        여대생들의 월경주기에 따른 유산소운동 수행 시 철분영양 상태 판정지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compared the changes of iron status criterion parameters according to aerobic exercise on menstrual cycle for female university students. The subjects consisted of Group(n=20) that blood measured before and after the exercise for menstrual phase and luteal phase. Group A(n=10) was exercise 3 times a week and Group B was no exercise group. Aerobic exercise was performed for 2-days(menstrual and luteal phase) and exercise intensity was 60% of HRmax. Exercise was performed during 40min. Iron was statistically changed on luteal phase in groups(p<.05) and no statistically changed on menstrual phase in groups(p<.05). After exercise menstrual phase was lower than luteal phase in Group B. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were group A higher than group B. After exercise, luteal phase higher than menstrual phase. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were statistically changed groups on menstrual phase. But no statistically changed on menstrual phase in groups(p<.05). TIBC was no statistically changed on menstrual phase and luteal phase in groups(p<.05). Therefore, regular aerobic exercise effects of iron status criterion parameters on menstrual cycle.

        국제신체활동 설문지(IPAQ)를 이용한 여대생들의 신체활동량에 따른 신체조성 및 건강 체력과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to compare the body composition and physical fitness according to physical activity levels using International Physical Activity Questionnaires(IPAQ) for female university students. The subjects was consisted of 3 Groups of female university students[Group A; low physical activity level(n=30) Group B; middle physical activity level(n=29), Group C; high physical activity level (n=29)]. The amount of physical activities were influence by body fat(p<.05). But the amount of physical activities has no effect to the BMI. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up were significantly in groups but forward bending, step-test were no particular changed significantly in groups(p<.05).. Therefore body fat of body composition and muscle strength, muscle endurance of physical fitness were relative of physical activity levels. No relationship between BMI, flexibility, Cardio-vascular endurance of physical activity levels.

        요가운동이 여대생들의 월경에 따른 헤모글로빈과 혈중젖산 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of hemoglobin and blood lactate according to different yoga exercise for female university students on menstruation and post-menstruation. The subjects consisted of Groups(n20) of female university students(on menstruation: Group A(n=10) and post-menstruation: Group B(n=10)). Yoga exercise was performed for 2-days. Exercise before, after, exercised after 20 min on menstruation and exercise before, after, after 20 min on post-menstruation. The changes of hemoglobin and blood lactate were measured 3 times(before the exercise , after the exercise, after 20 min). There was no statistically changes in hemoglobin results before the exercise, after the exercise, after 20 min on menstruation and post-menstruation. Blood lactate was significantly changes in hemoglobin results before the exercise, after the exercise, after 20 min on menstruation and post-menstruation. But hemoglobin and blood lactate were no statistically changed on menstruation and post-menstruation (p<.05).

