유산소 운동 프로그램이 비만 여고생의 신체조성 및 혈중지질 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to develop better methods for fitness and body composition by observing weight loss and changes after aerobic exercise programs. The main focus was to develop an appropriate aerobic exercise program for obese girls. We observed changes in their body weight, body fat, and blood lipid levels (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C). Obese girls (over 30% body fat, n=15) who did not participate in any regular physical activities beside physical education class were selected for this study. The aerobic exercise program was preformed for 12 weeks (50 minutes a day, 3 days a week). The changes in blood lipid levels (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and body composition were measured 3 times (before the exercise program started, after 8 weeks, and after 12 weeks). The results showed that there were decrease in body weight and body fat after 8 weeks, and 12 weeks but no statistically signifiant. Additionally, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C was increased. The conclusions are as follows: Body weight and body fat decreased after the aerobic exercise programs, but there was no statistical significance. Blood lipid levels including TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C were significantly changed after the aerobic exercise programs.
요가운동이 여대생들의 월경에 따른 헤모글로빈과 혈중젖산 농도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of hemoglobin and blood lactate according to different yoga exercise for female university students on menstruation and post-menstruation. The subjects consisted of Groups(n20) of female university students(on menstruation: Group A(n=10) and post-menstruation: Group B(n=10)). Yoga exercise was performed for 2-days. Exercise before, after, exercised after 20 min on menstruation and exercise before, after, after 20 min on post-menstruation. The changes of hemoglobin and blood lactate were measured 3 times(before the exercise , after the exercise, after 20 min). There was no statistically changes in hemoglobin results before the exercise, after the exercise, after 20 min on menstruation and post-menstruation. Blood lactate was significantly changes in hemoglobin results before the exercise, after the exercise, after 20 min on menstruation and post-menstruation. But hemoglobin and blood lactate were no statistically changed on menstruation and post-menstruation (p<.05).
국제신체활동 설문지(IPAQ)를 이용한 여대생들의 신체활동량에 따른 신체조성 및 건강 체력과의 관계

The purpose of this study was to compare the body composition and physical fitness according to physical activity levels using International Physical Activity Questionnaires(IPAQ) for female university students. The subjects was consisted of 3 Groups of female university students[Group A; low physical activity level(n=30) Group B; middle physical activity level(n=29), Group C; high physical activity level (n=29)]. The amount of physical activities were influence by body fat(p<.05). But the amount of physical activities has no effect to the BMI. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up were significantly in groups but forward bending, step-test were no particular changed significantly in groups(p<.05).. Therefore body fat of body composition and muscle strength, muscle endurance of physical fitness were relative of physical activity levels. No relationship between BMI, flexibility, Cardio-vascular endurance of physical activity levels.
강도별 근저항운동이 여대생들의 신체구성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of body composition and blood lipids according to different density resistance exercise training for female university students. The subjects consisted of 2 Groups of female university students(Group 1 - IRM 60% density, Group 2 - IRM 40% density). Resistance exercise training was performed for 12weeks(60minutes a day, 3days a week). The changes of body composition and blood lipids were measured 2 times/before the training, after 12weeks). There were no statistical changes in the body weight and body fat results after the 12 weeks. But soft lean mass was significantly increased by Group 1(38.60±5.39㎏ before training, 39.44±5.31㎏ after training). HDL-C in Group 1 and Group 2 increased significantly(Group 1 was 55.1±7.73㎎/㎗ before training, 62.6±8.12㎎/㎗ after training. Group 2 was 52.4±9.10 before training, 57.9±7.37 after training). LDL-C in Group 2 decreased significantly(84.2±11.13㎎/㎗ before training, 69.1±11.83㎎/㎗ after training). TC and TG were not statistically changed in Group 1 and Group 2.
