly through schedule management. As such, supply chain management should be linked with schedule management. The research implemented a prototype of the supporting system for construction supply chain management. The prototype was implemented in Microsoft Project using VBA, including a simulation tool based on @Risk for Project.

      • 제동시 발생하는 리어 드럼브레이크 Creak (scratching) 노이즈 개선

        Creak noise is kind of scratching noise which is usually generated in drum brake system on the vehicle. When driver brakes vehicle or applies parking lever, drum brake shoe moves to the drum side to stop the vehicle. And at that time, moving shoe scratches backing plate ledge surface, and that makes scratching noise in special condition. This study presents how we can generate creak noise in the laboratory and how we can reduce it by experimental approach. Through several and various type of tests, we could generate creak noise with damage on ledge area of the backing plate in the lab and we verified tab type shoe design can reduce this scratching noise. As a result of this study, we notified how creak noise happens in the vehicle, and that tab type design shoe has good performance of ledge area damage based on lab test(rig & dynamometer equipment), and that this can reduce potential risk of creak noise in the field.

        지식 매트릭스를 이용한 가설계획 지식의 활용 방안

        Knowledge is essential in planning of building constructions. However, it is not easy to use the knowledge because it is usually stored privately. This study suggests knowledge matrix as a method to use knowledge necessary for planning temporary facility layouts on a construction site. The knowledge matrix supports a planner to use easily influence factors, decision items of a temporary facility, and knowledge of temporary facility layout planning. K-Matrix is an application of the knowledge matrix, and is used in the temporary facility layout planning system. We have verified that K-Matrix is able to make and evaluate the alternatives of layout plans.

        Brake Drum is one of the most important part of vehicle, which is used to stop the vehicle. It is usually used in rear wheel because it does not have linear output comparing to caliper with rotor system. But it is still well used in many markets due to its cheap cost and good braking performance. In this thesis, drum stiffness is mainly dealt with. Stiffness, Material, Dimension, Balance, FRF are all important elements for brake drum design, but especially stiffness is highly related to cylindricity transformation and sometimes when it is weak, it can cause many kinds of drum related noise and judder. Each key dimensions of drum were considered as control factor of drum stiffness and each key combinations of these control factors were used to compare drum stiffness which is calculated by CAE analysis using ABAQUS. Via DFSS tool, we concluded which dimension is main contributor of high stiffness drum and how we can increase drum stiffness just slightly changing each key dimensions without mass increase.

        고층건축공사의 가설계획 대안 평가 및 선정 방법

        The high-rise building construction field in the urban area is short of working space because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. These problems can be resolved through the proper selection and layout of temporary facilities. The objective of this paper is to develop a method of evaluating and selecting alternatives of temporary facility layout planning in high-rise building projects using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The method supports a decision-maker to evaluate and select the alternatives of temporary facilities plans by establishing and analyzing processes and influence factors of them. Construction duration and costs are used as criteria that objectively evaluate the alternatives of temporary facilities plans. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

        In order to calculate the interior remodeling volume of small-scale housing, it is necessary to directly measure the interior space, but in some cases, it is impossible or difficult to measure. In this study, a method of calculating quantity using indoor photographs in the SketchUp is proposed. Since the photograph for calculating the quantity is an indoor space, the reference corner should be included, and doors, pillars, and walls should be included. Placing the photo like a perspective view allows you to complete the entire model by creating a 3D model with lines you can refer to and converting them into real-size. In the completed model, the area can be calculated for walls, windows, floors, and ceilings, so the quantity of remodeling work components can be calculated.

        황해 동부해역 참홍어의 지리적 분포특성과 어획량 변동

        황해에서 주로 어획되는 참홍어의 분포 특성을 파악하기 위하여 2002년부터 2013년까지 황해 동부 해역에 30개 정점을 선정하여 오터트롤을 이용하여 참홍어를 채집 분석하였다. 조사기간 동안 892번의 트롤 예망 중에서 112회에 442개체의 참홍어가 채집되었다. 참홍어는 봄과 가을에 전체 조사해역에 넓게 분포하였으나, 여름에 북부 외해 일부해역과 겨울의 남부 외해에서 주로 분포하였다. 당년생의 참홍어는 봄과 가을에 조사해역의 연안역보다 외해에서 많이 출현하였다. 참홍어는 조사해역의 수온 3.8~14.5C, 염분 31.2~34.2 범위에서 분포하였으며, 수온은 참홍어의 분포에 영향을 미치고 적정 서식 수온은 5~14C이며 조사해역에서 수심과 염분은 참홍어 분포에 영향을 주지 않았다. 참홍어의 연도별 생산량은 어획생산변동 통계와 수협의 판매 자료를 이용하여 다시 산정하였다. Mottled skates, Beringraja pulchra, mainly found in the Yellow Sea were caught by otter trawl at 30 stations from 2002 to 2013 to identify the distribution patterns and ecology of the fish in the eastern Yellow Sea. A total of 442 individuals of mottled skate were caught at the 112 hauls of the total 892 hauls. The fish was widely distributed in the entire survey area in spring and autumn, and mainly caught in the northern offshore in summer and in the southern part in winter. The underyearlings of the mottled skate were mainly caught in the offshore in spring and autumn. The mottled skates were found at the temperature ranges of 3.8~~14.5C, and the salinity of 31.2~~34.2. The catch data of the fish suggested that water temperature be a critical factor for the distribution with the optimal ranges of 5~~14C. Salinity and water depth were not critical as much as the water temperature for the distribution of the mottled skates in the Yellow Sea. Also, the annual fluctuations of the fish catch were reviewed using the catch data from korea fisheries cooperative and national statistics from 1991 to 2009.

        건설공사 일정관리를 위한 날씨정보 활용방안

        In construction projects, weather is regarded as a risk that increases construction costs and causes safety accidents. But, the risk may become an opportunity if construction schedules are planned considering historical weather information and the schedules are modified by weather prediction in performing construction works. This paper proposes a method to update the work schedules using real-time weather information in working the construction activities. The results of the paper are: (1) While many of previous researches use historical weather information in order to plan construction schedules, this paper proposes a method to use real-time weather information to modify the construction schedules. (2) The method provides non-working condition based on weather factor supposing each activity has the intensity of weather effect because construction works or activities have different effect from weather. (3) A sample network verifies feasibility of the proposed method.