        규칙적인 걷기운동이 질환별 노인의 건강변인에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 65세 이상 노인으로 뇌졸중 27명(운동군 18명, 일상 생활군 9명), 과체중 17명(운동군 10명, 일상 생활군 7명), 내당능 장애 21명(운동군 11명, 일상 생활군 10명), 과체중+내당능 장애 20명을 대상으로 12주 걷기 운동 프로그램을 실시하여 비만도, 체력, 글루코스 대사지표와 지질대사 지표, 염증지표를 측정하였다. 측정 시기는 12주 걷기 운동 프로그램 시작 전, 종료 후로 총 2회 측정하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 뇌졸중 집단에서는 운동군이 체중, BMI, 체지방, WHR, 혈압, 혈중지질 및 기능적 체력 검사의 결과가 모두 운동전보다 운동 후 유의하게 증가하였다. 운동군과 일상 생활군 간의 차이에서도 체중, BMI, 체지방, WHR, 혈압, 혈중지질 및 기능적 체력 검사의 결과에서 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 과체중 집단에서는 운동군이 BMI, HDL-C에서 운동 후 유의한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 기능적 체력 검사에서 의자에 앉아서 일어나기, 의자에서 일어나 2.4 m걸어 돌아오기, 6분 걷기에서 운동전보다 운동 후 유의하게 증가하였다. 운동군과 일상 생활군 간의 차이에서는 체지방, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p<0.05) 기능적 체력 검사의 결과에서 모두 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 내당능 장애 집단에서는 운동군이 체중, BMI, 혈압, 글루코스, 혈중지질 및 기능적 체력 검사에서는 의자에 앉아서 일어나기와 6분 걷기 검사에서 운동전보다 운동후 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 운동군과 일상 생활군 간의 차이에서는 체중, BMI, 체지방, 글루코스와 혈중지질에서 TC, TG, HDL-C에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며 기능적 체력 검사 결과에서는 의자에 앉아서 일어나기에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 과체중+내당능 장애 집단에서는 운동군이 체중, BMI, 체지방, 혈압, 글루코스와 혈중지질에서는 TG, HDL-C에서 운동 후 유의한 차이를 보였고 기능적 체력 검사에서는 의자에 앉아서 일어나기검사에서 운동전보다 운동 후 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 또한 혈중 염증지표인 CRP에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 운동군과 일상 생활군 간의 차이에서는 체중과 혈중지질에서 HDL-C, LDL-C에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며 기능적 체력 검사 결과에서는 의자에 앉아서 일어나기, 의자에서 일어나 2.4 m 걸어 돌아오기 검사에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과들을 종합해보면 12주 걷기운동이 뇌졸중 질환, 과제중, 내당능 장애 질환 및 과제중과 내당능 장애의 복합질환 노인들의 체중, 혈중지질, 글루코스, 기능적 체력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다고 할 수 있고, 노인에게 발병되는 질환에 있어서 걷기 운동이 질환발병을 낮추는 효과적인 운동방법으로 사료된다. 또한 차 후 운동강도의 조절과 운동기간을 연장하여 남,녀로 구분한 연구와 더 많은 노인성 질환별 걷기 운동에 따른 혈중 지질대사 지표의 변화를 알아볼 필요가 있다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of regular walking exercise on health-related parameters in the elderly with chronic diseases - apoplexy, overweight, impaired fasting glucose, and overweight + impaired fasting glucose. A total of 85 subjects, 27, 17, 21 and 20 in apoplexy (A), overweight (O), impaired fasting glucose (IFG), overweight + impaired fasting glucose group (O_IFG), respectively, completed a 12-week walking exercise. The health-related parameters were measured before and at the completion of the exercise program including anthropometric measurements, functional physical fitness levels, blood pressure, fasting glucose, blood lipid profiles and chronic inflammatory markers (CRPs). Significant improvements in body weight, BMI, %body fat, blood pressure, all blood lipid measurements and all measured physical fitness items were shown in A; those in %body fat, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in O; those in body weight, BMI, %body fat, fasting glucose, TC, TG and HDL-C in IFG; and those in body weight, HDL-C and LDL-C in O_IFG (p<0.05). The results of the present study demonstrated that a 12-week walking exercise brought positive effects on body weight, bloody lipid profiles, fasting glucose and functional physical fitness levels in the elderly with chronic diseases. In conclusion, this study suggested that walking regularly is very effective in lowering the risks of developing chronic diseases.

        유산소 운동 프로그램이 비만 여고생의 신체조성 및 혈중지질 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to develop better methods for fitness and body composition by observing weight loss and changes after aerobic exercise programs. The main focus was to develop an appropriate aerobic exercise program for obese girls. We observed changes in their body weight, body fat, and blood lipid levels (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C). Obese girls (over 30% body fat, n=15) who did not participate in any regular physical activities beside physical education class were selected for this study. The aerobic exercise program was preformed for 12 weeks (50 minutes a day, 3 days a week). The changes in blood lipid levels (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and body composition were measured 3 times (before the exercise program started, after 8 weeks, and after 12 weeks). The results showed that there were decrease in body weight and body fat after 8 weeks, and 12 weeks but no statistically signifiant. Additionally, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C was increased. The conclusions are as follows: Body weight and body fat decreased after the aerobic exercise programs, but there was no statistical significance. Blood lipid levels including TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C were significantly changed after the aerobic exercise programs.

        강도별 근저항운동이 여대생들의 신체구성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of body composition and blood lipids according to different density resistance exercise training for female university students. The subjects consisted of 2 Groups of female university students(Group 1 - IRM 60% density, Group 2 - IRM 40% density). Resistance exercise training was performed for 12weeks(60minutes a day, 3days a week). The changes of body composition and blood lipids were measured 2 times/before the training, after 12weeks). There were no statistical changes in the body weight and body fat results after the 12 weeks. But soft lean mass was significantly increased by Group 1(38.60±5.39㎏ before training, 39.44±5.31㎏ after training). HDL-C in Group 1 and Group 2 increased significantly(Group 1 was 55.1±7.73㎎/㎗ before training, 62.6±8.12㎎/㎗ after training. Group 2 was 52.4±9.10 before training, 57.9±7.37 after training). LDL-C in Group 2 decreased significantly(84.2±11.13㎎/㎗ before training, 69.1±11.83㎎/㎗ after training). TC and TG were not statistically changed in Group 1 and Group 2.
