The medical consumer cooperative(hereinafter, Medical Coop) is a non-profit organization based on Consumer Cooperatives Act, where medical personnel and local residents together resolve problems in medical field. This study is seeking to analyze how much the participation motivation in Medical Coop impact on their satisfactions on the Coop. By doing this, it will find out that medical field problems in local areas can be solved by promoting local residents to participate in the Coop. Followings are the hypotheses of this study. Participation motivation of the union members would give an impact on their satisfaction of Medical Coop. Small group activities would be a intermediary role in influencing the relation between participation motivation of the union members and user satisfaction of medical institutions. Empirical analysis results showed that a sub-factor of participation motivation, compensative motivation had a significant impact on the user satisfaction. Also, we found out that the small group activities had a mediated impact. Policy implications are derived for small groups and plan participation in activation measures enabled the cooperative aspects of health care coop members in terms of activation.

노상 및 보조기층 등 포장하부기초의 강성도 평가를 위해 공내재하시험이 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 현재 국내에서 포장하부기초 강성도의 평가를 위해 사용되는 가장 실용적인 방법은 평판재하시험 (PBT)과 CBR 시험을 들 수 있다. 그러나 이 방법들은 시험법 자체가 안고있는 불합리성과 결과치의 변화가 크다는 단점으로 인해 결과의 신뢰도가 떨어진다. 주 연구에서는 공내재하시험기를 사용한 포장하부기초 강성도의 평가방법과 시험절차의 개발 가능성을 검토하였다. 개발된 시험법의 평가를 위해 현장 평판재하시험 결과와 비교하였으며 이로부터 공내재하시험 재재하 탄성계수($E_R$)와 평판재하시험 (PBT) 수직지반 반력계수 k와의 유효한 상관도를 설정할 수 있었다. The pressuremeter test can be used as an effective tool for evaluating stiffness of lower pavement layers including subgrade and subbase. At present, the most practical and applicable methods for evaluation of the stiffness of the subgrade and subbase are PBT and CBR in Korea. However, these methods have inherent drawbacks and large variabilities of test results themselves. In this study, an evaluation method and a test procedure that can be used for decision of pavement stiffness using pressuremeter were developed. The obtained results representing stiffness of the subgrade and subbase can replace PBT's soil reaction value k and CBR in design methods. It is found that the developed procedure based on the pressuremeter can provide an effective correaltion between the PBT's soil reaction value k and PMT's reloading modulus ($E_R$).
