        여대생들의 생리주기에 따른 요가운동이 요성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compared the changes of urine components according to yoga program for female university students on menstruation and post-menstruation. The subjects consisted of Groups (16) of female university students. Group A (n = 8) was exercise group 3 times for a week during 2 months and Group B (n = 8) was no exercise group. Yoga program was performed for 2-days. Urine components measured 2 times (before the exercise, after the exercise) on menstruation and post-menstruation. Urine components was changed in Glucose, Protein results before the exercise, after the exercise on menstruation and post-menstruation in Group A and Group B. PH was statistically changed on menstruation and post-menstruation in Group B (p < .05). Group A and Group B statistically changed after exercise on menstruation. But Bilirubin, Urobilinogen and Ketone Body were no changed in before and after the exercise on menstruation and post-menstruation in Group A and Group B. Therefore regular Yoga program is effect glucose, pH, protein of urine components on menstruation cycle.

        여대생들의 월경주기에 따른 유산소운동 수행 시 철분영양 상태 판정지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compared the changes of iron status criterion parameters according to aerobic exercise on menstrual cycle for female university students. The subjects consisted of Group(n=20) that blood measured before and after the exercise for menstrual phase and luteal phase. Group A(n=10) was exercise 3 times a week and Group B was no exercise group. Aerobic exercise was performed for 2-days(menstrual and luteal phase) and exercise intensity was 60% of HRmax. Exercise was performed during 40min. Iron was statistically changed on luteal phase in groups(p<.05) and no statistically changed on menstrual phase in groups(p<.05). After exercise menstrual phase was lower than luteal phase in Group B. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were group A higher than group B. After exercise, luteal phase higher than menstrual phase. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were statistically changed groups on menstrual phase. But no statistically changed on menstrual phase in groups(p<.05). TIBC was no statistically changed on menstrual phase and luteal phase in groups(p<.05). Therefore, regular aerobic exercise effects of iron status criterion parameters on menstrual cycle.

        여대생들의 BMI에 의한 신체 유형별 12주간 복합 운동이 건강 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of physical fitness after 12 weeks combined exercise according to the Body Type by their BMI of the female university students. The subjects was consisted of 2 Groups of female university students (Group A; under weighted 30, Group B; normal 30). Combined exercise training was performed during 12 weeks (60 minutes a day, 3 days a week). After classifying as the under weighted and the normal group according to the type by their BMI. The measured items were right and left grip strength, back strength, situp, push-up, forward bending, step-test and body composition in physical fitness. There were significant changes in weight and BMI result after the 12 weeks in groups. But body fat was no significant changes in groups. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up, push-up, forward bending, step-test were no particular changes in groups. But left grip strength was changed significantly in groups. And physical fitness were increased significantly before training in groups. And group A was lower than group B in physical fitness. The under weight group need to have more training period than the normal group.

        여대생들의 체지방률과 신체활동량 따른 건강 체력

        The purpose of this study was to compare physical activity levels the and physical fitness according to body composition and the body composition and physical fitness according to physical activity levels in female university students. The subjects was 316 total of female university students. Over 30% Body fat group was 36% and low physical activity level group was 81.4% of total. Body fat was effect to the physical activities. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up were significantly but forward bending, step-test were no particular changed significantly in according to body composition (p<.001). The amount of physical activities were influence by body fat (p<.001). And right grip strength, back strength, sit-up, forward bending were significantly but step-test was no particular changed significantly in according to physical activity levels (p<.001). Therefore body fat of body composition and physical activity levels were relative of muscle strength, muscle endurance of physical fitness. But no relationship was Cardiovascular endurance of physical fitness.
